Marco provided excellent customer service! He was thorough, fast & efficient with making sure we had the right battery, installing it, then making sure our fluids were topped off! If only customer service was like this everywhere.

Marco was very helpful and courteous finding my warranty on a part, despite the lack of customer service at a different auto zone. I came here on a hunch, knowing I’d have a better customer service experience. We purchased a blinker light and needed assistance installing it but unfortunately the gentleman working the shift said they are no longer able to do that. It was a bummer.They installed headlights for us last month, it’s why we returned to purchase our burned out blinker light.I wanted to point out that the assistance was definitely a plus. Next time I know assistance replacing them is no longer offered.

Daniel C was the most awesome and knowledgeable man I have ever met. He was the best. Personable, and best of all he knows his stuff. Please, anyone by the Pelham store come by and shake this mans hand!!

Absolutely amazing experience everyone here was extremely kind and helpful . They went the extra mile to make sure we were took care of Daniel the manger got us our new alternator. Rosa and Paola were very nice they talked to us for three hours we were there having our vehicle worked on by the mechanic they found us they even charged our battery and check on us multiple times while we were waiting . They honestly are the best people and best autozone I have ever been in and interacted with. I highly recommend and with vehicle problems to come here . And another extra thank you to Rosa and Paola for everything it meant the world :)

I rarely review but I had such a positive experience at Auto Zone tonight that I thought it was important. My car battery died and I dreaded having to deal with it after a long day. I chose to go to Auto Zone and Joseph who helped us was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and efficient. We had a new battery installed in no time at all. Ask for Joseph when you go in!

By far the BEST customer service I have ever had in a parts store. Your greeted when you first walk in. Visited a store in another city wasn’t even acknowledged when walking in. Daniel the manager there went way and beyond to help me find a part and even managed to get it the same day I needed it. All the employees there were helping a customer. It’s not everyday you walk into a store and receive this kind of customer service. Actually knows what he is talking about when it comes to helping you find the right part. Will definitely be back to this location. Keep up the good work you guys have earned a customer for life.

Manny the older mexican guy who works there is the rudest and most disrespectful person i have ever encountered in any retail establishment. PERIOD! Which is sad because the other people who work there are so nice and helpful. I recommend going to this store but only when he is not there.

Great experience. The woman that helped me was so kind! She was bilingual so she really could help animating that entered the store. Her Spanish was perfect! She quickly found the item I needed in their database and then installed it in extreme heat. She truly was a blessing. Thank you!

My car charger fuse was out and Joseph C. went above and beyond IN THE RAIN to get everything working properly!! Everyone was sooo nice and helpful and I definitely recommend them!!!

They tend to have a good variety of what you need, or can typically locate it in the back of the store. If not, they can order items for you. If you need a new battery, they help you remove the old one and install the new one. Helpful and courteous.

Needed a tail light bulb for my car. Didnt show up in the system. I pulled the bulb up online and one of the employees instantly knew which one it was from a picture on the internet and it worked. Plus one of the guys showed me how to do some cool stuff on my new phone. Great place to go.

Our car battery was destroyed and they not only replaced it efficiently, they found us the best battery choice for us! They were very nice to their customers including myself, it took them like 5 minutes to finish the replacement! I suggest this place to all!!!!

I have been trying for a few months to join working there part time. Late Nov/early Dec. I told Daniel I could start the training class on 12-19-18 as before that I couldnt make the Wed. mandatory initial training class since I work full time. I have left 3 messages for Daniel since then asking does he still want me to work there and if he does when does he want me to do the Wed. mandatory initial training. No reply ever! Does Daniel and this company believe in the Golden Rule of treating people with simple respect and kindness - if they arent interested anymore, then just say so but if they are interested, make things happen so I can work part time for them. Whats the deal here with Daniel and this store?

I went to this location to get a price on a battery for my vehicle and I ended up buying it from a gentleman there whos name was also Daniel . He rung me up quickly and even installed the battery for free. Great service will be back to this location again.

Will NEVER go again!Be careful if your buying ANYTHING with a store credit and cash! Make sure u make seperate purchased that will keep your cash if you have a return!Minus 1 if I could! They kept my money! I bought 2 parts In case I needed both and used a store credit for $11.99 and paid $64.48 in cash. I returned the unneeded part for a total of $57.76. Instead of giving me the cash back seeing as how I paid more than that in cash on the original purchase they refused to saying store policy that couldnt be overridden and gave a store credit in the original amount then cash!I would understand if I had not have spent more in cash than my return but I did! I spent almost $7 more in cash than what I was asking for. That is the same thing as theft to me!

Excellent customer service! I have FINALLY found an auto parts store with signs of intelligent life.. I could hardly believe it when after just a brief time explaining my cars situation to the guy working that morning, he walked outside with me and looked under the hood of my car inspecting various things as i watched he took notice and began to explain what he was looking for or at and why based on our initial conversation about my cars issues then he told me what he thought was going on in his opinion. He brought me back inside where he printed out what parts i needed and even gave me his info if i ever had any problems or questions about auto mechanic stuff he said he would help me out if i didnt already have anyone i felt like i could trust. Very considerate and smart guy and personable. oh and i ended up getting what parts he suggested and BINGO! Everything works great. If you need someone you can trust to give you good advice or suggestions or w.e the guys name is joseph crabit i think.

I just called around 7:40 to inquire about a part for my vehicle, and lady I spoke with was very short with me .She had an attitude when I told her I was just calling for prices, she hung up on me before I could say anything else.
