Great place

I had a very good experience and the shoes I got were absolutely stunning! :) They had great customer service! And I would definitely come back :)

The owner is very rude. the shoes are overpriced and the selection of style is very limited. and don’t even think about returning shoes if you need to. the owner doesn’t disclose this little rule when you purchase the items. no customer satisfaction here!I feel so bad for the nice girls who work for him.

I bought some heels from this place and when i got home and tried them on they were too small. I came back to exchange them for a half size up and they were too big. I came back a 3rd time to return them and the owner was very rude and yelled at me about how i exchanged them and then wanted to return them. I tried to explain how neither size fit me and he continued to raise his voice at me and tell me that i was the problem and that i wasn’t wearing them correctly. I said i just wanted a refund or at least exchange for a different shoe. He continued to yell at me and criticize me while i looked for a different shoe to exchange it for and once i found one he refused to make the exchange and threatened to call security on me. I asked to speak to a higher manager or at least be directed to the mall management and he refused to provide the information on where to find the mall management. Do not buy anything from this man’s store, the quality of the shoes aren’t good and the customer service is absolutely horrible. He made me feel extremely uncomfortable and handled the situation in a very unprofessional way.

They sold me 2 right shoes and the shoes had dirt or glue marks on them i also purchased a watch and after a few minutes it stopped working personally i wouldnt buy things from this store because the quality of every item in there is very very cheap
