We purchased phones at the Parkville, MD store on Joppa Road and it was such a pleasure working with Darla. Amazing technical support and so nice. One reason I avoid purchasing a new phone is I struggle with transferring everyone from the old phone to the new phone. Darla handled everything for us! Ill be back when Im ready to get an upgrade for sure.

As a past customer service supervisor, I would have been extremely happy to have had Darla Moses on my team. Her professionalism, knowledge, kindness and wonderful personality made my Verizon experience most memorable. She exemplifies the type of customer service that is hard to find. Had to go in to replace my wifes phone. I was helped by Currat, who was awesome. She wasnt pushy, but was knowledgeable, patient and a pleasure to work with. If I was basing this review solely on her customer service, I would have given 5 stars, but I was disappointed by the selection and availability of phones in their stock. Its possible that this issue is outside the stores control, but it was a very limited set of options. Could be a supply chain issue, but it felt almost like theyd not be able to sell many phones based on what was available that day. Had I been looking for a phone for myself, I probably would have ended up going somewhere else due to the limited supply.But besides it was a good experience. Id really like to call out Currats exceptional customer service skills

My experience was outstanding with Darla.I did not want to purchase a new phone as I see technology as anxiety producing and upsetting!As an excellent salesperson Darla followed up when I tried to cancel my appointments!I was impressed. I was sitting in your store earlier trying to upgrade my phone. I waited a few minutes because the woman who appeared to be the MOD was pretty tied up supporting other employees and also another customer on the phone. She sat me down and attended to the delivery drop off, being sure to take the time to open the box and chat with him before coming over to me. While I waited for Darla’s assistance at her desk I overheard an older gentleman trying to get support over the phone for an issue and a different retailer raised her voice at the poor confused man who probably could have benefited more from hands on assistance than being yelled at.I came in hoping for quick attentive service and I received the exact opposite. Disappointed and annoyed that the person on the phone got more service from Darla than I did face to face. She responded to this by saying she needed to answer the phone so upon realizing this store was not yet ready to take on another customer I chose to visit the corporate location off Honeygo (who will text me when they’re ready for me!)I will remember this experience and to never return to this location to spend money.

Mr. Lewis was wonderful. He was great to work with . The process of getting both phones was stress free and pleasant. When I had an issue with my phone in a particular, I phoned Mr. Lewis on his cell phone. He was very gracious and with the follow up help of his coworker, the issue was quickly resolved. Not realizing he was off the clock, Mr. Lewis helped me as if he was still at work. How refreshing. My husband and I had left the store already having felt well cared for; that moment of problem solving later that evening, reinforced that belief. What a great experience. Thank you.

Im a new resident of MD and needed a new start and new phone. I scheduled an appointment with Darla who was excellent, friendly and understanding of my needs. I went to her in the Towson location and because she provided excellent customer service i stayed in contact with her and took my cousin to her new location in parkville. My cousin was also please with her service and also got a new phone and everything that we needed was taken care of. I recommend going to the parkville location, they are all great but with my experience I recommend Darla. Shes a very loving and pleasant person to work with.Will be back! 😄

My wife and i came in about an hour before close on a Sunday. Madeline helped my wife transfer her service from sprint and to get us both new phones. She was still training on some aspects of the job, but was very attentive, friendly and patient with both of us. We encountered a few issues with everything and she handled it like a pro. We felt very comfortable dealing with her and she was a pleasure to work with!

I am a very unpleased customer I went into the store on several occasions just to browse through their phone collection after looking at the V60 thin I was pleased with the way it look so I came back the next day to see if I could qualify for a phone at that time they told me I qualify for $3,000 I picked out the phone that I wanted and I was told that the phone cause a total of $950 plus I would have to pay a one-time $176 fee I did so at that time and move forward with the process the young lady asked me which phone did I want I stated I wanted the white one she then told me there was no more white ones and that I would have to take the blue phone I did not make a big deal of it because I like blue so I decided to rock with it after activating the phone and taking my deposit the young lady then handed me my phone I looked at her and stated where is my second phone screen she then said oh you have to go online and apply for it I thought to myself right there in there thats bizarre why wouldnt she tell me ahead of time before taking my money that the store did not Curry the second string and that I would head to apply through LG really wasnt please with that

I went into the Verizon store to purchase a new phone and the Verizon rep who helped me was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. The rep made sure to inform me of everything I was getting and asked me did I understand before they proceeded. The rep informed me of all promotions available to me, which had me not only buying a phone but getting an IPad also. Because of the reps outstanding service I can say I will be back in the future for any of my technology needs.

My husband and I visited this location to upgrade our devices and received friendly, efficient and personalized service by Ty. The experience was the best weve had at any of our many visits to various Verizon locations. Ty talked us through our upgrade options, walked us through the billing changes that would occur so there were no surprises upon receiving our next bill and made sure all of our questions were answered. We will absolutely be returning to this location and requesting Ty for all of our cellular needs.

Ive always been an IPhone user, but when my daughter bought a Galaxy Note 5, I decided to try one myself. As I entered the store, Darla walked over to greet me. Coming to this Verizon store is a real delight, I know I can pay my bill online but I like coming to see these guys because their service is 110% on point. Everyone takes care of me and l get great service but Ty O is the one to see, always smiling and upbeat. No other Verizon store compares, so dont waste your time going anywhere else.

Continuation to Danielles postfact and a young man stated they wouldnt do business with him because he had a coupon and he never did business there before so that was their reason for not dealing with him PS I began to cry in the store because I watched this business for my daughter she passed away March 17th due to high risk pregnancy and I was very upset because I felt like the launch of my daughters business will not be able to happen on a date that I pick due to their mistake and I dont believe the mistake was fixed I believe they still took my money and left a customer just feeling any kind I left out the store crying and unpleased plus they kept my money after what they did I dont think anyone should do business there and thats just my opinion😔😪👌🏽

I have been with Verizon for many years but usually just call customer service or go online, but today I needed to get my contacts restored and I received great service from Chris. My husband and I went to the Verizon store closest to our home. We were not sure what we needed. Darla waited on us, listened patiently, and talked with us to understand our needs. She updated our phone plan and our iPad, and then guided me through steps to get Word so I can use it for work. This saved us the money we would have spent on a new laptop. Then Darla again patiently explained the Galaxy note 7 to us, and then continued to help me with my new phone, and explain hum to my husband. Darla was wonderful! My rep was very patient and professional while I was at the store in Parkville, MD. I was still using a Samsung 3 that was starting to have small issues here and there. Instead of forcing me into a new device, the rep took his time to explain to me the importance of having a reliable working phone.After talking for about an hour on my wants and questions, I decided to go with his advice and go with a new phone. The rep was able to get me into a phone all the while keeping my bill close to what it was before by applying my work discounts to offset the phone cost. I 100% will be a return customer to this locations. All of the other reps in the store were very polite. My rep even greeted me at the door and walked me to my car! If I could do a 10/10 I would.
