Amazing customer service!!! The employees at this location are super friendly and helpful. So many items to look at. The store itself is a bit on the smaller side to walk around with a stroller. Kids should be closely watched because they have several breakable items inside the store. Prices are affordable and fair. Will definitely be going back real soon.

The cant seem to get the backpacks sent to me theyare using ontrac and the item shows enroute and then delayed then lost. I told boxlunch that they should use ups instead because my packages seem to come up missing wit ontrac and the said they cant do anything about it but give me a refund. I dont want a refund 3 of those backpacks were rare and now I have to find it elsewhere. This is reficulous

Found this excellent store at the mall today, and I LOVE it!And look who I found while I was in there today--Published Star Wars Origami author, Chris Alexander! He made a cute little Millennium Falcon out of my take-out menu.I left the store with my very first Porg, and its SOOOO sweet! ✨

In business, the customer is always right. That’s how repeat business is earned! This store and Corporate are extremely intolerant of religious freedoms and don’t value their patrons. Not only are they getting a poor review, they’re never getting my business again!!!

I walked in to pick up my boxlunch exclusive iron man avengers funko pop because they ship to the store for free... and I saw the 1989 batman vs joker movie scene funko pop and used the coin to save off the price of the batman. This place is for the funko fanatic and all I can say is #StopeSupports
