I stopped by to ask for an estimateThe young lady (I wont mention her name) said she would call me with the quote. She called back and didnt leave the amount.She left a message asking me to call her back and she would give me the qoute. I was urked. She should have left a message ssying to fix your car it will cost blank blank dollars. If I like the price, I will let them do the job, if not I would keep looking. A week later I called her. She said she still had the information but couldnt find it, and would call me back in 20 minutes with the quote. Its been 4 days and I havent heard anything.I wish the gentleman that fixed my Mercedes 2 years ago, was there. He gave me a price quote within 20 minutes of me bringing my car in. Within.one week his team fixed my car and I was completely satisfied which is why I brought in my Volvo. I am totally disappointed and now Inhave to try and find another Autobody shop.

It was horrible they kept my car for 31 days just to fix a bumper. The two ghetto women that work at desk and answer phone kept telling me they would call me back and never did everyday to check and see if the car was done. It was horrible customer service.. They dont even deserve any stars.

Love this place. Did great work in a reasonable amount of time. Pleasant employees. Emphasis on customer care. Great vibe. They look out for the cook out! Its nice to have a good ole throwback type shop. Will definately be using them in the future.

Worse experience ever!!!!! First thing first, they did a horrible job on the paint, parts of the paint was faded and not blended right. Nothing was put to factory spec or even close. Customer service was horrible. Will not return or recommend at all.

They had my car for 2 months and 20 days and my car looks worse than it did before they touched it. I have scratches on my car that wasnt there 2 weeks ago when I last seen my car. My car was dirtier than it was before they got it. Do not bring your car here!

I was nervous to visit because of the mixed reviews but I’m very satisfied with the service I received. My car was finished ahead of time and it looks great, like new again. Just had some minor dents and scratches fixed but I’ll definit return when if I need my car fixed again. Customer service was ok. It wasn’t Nordstrom but everyone was friendly and responsive.

Owner delore was VERY unprofessional. very rude over the phone and in person . each person ive interacted with about my car was also unprofessional. i was told my car would take approx a week to a week and a half. its been 3 weeks. when i went to go check out my car to get my belongings. i realized some things were missing out of my car. didnt make a big deal bc i should have took my valuables out before i left the car. theyre very nice when you first come in to get your business then afterwards, horrible. wouldnt recommend to anybody.

These people towed my car from an accident on 52nd st and when I received my car back everything in my car was GONE...Donnell who was the one who said my belongings in my car will be safe but guess what they took 2 cases of water, my bubble Kenneth Cole coat, my Express leather jacket, my Burberry sunglasses, and threw all my paperwork out...but they claimed they arent responsible due to the fact that I sign the slip when they towed it BUT PEOPLE PLEASE DONT LET ANYONE FROM THIS COMPANY TOW YOUR VEHICLE UNLESS U WANT TO BE ROB OF ALL YOUR BELONGINGS INSIDE YOUR VEHICLE

The worst shop and people everrrrrrrrrrrrrrr DO NOT GO THERE but they offer u money when they really want ya insurance check RUN DONT GO
