This location just like many others is fantastic, the service is fast, the service is friendly. This location is very clean with the exception of the floor, which is not that big of a problem it is expected that an ice creamery would have sticky floors. The ice cream is well presented and the work area is clean. This location also has a tip bell which is cool because I dont think Ive seen that at other locations and if there are they arent used like they are at this location.

First off, excellent customer service. All employees including the new employee in training were extremely helpful. Store was clean and they kept the line moving fast!

Always have great customer service. Recently did a custom cake and it was perfect! It was not an easy task but they worked with me and the cake decorator, he did an amazing job. It turned out great!

Ice cream is awesome. Plenty of toppings to add and create your own dish. Waffle cones chips are really good as a quick snack or use to scoop your ice cream.Coffee ice cream with Roasted almonds, wipped cream and chocolate syrup is my favorite.

Great workers that were patient when I couldnt decide what to order! Great icrecream that was cheaper than I expected. Recommend this for when you ace a test or get a job, just a nice treat to eat occasionally. :)

I posted a 5 star review 2 years ago and have been going there ever since. Theres only one girl who knows what shes doing and never messes up our order while something gets messed up every time with anyone else. I wish I knew her name, but she has glasses and blonde hair.

I was very impressed! The ice cream is always fantastic; however, I have to give this review to rave about the staff. They were very busy and I had my grandchild with me as well as several unique request. They were patient, very pleasant, professional, quick, and acknowledging every person at the same time. Great visit!!

We just ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and two other items and the smoothie had huge ice cubes in the bottom and it doesn’t even look like it was blended at all and is not drinkable. It was busy when we came in but we paid for a cup of ice with fruit.

This coldstone has terrible employees, its like they require incompetence as a job requirement. They appear to always be understaffed and if you come to this location expect bad customer service and disappoint.

Always my favorite Cold Stone and never disappoints me. Especially when I am greeted walking in the door. The workers are really nice, polite, and quick with my service! They even make really good suggestions when I want to try something new.

Super rude every time i come but this time was super messed up. I brought my disabled sister and she loudly said hi in a friendly manner and the employee said back “hi?” With a attitude.. am I supposed to apologize?? like are you guys not used to have friendly children come in your store? im so angry. Honestly.

With all of the Holiday hustle bustle and and no shortage of rudeness, it was nice stepping in and being welcomed so pleasantly! Definitely the nicest experience since the Christmas crazy started. Not to mention the awesome ice cream! Doesnt ice cream make everything better? Im pretty sure it does!

Horrible experience! Lacey is by far the most unprofessional employee I have ever dealt with. She was under the influence of speed, or some type of drug where she couldnt stop moving. Yelled extremely loud at my family, so much so that I couldnt hear the other employee explain my order. I asked the other employee if Lacey always acts this way and she just looked at me with a blank stare, maybe she was under the influence too. What was even more shocking is there was no supervisor or manager on duty to over see the poor unacceptable behavior of the employee.To make matters worse, Lacey comes outside as we were sitting down outside eating our ice cream on her cell phone with her purse in her hand and states in a loud voice its alright, Im no worried about it, Theyll live then turns and looks back at us as shes walking to her vehicle as a reference she was referring to us. She then proceeds to leave the location in an very erratic way, I moved my children away from the sidewalk as I feared for there safety. Have contacted management and still havent heard back. Have also contacted corporate office. Beware of this location as I wouldnt want any other family to experience Laceys erratic behavior and ruin the experience for someone else. Lacey ruined the experience made us feel very uncomfortable.

I love Lacey. She came and catered at our hospital and made it a very enjoyable experience! She explained the whole process and made sure everybody had what they wanted. I love seeing all the cool tricks they can do with the ice cream ! Definitely recommend this coldstone and ask for Lacey !!

Its a coldstone, its good

Went to store on 5/30/2020 about 8:45PM. Store not real busy, just 2 couples ahead of my wife and me. Not a single employee had the courtesy or common sense to wear a mask. Im not sure how many hours they had worked bending over the ice cream bins and marble slab but im quite sure everything had been contaminated. My wife and I left never to return to a cold stone creamery. Shame on you and your careless employees

Every time I go to coldstone everybody is so nice to us. The ice cream is wonderful. My favorite is the cheesecake with raspberries mixed into it. My boyfriend gets the peanut butter explosion or something like that. There are a lot of combinations that are really good. We also try the ice cream cookie sandwiches and they were delicious. I highly recommend this place!

Amazing experience😇, one of the best ice cream shops ive taken my family in a long time. The crew was extremely friendly and were throwing our ice cream and had a remix of hollaback girl and everyone sang when we tipped! The ladies here are wonderful. I work near, and frequent this coldstone any time I need a sweet treat to get me through the day (Often!)Several times the girl working named Keely served me. I have no complaints about any of the staff, they are all always so cordial, but Keely always stands out to me.Ill always love Coldstone, but Keely and the rest of the staff are certainly a contributing factor for how much I love this particular Coldstone. I will definitely be returning, many times.

The ice cream is creamy and rich and absolutely AMAZING! They have the BEST variety of flavors and topings and they can make sure that the toppings are throughout the cup OR SELECTION OF CONE! I left soooo happy and I will be back!! Everybody loves it here, you should too.

First & last time I will visit this store in particular. The ice cream was delicious, however she piled it on so that it made a big sticky mess. We order from them on uber eats like 3 times a week. They NEVER get our order right. They leave items out, dont follow special orders, miss ingredients on create your own orders, dont send cones/ waffle bowls when ordered.

Great food service reasonable prices, plenty of televised sports, inside and outside seating. Apparently well stocked bar, although I do not drink alcohol but the coffee was very good.

I went here for my mothers birthday today and the women that helped us was very disrespectful and didnt do as we asked. She didnt chop the brownie up and my mum ended up throwing it out bc the brownie wasnt small enough to eat with ice cream. And she lied about the reward card. On the reward card it says every item that equals the smallest cup gets a star and she argued with my mum about it and only gave her 2 punches on it. Before we left I asked the other worker if a manager was there and she said no. I told her the women in the back was very disrespectful to my mother when she ordered her food and its my mothers birthday. And she goes oh okay. They should both be talked to about there customer service especially the one that took our order. This was on September 3rd, 2018 at 7pm.
