Well Google says their hours are open on Saturday but apparently theyre closed on Saturday so I made the trip and it was a waste of my time

Not enough inventory.

Amazing customer service, I needed an oven delivered to an apartment before Christmas, had no luck elsewhere. Called Alliance on Monday morning and they setup the delivery of a new oven for the next day which was Christmas Eve. Service that the box stores cant match, Thank you very much Alliance

Andrew and Tammy are the best! They were able to come to our place on super short notice, Andrew diagnosed the problem when there was minimal info to go on, and got our oven back up and working in no time. Will definitely use this company again! So grateful for their help!

I have had them work on appliances at my home.... they do good work .. they charge a fair price... they always show you the parts they replace. .. and I just bought a stove from them yesterday for an apartment, it was very reasonably priced. I had just turned one down someone was selling online, after going to look at it... and bought a better one for less from them.

We are so disappointed with Alliance Appliance. We had issues with our washing machine. We called to set up service and were asked for the error code. They told us that by giving them the error code it would help them know what was wrong, and they could tell us whether we needed to unstack the washer & dryer. We let them know the code on Thursday, and they were supposed to give that info to the repair person and call us on Friday to let us know their recommendations. We waited to hear from them Friday and when we had not heard by afternoon, we called them back. They told us they didnt check with the repair person & they would have to call us on Saturday. Saturday they called and said that they thought we should unstack, it was up to us, but the repair person would not be able to lift due to back issues. SO, once again they had not checked with the repair person. We unstacked them, totally disrupting our house, but we wanted it to be fixed. Monday morning, 30 minutes before the appointment, the repair person called and told us she looked up the error code (FINALLY) and gave us repair estimates (Which were potentially half the cost of a new machine, or more), and also said that they would not have the parts to repair that day. This information would have been nice to have on Friday as promised before we tore our house apart. Now, we cant even use the dryer until we get new machines and we have wasted time we could have put towards finding and ordering new machines!! HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!! Sadly, we wont be shopping there for our new machines as we are afraid of their service.

These people are awesome. Professional, courteous service, Ive used them for years. Recently they attempted to repair a refrigerator, couldnt fix it but gave me some good advice. After driving 20 minutes there, analyzing it for 20 minutes and driving back 20 minutes, they werent going to charge me because they couldnt fix it. I couldnt believe it and tried to insist they take the money. We ended up compromising and they took the money to fix my mothers dryer......on which they did an excellent job.
