If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. My husband order and pain in full for a new phone. After the phone was delivered to the store, it was sold out from under us by an employee to another customer. Verizon is now saying we can no longer have the deal that we already paid in full for as the promotion period went out. Offered us a 20 dollar inconvenience fee. Pathetic customer service and very poor business practice. Will not return to this store or Verizon for that matter.

Verizon store in my area felt every inviting and service was excellent. Any questions I had were answered, I would absolutely recommend to friends and strangers Thank you so much for making my visit very welcoming. Have a blessed day or evening in Christ Jesus

Been here 50 minutes waiting. The clerk hasnt acknowledged that Im even here. If this wasnt very important regarding my service, Id leave. Not real busy as you can see and they close at 7 pm. Oh, another customer just walked in...ha but Im going to get my time in. Feel bad for them.

If I could give zero stars, I would... Zero intelligence between the 3 people working. Unprofessional attitude and attire. Only approximately less than a dozen phones to look at. I will NEVER be returning to this store and will informing everyone I know here.

Last month we tried to get a family member a new device. We were told the phone was a hundred dollar upgrade what we werent told that it was also a $600 paid in payments for 24 months. This was told to us by the manager who bald faced lied to us!
