Excellent customer service. I was able to pick up my work shoes from Big 5. Thanks for being open during the crisis. Im not guilty, to say that I absolutely appreciate the special orders they do for me for my work shoes. Besides that, this place is very friendly. On top of that, the place is kept stocked and very clean. Above and beyond the call of duty for customer service. And to ensure that customers buy what they came in for. I really appreciate all the hard work thank you

This store is great, they always have great deals and the place is kept clean. The staff is awesome, what ever you go in for there will be someone who can help you that is knowledgeable in that specific item. If they dont have it in store they call around and find it for you, of no other store has it, they will order it for you. If there is a special you didnt know about, they will let you know so you get the discount. All around this is a great store.

Tony should not be managing firearms and ammo sales. He doesnt know what hes talking about. Big 5 needs to retrain managers on DOJ laws. Its always better to deal with Marcus.

I lost my wallet a few weeks back,and it has 7hundred and 50 dollars in it. I searched all over and finally went back to Big 5 to see if I left it there,the cashier told me that the manager had it put away for me. I was so relieved. They are great, honest and dependable. Thank u

I like the prices and variety in selection of items. We went in for sale its and came out with more due to prices and selections available. It is a little crowded within the store with all the items which made me feel a little closed in.

Nice selection of multiple things. Just didnt have a big archery section and that is what I went there for. I needed broadhead arrow tips for hunting. They only had 1 kind to choose from but they did still have it. But they do have plenty of other things as camping gear, shoes, sports equipment, etc.

Waited forever in the wrong line for a fishing license. Believe it should have been marked where to go. Also, no restrooms???? Wasnt happy with that. Our cashier was quick and friendly.

I had a great customer service from the person helping me in the ammo department but at the front register the person helping me from the ammo department was charging me when I think 🤔 it was the manager came and started talking bad to the employee from the ammo in front of me and giving me a dirty look he was really rude to the employee he has no costumer service or towards his employees... But great customer service from the person in ammo department...

When they have a sale there hard to beat.. the staff is always great at this store and management the best. Its nice to see familiar faces when you visit. One of the managers at this store is Marcus and hes been with them for years. Hes always happy to greet and go out of his way to talk and help you. Ive bumped into him other places and hes a real cool dude and doesnt shine you on cuz hes off work and dont want to deal with you or wants to be left alone.. Big 5 is lucky to have him and so many of there great workers. Always a pleasure going there..

The manager, Heather is amazing. They really know their product and are eager to help meet your needs. They have a large selection of camping equipment which makes it a great stop on your way out of town for any last minute needs on your way. Its conveniently located on highway 138 so no detour is necessary to hold you up on a weekend getaway.

Had bit of a hard time getting assistance. The gun counter people seem to need more training, though they were just showing air soft guns the clerk didnt have good trigger discipline. Also, he and the customers he was showing the air soft pistol to were flagging everyone else at the counter.

Store was not laid out well. Seemed disorganized, cluttered. Not messy, but claustrophobic feeling

When I asked the manager to help get a cooler of the top shelf so I could look at it he said 👌 then when I followed him over to the area he helped another lady choosing a backpack and then left me standing there while he when to talk to a Plummer. Did not get another employee to help me did not tell me he would be right back, he completely ignored my wife and I. So I left ....... The Lancaster store is much friendlier anyways!

I always forget about big5! Lol I went everywhere looking for snow gear and found nothing until I remembered this place as I drove by and whamoo, found everything. They always have pretty good sales going on and a lot of inventory in stock.
