After almost 20 years living in the area I finally visited this place when a sudden burger fix was needed. I had seen the good reviews and comments about this places burgers so I went to check it out. The place is clean, nicely kept, very welcoming and comfortable. It has a covered area with lots of fans, and another area in the back with more of a backyard deck or tiki feel. The food was good, the burgers were cooked perfectly and the fries were hot and crispy. It did take a little longer than expected to get our food and the burgers were kinda small for the price. For $9, I was expecting a bigger burger and maybe some mayo, or a pickle... The shake also seemed small for the price. Im glad I went...

Fabulous. Sorry I waited so long to try. Fresh food. Always served quickly and hot. Burgers and fries are to die for. Good quality of beef. Never saw servers moving so fast! Ice cream is OUTSTANDING. Been there three times this week!

What a find while on vacation in Florida! This unexpected delight was within walking distance of our Air B&B, and the food is outstanding. We went there for a quick bite to eat, and finally found a local restaurant the puts out quality food and service. As food industry people ourselves, we know what it takes, and this place does it right! Reasonably priced, family friendly atmosphere, and choices for everyone. Hubby had the Mushroom & Swiss Burger and Onion Rings, I had the Cuban, and my daughter had Chicken Tenders and fries. She broke out the dance moves after 1 bite! The Onion Rings were perfectly done, and my sandwich was quite delicious, too. Hubby couldnt stop complimenting the burger with every bite. It doesnt look like anything spectacular from the road, but stop in, you wont regret it!

Burger so good make you wanna slap yo mama.. hands down the best burger Ive had in Florida so far, not even 5guys has a finger to this spot, the only place that i dont regret spending money at constantly. Actually, Might just go get some right now ✌️

Nice place, lot of selection of items to choose from, good tasty desserts but felt the ice creams were too sweet and didnt get the authenticity I was looking for. The coconut Malibu tasted like coconut flakes thrown into vanilla icecream with chocolate chip cookies, did not find any basil flavor from be it. This place is perfect for hot summer day or quick cool desserts

So good!! My new favorite place! Clean, great service, fun place for kids, shaded/covered tables. We had the strawberry sundae. It was delicious and served in a ceramic bowl and metal spoon, glass of water with ice! Since we are originally from Chicago, we HAD to try the chicago dog! Oh my gosh, so so good! And the fries were spot on! So fresh, crispy on the outside and soft in the center! We will be regulars! Thank you everyone at Dairy Rich Creamery for making our experience exceptional!❤️❤️❤️

I grew up in the area and had fond memories of going to this place as a kid. Now that I have a child of my own, I thought itd be fun to take her there and start something of a tradition. We went today around 6PM and they were closed, despite being several hours from the stated closing time. As we pulled around the closed business, we saw that the car parked there (presumably the owner because nobody was in it and they were closed) had a Joe and the ho gotta go bumper sticker on their SUV. Yuck. I think well be trying out the ice cream place across the street instead. Very disappointing.

Classic drive-in feel. The ice cream and milkshakes are delicious! Staff is super friendly and helpful. Large containers of free ice water and cups to help yourself. Lots of outdoor fans and seating. Ill definitely be going back to try more food and ice cream choices. I loved it!

Food was prepared perfectly. Service was awesome. Ice cream was delicious. The table areas were clean and the play area was set up and ready for kids. Had a great time. Will definitely go again.

Ice cream isnt the only thing thats great here! Burgers and dogs are outstanding! Been coming here for a couple of years and have never been disappointed. Ice cream is always a real family pleaser, but Im more about their food menu. Fantastic burger options and OMG, the chili dogs are out of this world! Lots of outside seating with plenty of room for the kiddos to romp and stomp.

Very quaint place to visit. Close enough to the water that you can smell the ocean in the breeze. Staffing was very warm and welcoming with low volume music playing in the sitting area. A cute sitting area on the side of the building for young ones to play. Only thing I found undesirable was the noise of traffic from being on a main road.

Food was great, staff was friendly. We went on a Friday evening and service was quick. They also serve food and ice cream in real (reusable) plates and bowls if you dine in. We will definitely make this a regular stop.

This isnt far from our house but we had never been there until earlier this week. We stopped for an ice cream which was great and went back two days later for a burger. They were also terrific. Outdoor seating, friendly service, all good.

This is an old-school-style ice cream drive in store. Hersheys ice cream is served, which happens to be rich and delicious! Comfort food like burgers, fries and more. CREATIVE SUNDAES, thick rich soft serve too! One of the best chocolate soft serve ice cream cones I have ever tasted. Not watered down. I WILL BE BACK TO ORDER MORE! ❤❤❤❤❤

Under a new ownership since feb 2019, they managed to keep most of things the same, and added a few things to menu. New sandwiches they have added are pressed Cuban and Cajun chicken thighs. Both sandwiches are really good. Heck, their Cuban sandwich is probably the best around the town and area now to get! Even with the previous owner, they did great job rehabbing the dairy farm, and the current new owners are making it better too! A great local gem in palm harbor to eat lunch/dinner, as well have some ice creams!

Very good chili dog! The hotdog is a Chicago dog not the chili though, but still very good. I ordered ahead for pick up, 15 mins later when I arrived, my food was ready, hot, onion rings crispy and my milkshake was still thick. The place is clean, organized and the employees although busy, pleasant and polite. Thanks for bringing nostalgia back to Palm Harbor.

Friendly roadside stop on alt 19 best slice of 🍅 tomato ever severed on a hamburger, unfortunately overdone and dry. Just three tables on a patio gave opportunity to make friends. Definitely trying the Chicago Hot Dog next visit.

Excellent burgers. We had the cowboy burger and the mushroom swiss. Fries are on point. Crisp outside, soft inside and hot out of the fryer. They have hand dipped and soft serve ice cream. Black cherry with hot fudge...so good!

They are AWESOME!! I always get to taste the new flavors of ice cream before I buy, my dogs get pup cups regardless of whether I have 1 or 3 of them with me (in the car), they have always been sensitive and aware of my sons Aspergers, and no matter what changes we make to the menu items, Harry always accommodates! Its our only and favorite ice cream place in Palm Harbor.

Stopped in here last weekend with my family was very disappointed with the ice cream. Being from western PA we came here because they had Hershey’s ice cream well we found out they no longer carry Hershey and we could tell. The drop off in quality sure was disappointing. A quick search showed there is Hershey near by though down the road in the Publix plaza. They had over 50 flavors of Hershey! Reminded me of my childhood growing up in Allentown. If your like me you’ll check this place out! It was called Lucy’s place. Sorry dairy rich I might swing through for a hotdog or burger but my ice cream sales are movin down the road

My family and I are from West Virginia and are here in Crystal Beach for vacation. We saw this place on our way and decided to stop. Let me tell you, I have never tasted a hamburger like theirs in a long time!! Not only that, their milkshakes and banana splits are AMAZING!! I would definitely recommend people to go here!! Hopefully to come here again on my next vacation down here!!

The ice cream is wonderful! Location isnt quiet but the people here are patient and want to give a provide a nice experience. The shake that I ordered was too thick to get through the straw but was nonetheless good. Our little dog liked his lil cup too!

Between the great diverse and delicious ice cream & Sundae options and the yummy food this place is a absolute must visit. They have a water bowl for dogs, outside games & puzzles .

I am unfortunately very disappointed at first when I came here it was great ice cream tasted great Then when I was chewing a bit down on something very hard and hurt my tooth it was a piece of plastic and I ended up finding several pieces of plastic in my ice cream and I end up throwing it out which worries me because I already ate 2/3 of it I will not be coming back due to this

My favorite local burger joint! The staff is great. I eat here so often, the guys know my usual. Best bacon and blue cheese burger in the county. Easy to access if youre riding in from the Pinellas Trail too.

Not like it used to be cones are stall. Only one dip for ice cream, and they where rude. Would I got back..nope

First time back here in years. Staff was friendly. Food took a little longer to come out. Once it did, three bites into my fries there I see was hair in the mix. Noticed one gentleman inside possibly the grill person without a mask. Probably where the hair came from off the beard into my fries. Wont be back. Sorry but mask it please especially during this time and while working with food.

The soft serve ice cream is the best I’ve ever tasted, I recommend the swirl for sure. The fries are super tasty. The employees are wonderful, and so is the food overall. I love the value of community and how the new owners kept the same retro vibe of the place. I’ve heard many other costumers say that they go back because it brings back good memories. Dairy Rich has been around for so long and I hope that it will continue to do so!

New owners are great! They are personable and care deeply about their business. They informed me healthier options will be available soon. Their burgers, chicken tenders and fries are our families favorites. We always add a malt or sundae as well. I can’t recommend this place enough. Oh, and take your dog. They have pup cups free of charge. Our dog gets super excited to be with his family eating ice cream.

Been wanting to try this place for a while. What a great experience even on a hot day. The fans do a great job of keeping you cool. The staff super friendly, the place super clean. My son and I both got a bacon cheeseburger with lettuce tomato onion and pickle, fries and we shared a large order of onion rings. Cold Coke in the bottle what a treat. $22 I couldnt believe it! The quality of the burger and condiments was outstanding. Best burger fries onion rings ever in my life my son agrees. The bottled Coke opened in front of you was the icing on the cake. Wont be long well be back.

Incredible burgers! Good old fashioned ice cream, loved my chocolate malt. Sit outside, quaint. I asked the cashier for a Military discount, he said that he didnt think that they had one, but unbeknownst to me, he told his manager in a sidebar.Later the manager gave my son a refund for a discount on our food. That was just an incredible gesture and greatly appreciated.
