-Came here because of a car advertised online, called the office and was told it was still available. Showed up and that car had just been sold that day. Called again a few days later to check and was told that yes, that car was still available. Later found out this is a common bait and switch tactic.-Was happy with the car for a while, a bit pricey but alright. Turned out the car had multiple issues not disclosed at that time. If youre not a car person 100% recommend taking the car to a mechanic for an evaluation before considering purchase. If they wont allow the car to be inspected WALK AWAY. In our case the necessary repairs were about 35% of the purchase price, and needed to be performed within 2 months of purchase. Thats not including regular maintenance (oil had to be immediately changed, brakes and rotors needed replacement, tires needed replacement).-My ability to get in touch with anybody at the office dropped off a cliff as soon as the deal was made. Needed to make 20+ calls to get a copy of my registration.

Nothing against Yani it’s the business okay I bought a car on July 3 there was a little hiccup in the process had to return the car on July 16th which was a Friday I returned the car no problem I was told by Paul I guess he is the GM there that he would return my down payment on the upcoming Monday or Tuesday which would be July 19th or 20th here it is October 20th And I still down have my money back I took them to court and of course they didn’t show up I’ve been begging for my money back and they keep brushing me off So I would never recommend anyone to do business with them….

Thought this was a great place, they put me in a vehicle when I couldnt get one anywhere else due to my credit, however they seriously took advantage of my vulnerability and stole the cash I put down on the car even though stating/ receiving a receipt showing the fees went to the state for taxes and registration. To only get pulled over 3 months after purchasing my car to be told my registration was suspended due to a bounced check sent to the state. Also I had already received my registration in the mail stating it was valid. Bing that I purchased with CASH I was unsure what this meant. After 2 years of trying to figure out why there was a $1700 hold on my vehicle, I have finally been told it was due to this place sending a faulty check when purchasing the car, so I had to then REPAY all of those fees in order to be legal to drive the vehicle. BE SAFE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!!!!!!!!!

My experience with Vista Auto was Great! I was alittle skeptical about it at first because everyone tries to sell u a deal! But the salesman Yani was great! He made me feel comfortable and everyone was very welcoming.

This place sold my nephew a car which had CLEARLY been fixed up after an accident. (Although the folks that sold it to him told him it had never been in one... The shattered glass I found underneath his seats, as well as the side view mirror that doesnt match the rest of the car and the cracked headlight cover, all tell a different story.) There was also some shifty business happening with them allowing him to pay them later for tags and registration, by signing off on a post-dated check, then taking over $1,000.00 from his bank account without permission, THEN partially refunding him via CashApp. ABSOLUTELY had considered using them for myself and ABSOLUTELY CHANGED MY MIND after seeing how they handled him and the purchase of his first vehicle. REALLY WISH he had taken his Dad with him. They wouldve never gotten away with the deceit.The car now makes a nice, ticking sound and the service engine light has come on after him only driving it for about six weeks.

No one gets back to you. They havent fixed anything on my car in a timely fashion. Very unprofessional. Cars are being put on the lot with issues with guarantees that itll get fixed. Would never come here again. I already have chris the service managers number. He never answers the phone. Nor does anyone else in your establishment. Your team is incompetent. I am reporting you to the BBB And to the company I am financing through. I have proof your team lied and forged paperwork. Since you want to waste my time, I will be escalating this matter.

DONT BUY YOUR CAR FROM HERE!!!!If I could Rate this establishment -10000 I would! Worst experience ever!! They sensed my state of mind and completely exploited it. 1st of all the vehicle was not at the dealership when I arrived, despite them knowing I was coming for it. The battery died 1 week after purchase. Insurance guy who came to jump me informed me that the battery was not the one that belonged to car (much smaller than its suppose to be) I call to exchange only to get attitude from everyone on the phone (except zully the receptionist). I go, They change it and a month later the same problem. I had to buy one my self out of pocket. The roof leaked 3 months after purchase. They false advertised as an awd and it was a 2wd. ( noticed much later as I was going through a personal crisis) the usb ports didnt work and the mileage was higher than advertised since they had someone crusing with it apparently since it wasnt at the dealership when I arrived. This is just to name a few of the issues. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE COONS. Nothing but lies. The reviews are deceiving do not be fooled. AGAIN DONT PURCHASE YOUR CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!

Just a very deceitful place came there with my daughter. How about putting the exact prices instead the prices to bring people in please test drive the cars and see there perfectly functioning odds are alot there cars are just brought at auctions. 2 hours wasted time smh.

Do not sign any blank checks they give I had my license and registration suspended behind that check and them not explaining why they sent DMV a check that they knew was going boune they claim they give you money down to help your down payment but at the end of the day that money down actually comes out of your bank account with out you knowing and claim its in the contract you sign but unfortunately they cant find where it say that in the contract.

Update!!! Car purchased on 3/26/21 still no tags have been disconnected twice and hung up on once in order to speak to Zuli to get my tags ...for my car. I had to already purchase tags on 5/21/21 because the 60 day tags expired and my permanent ones have not been received per Zuli Today is 7/15/21 still no tags had to call De DMV who confirms tags sent to Vista 6/7/21 according to the VIN number. Awaiting a call back to see if my tags are there..... Never again!Please take note: I would recommend if you are able to look around or do business with a first hand dealership do so, my experience has been less than satisfactory.I have taken vehicle back (twice) for repair that still is not fixed... Chris was suppose to call me back Wednesday and today is Friday.Today 5.21.21 My tags expire from a (60) day Temporary Tag and I do not have my permanent tags yet nor does Delaware DMV have knowledge of me having Registration????, Called today 5/21/21, sent around to many folks in there no concern for your well being after cars are sold.DMV indicating that I would have to pay for another Temporary tag. Horrible business. Just take out time and look around, if its too good to believe thats because it is.Lesson learned.Looking into Magnuson Moss Warranty Act, this was a deal bad from the beginning.Enjoy your day!
