The quality of the work they do is outstanding and their customer service is excellent. I highly recommend this shop.

The representatives always treated me kindly and were very professional both at the office and over the phone. The estimate was done and everything taken care of. The person in charge of evaluating the car was open and honest with me about the process and time so that I would be aware. Got my rental car with no problem. I was even picked up on site to get my rental once I dropped off my car.

Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable there! They made me feel like I had been coming to them for years! They gave my car back lookin better than she had when she went in there! I am so happy with there service I would recommend them to anybody!

Ben and Linda were communicative and friendly. I had a new convertible top put on the car after some vandalism. Unfortunately I only got to use the new top for a week before someone vandalized it again but, during that week it worked perfectly! Highly recommend this shop, based solely on my personal experience.

Im truly surprised at the positive reviews here and wish I could relate. I came into this shop through my insurance to replace my catalytic converter and fuel sensors about a month and a half ago and they did such a shoddy job. A day or so after picking up my car I started smelling something burning and my check engine light came on. It wasnt until I took my car into a quick lube a couple days later that they let me know that the warranty card was still attached to the new converter (attached images here) and that the fuel sensor was triggering the light. I called CC to bring in the car to look over these issues. When I brought up the warranty card in person, they denied any responsibility and said the manufacturer told them to leave it on and to just let it burn off. Im glad I caught it early enough as this couldve caused serious damage/fire (possibly worse if I was fueling up with that combination). As far as the check engine light, they ran a quick diagnostics test and just cleared the light and told me to call them if it came back on. Fast forward to today, my check engine light came on and I took it to a local mechanic to run a deeper test and of course, it was the same issue I had before with the sensor. Luckily, my insurance is working with me to get the work done at the local shop (Caliber is a 30 minute drive for me) to get it done right but honestly, what a headache. I never write reviews but I would hate to see others going to such a neglectful shop. Stay away from this place.

I would recommend anyone to come here for your car repair needs. Caliber collision staff was very professional and nice to work with. My car was done in a timely manner and looked brand new!!  Matt was very helpful with the process and ensured that I was satisfied. I definitely rate this above 5 stars and will come back for future repairs!!!

The office manager and the CSR are always accessible to help. The 2 estimators do an amazing job and a very thorough job are very knowledgeable. The site manager is always available to help with any questions or concerns he makes sure your car is done right and on time. The body techs, paint department and detailer are top quality personnel. The entire team here always do the best job to make sure you car is as good as new or even better then it was before. They will get your life back with less headaches or aggravation them any other company out there

I honestly gatta say youll killed it with fixing my car from a deer hit, id recommend this place to anybody 💯, they even detailed the inside and outside before handing me the keys, they made me feel like i just bought a new car, man they really good at this and most of all matty boyyy much love to you man i appreciate you this was worth waiting it was fixed in less then three weeks, much love to all of who worked on my car, amma just let the pictures speak for they selves now 👇🏼

There was a shootout outside my home and my car got hit. I called my insurance to make a claim and I was referred to Caliber Collision. They did an amazing job with my car and they even cleaned it. It was looking better than ever. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and profesional. I’d recommend them!

While it’s never fun to be involved in even a small auto accident, the people at the collision center were professional and friendly, taking the time to explain the process and have the car ready when they said it would be. They even went so far as to clean the inside!

Hi guys . I would like say the professionalism a Caliber was the best.I had body work done on my new car to remove dents and scratches on right front passenger door and rear door. Not to mention rear bumper damage.They were very polite no matter how many questions I asked. I was never given any type of attitude at and time what so ever.I have had many cars and a number of body work done to them all with dissatisfaction because of unprofessional work an I never returned nor refer business to them.Caliber Collision at this location far exceeded my expectations. Caliber Collision is a place I’d absolutely recommend to any and everyone who in involved in an auto accident or has an auto claim. Caliber collision has definitely been by my side through my entire process with my car being hit. Being in the military, I don’t have much time home, however, this time around, I was home for just a few days, and my first day back home, my car was struck by another vehicle, and the other vehicle fled. They completely took out my right side, and there was a lot of damage. I submitted a claim through my insurance; and they suggested that I go to Caliber collision. They promised me my car would be done by Friday 3/6, however, because of their hard work, awesome staff, and fantastic service, my car was actually complete 3 days earlier, and it was absolutely immaculate. My car looked like it was brand new, with 0 miles on it, looked like it just rolled off of the Red Carpet for cars. They did an outstanding job, and they did it quick, and easy. Thanks to Caliber collision, I have no auto worries, they showed me my estimates, they showed me exactly what needed to be fixed, and with no worries, they kept me up to date with everything.Huge thanks to George, Nick, Linda, and Ben. Had 2 experiences here. When i was in an accident and everything was thro my insurance they were great. When i needed bumper work done and one of the managers slipped up and said they fix it at “cost,” they ignored me. I called 3 times and emailed them twice with little to no response. They said they call me back when the parts came in and that was 3 months ago. Will not go back

My car looks brand new. My car key broke in their possession but they referred me to a place and paid to get it fixed.

The job was done fast but not complete it was done half way my trunk button doesn’t work and it’s a noise coming from underneath my car that they clearly didn’t work on

YOU MUST READ THIS!!!!I am the President of the Broad/Olney civic Association. One of our businesses in the area is Earl Scheib. I took my vehicle there because I knew them from the past and them contributing to the Olney area. They quoted me a price of $500 and dropped it down to $200 all in the same conversation. The job was so small I could not believe the price so I decided to look elsewhere. I pulled into Auto Care just to get a price and the gentleman was extremely nice as were the rest of the staff. This is where the story gets really interesting. Matt took my care around back, fixed the problem and didn’t charge me a dime! I have never seen or heard more professional, courteous folks in a auto body shop in my 56 years on the this earth. I will never go anywhere else and if you visit then you won’t either! I always stop here for an oil change and they always do a great job. Best prices youll going to find anywhere. I drove around once for an oil change and the price doubled from what it is here.I been getting my oil change here for over 5 yrs, I dont think theres another one like this one. Time on oil changes is a sliding scale, sometimes I get it back in 20 mins and other times its 60 to 90 mins.Oil change 10/10. Prices 10/10.
