Fantastic experience, five stars. Store was clean and the staff member who assisted me with my purchase of a new android device was friendly and personable (I dont know if I should mention her by name in here but happy to say so if the owner replies); please give this woman a raise or promotion, she is a bright and lovely face of the store, really works efficiently and doesnt try to sneak charges into your receipt (but will lightly suggest as most customer service are probably taught to do—not a huge deal for me.)Thanks! See you in two to three years+ for a new phone!

Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful employees at this store. Unlike franchise stores I have visited, this corporate store is always well stocked with accessories and the most current phone specials.

This is the best MetroPCS team that I have worked with they know all the sales they know everything about the phones depending on what youre using your phone for they can tell you everything you need to know about it. This is what I call Great customer service

My third visit to this store and they refuse to replace my phone while it is still under contract.. They have done a factory reset and I still have random problems with my text going to wrong people. Even when I type in a correct phone number, it goes to some one else or to a # symbol. The rep has accused me of setting up multiple contacts incorrectly to create this wierd problem.I have been a loyal customer to Metro for years and I have never had a phone behave like this. So this is the first time I have requested a phone replacement. I hope this is not representative of Metro.I will take further action.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Bernard. Bernard treated me and my family amazing and found us an amazing deal that really saved us money and features that we didnt have with our other carrier. Bernard made it simple and once we picked out the phones we had a quick lunch and came back all 4 phones were ready to go and contacts loaded.The other associates may be good but look towards him for great HONEST service and opinions in a competitive phone market.I still cant believe I pay so little for so much .

Had the unfortunate luck of going to this store May 11th. Went to up grade & discuss a new plan. Although it is May it was freezing. (Kevin) store manager selects phones to put out on the table, (Outside). I didnt like the phones, Poor quality. But yet I couldnt come in, UNLESS I WAS MAKING A DEFINTE PURCHASE). It was ignorant & embarrassing! He wasnt unprofessional. When did having compassion for others become Obsolete!!! He didnt give the respect or consideration he would have wanted. He needs to be trained in CUSTOMER SERVICE. And a class on his to have compassion. If I could have chose 0 stars I would have.

Excellent fast customer service. The employees are very friendly. I dont want to misspell her name so Im going to say Nesha was great help with my issues and she also promoted all the deals and specials so I can get the most for my money. I cant wait to try my smartride.

The customer service was great. I came in to buy a phone and I was told about all the deals they had and ended up getting a case for free. I was even helped with transferring data from my old phone to my new one.

They sold me a defected phone. I have had it replaced 3 times already for the same issue and now today would have been a forth time. The phone isnt ringing and I cant receive alerts or notifications. They quoted me one price over the phone and then when I get to the store they gave me another price to replace it with the same defected model. I dont think I should have to pay to get the same phone with the same issues. My phone hasnt been dropped or submerged in water yet they said they couldnt replace for an exchange because it had ware and tare on it. I am going to cancel my service. After all of my trouble I was offered a $15 credit on my bill. I dont recommend their service nor do I recommend the phone (Moto E4 plus) the phone is a piece of junk. They all have an issue. Each one I have had in addition to the aforementioned issues also has a strange habit. When you get a text message while in another app when it pops up at the top of the screen, if you reply to the text and hit send the phone will default back to the home screen and not go back to what you were doing before receiving the text. This is also another very irritating glitch that all of these phones seem to have. I wanted to resolve my issue so that I could get it out the way I have to use my phone for work to clock in and to contact leads and I am barely able to do that Metro sold me this defected phone and has offered little to no assistance with handling my issue with the phone.
