I love BB&B & my local one where I have my main residence outside Philly closed this year. So I was so relieved to find this one open

Great experience. Could not find what I was looking for, but the gentleman who was working on building a display cabinet stopped what he was doing not only to ask what I was looking for. He also knew exactly what I was looking but they no longer had them in store but could be ordered on line so he ordered me two plus have me a coupon for my purchase. I was very impressed for him going above and beyond. Nice job and great customer service. I would recommend going there.

Just another overpriced chain store. You can find the same stuff online for cheaper. Staff were fine, selection alright, nothing to write home about. Located by Panera and Dicks, Bed Bath and Beyond is easily spotted from the main road. Also right across the street from Stop & Shop, so its easy to visit whilst running errands in the neighborhood. Again, selection is generic and prices have never been the greatest at Bed Bath and Beyond, this branch is no exception.

Very nice experience there at this store. Jana, at the front counter, is very helpful offering advice about how to use my coupons to get the best value. She makes it so much easier. I like shopping there when its just Jana, not the angry lady.

Awesome place, low staffed at times, but its winter,so very understandable. All I had to do was walk to the front and I found a very nice associate to help me find what I was looking for.

Been waiting for two weeks for my order. Finally came today. Had ordered a Woodwick Candle, they only sent the lid, no candle. Tried to correspond by CHAT, I am #872 in line. Tried to call there is a two hour wait. I understand it is tough times, but if Walmart can deliver in two days correctly then Bed Bath and Beyond is a total mess-up. They should not have offered services until they had an operation plan.

Average chain store with above average cleanliness and excellent management!

Poor customer service. Some retail associates do not provide detailed customer service or provide responses that expand product knowledge. If a customer asks for assistance with locating a product responding with, what we have is on the floor is off the mark for customer service. Suggestion: A store with limited C.S. should include self-checkouts.

I love to cook and bake so I buy the stuff that works for me.

Black Friday and sales staff were smiling and so pleasant even with the store being packed with people. One sales person which I wish I knew her name so I could post it here was so helpful and had just a wonderful personality as it showed when helping the customers.

Went to buy Keurig that was on sale online. They honored price and the Mgr. and other ladies were so nice! A class act in this day of less than stellar customer service!

Clean store friendly staff. I was shopping for a gift registry item and was given instruction on how to read the list! I couldnt find the item and the other clerk helped me, and chose the one in the best condition.

I had to return a Christmas gift that was defective. They did not have another to replace it. Not a good selection but the customer service was excellent. They ordered me another one online and shipping to my home.
