My car buying experience was simple. The guys were informative and very patient with me as a first time car buyer. We had a few bumps, but these gentlemen were extremelyaccommodating and helpful. Apparently i left my lights on and killed my battery. I thought my car was a lemon, and had a girly melt down. Michael was very understanding. He got back to me in a timely manner and even went out of his way, far above and beyond to make sure the car was up and running again. Even though it was my mistake, he aided without hesitation. I would have given them 5 stars as these guys are awesome, but... My car was missing the stock fog lights that were supposed to be standard on this vehicle. I did get somewhat of a discount, but not enough to fully cover some things that needed dire attention. That said, I would still shop with them in the future.

Tacony Imports gave me the best car-buying experience I couldve hoped for. Michael and Omi were responsive, respectful, and helpful through the whole process. Before I came to test-drive the vehicle, Omi answered tons of questions for me over email, including questions about the vehicles history - disclosing to me an unreported accident and ensuring me that everything was fixed. When I came in to test drive, Michael provided me with advice on getting insurance, a loan, and receipts for all service done to the car before being put on the lot. After purchasing the car, there was a slight issue with the control panel and Michael was very understanding of my situation (living over an hour away), and gave me the option to have a local shop fix the problem, or bring it back and they would give me a loaner for the time being. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly, and the car has been a great purchase. 10/10 would definitely do business with Tacony for my next vehicle!

I went to this dealership expecting delays and other financial complications. But after seating down with the owner, he helped to find lower interest rate with not attractive credit history and the whole process took only less than three days after applying for loan. I have all services (inspections, tags, oil and many others) done on my vehicle. I dont have to worry about anything in about year. They have such wonderful customer services and they have expertise in financial industries. Check them out!!!

I had a great experience at Tacony Imports!! I was looking for a car for my son and found an unbelievable deal on an AUDI. I was pretty skeptical but the deciding factor to go look at the vehicle was the fact that they are part of the American Express Truecar program. I went and looked it it and it was super clean. They did disclose that the car was part of a total loss claim because it was reported stolen. However, after looking it over and test driving it, it was too good of a deal to pass up. Its been about 4 months and its still a great car. They also called and said they found an extra key and sent it to us. The people there were very nice and helpful throughout the whole transaction and we just love our vehicle. I would definitely recommend Tacony Imports if youre looking for a reliable used vehicle.

Before i walked into Tacony Imports Auto sales. I was turned down 4 times prior to going there. I told the receptionist that i was on unemployment and other personal info he needed to get me qualified. I pulled off the lot in a 2015 Kia.Between all 3 men at this location showed me full service. I went home told my neighbor where i got my car from. My experience buying a vehicle here was good. That is what I thought at first. I bought my car about a year ago. I thought everything was good, I had no problems with it. Recently I went to look at trading my car in only to find out that Taccone imports lied to me. They didn’t show my the full car fax and told me there was only minor damage when there was major damage. They Also extremely overpriced to me. I would not recommend buying a car from here unless you want to get ripped off.
