Waited for several minutes to even be noticed. 2 workers behind counter and no other customers but me. Nobody in drive through. Every time I asked for something the young lady said they didnt have it. No nuts. Couldnt get peanut butter sauce because it wasnt heated up, never offered to microwave it Finally settled on hot fudge and when I sat down to eat it she had used the hard chocolate coating instead which was disgusting. A group of older new yorkers came in after me and were much more verbal than I was when they were ignored for several minutes. One of the girls said they were doing dishes. Not sure why either of them are acting so exhausted. Extra star was for cleanliness.

This has to be the slowest and dirtiest Baskin Robbins Ive ever been in. The only one who knows what they are doing is the manager, she tries to keep things moving, but the staff is clueless. 1 staff member moves so slow its like watching a sloth, she completely has no regard to how long people wait or how crowded the store is. Do Better!

I always order a medium iced coffee and a chicken sandwich on a bagel. My sandwhich was okay this time ... definitely not the best quality Ive had from DD.. but it was okay. My bfs sandwhich on the other hand was horrible. They just threw some small piece of chicken patty that was 1/4 size of my patty on his. When I went in to ask for a new sandwhich. The employee just threw on this old dry crusty dark stale looking patty on the same bagel and didnt even take off the small patty. She just threw it on there and handed it to me. The color difference was horrendously extreme. I was so appalled that she thought it was okay to serve something like that. The GM who gave me my return was unapologetic. She really didnt even seem to care that it happened. The employee behind the counter was rude and absolutely unprofessional. I have contacted corporate and nothing has been done so now I figured Id write this review because of my disappointment on how this was handled. Terrible quality and terrible customer service. Thank goodness Wawa is around. Coffee and I can get breakfast sandwhiches

Very disappointing. Didn’t have waffle bowls, sundae items, half the donuts or the mango flavor for the smoothie. They could atleast warn you before you bother looking over the menu or post a sign or something. I understand as a business running out of a product but in this case they may as well tell you what they actual do have so you don’t waste so much time. The donut I did get was dry and disappointing as well. Lakeland store is way better.

Been two times now at 8 and 830 or so... came in tonight it’s my husband birthday all he wanted was a scoop of mint chocolate chip. I wanted a brownie sundae which it says they have, but they don’t serve brownies, then I asked about the cookie sundae they don’t have cookies either, then said okay I’ll have a scoop of mint chocolate chip and cookie dough, didn’t have either flavor. Same thing happened the last time. The girl said for as long as I’ve worked here we’ve never had brownies or cookies yet they’re on the menu. Someone needs to undercover boss the hell out of this place and shut it down and fire everyone and reopen.

I have tried this place a few times to give them another chance. I have nothing but disgust for these workers. I work in customer service and would be embarrassed to work here. Experience #1- was the girl and another co worker were arguing about the co worker clocking in and not working. She gave him attitude while handing me my drink. Had really long nails on and didn’t even say hi to me. Experience #2- we started ordering 2 apple fritter and 5 donuts. Girl interupted and said are you ordering 1/2 dozen donuts or 1 dozen? We didn’t want either and she mentioned we just started rambling off donuts. This place is the closest to our house yet we prefer going to Main Street now. 0 stars if I could!

The service of this place is horrible. We went at 10:30pm and greeted the employee twice with no response. Then asked if they were closed as the employer seemed upset we were there so late, he replied no, but we are about to close. What type of response is that? Then I check the schedule and they close at 11pm so we were there 30 min before. Definitely not going back.

After being told at 930 am you were out of 2 of the donuts I wanted I was not thrilled. I ordered my coffee then after k ordered I asked for the coffe order to be repeated to make sure it was correct. The guy did. When I got my drink at the window, the label on the cup was wrong, the coffee was not as ordered, then they had to remake it. Then Joey, threw my bag of my bagel on the counter rudely. Deshaun the shift leader was at the window, he apologized and was very nice. But Joey had an attitude problem not fit for a DD employee if you were to ask me. Im here every single day, order the same thing and never had an issue with attitude like that.

Never again...I cant believe they could screw up an order so badly...If I could give negative stars, I would. I had trouble finding the all-ice cream cakes on the web site so I called the Palm Harbor store to see if I could place an order over the phone. The girl sounded new but I repeated everything at least 3 times and was very specific. I said I wanted an ice cream cake that was ALL ice cream with the crunch layer in the middle, one layer chocolate, one layer vanilla, with the oreo cookies on top and the chocolate fudge trim that would feed about 12 people. This item has been on their menu for years! I was clear that I didnt care if it was round or rectangle, and happy birthday could be in any boy color such as blue, green, brown...just not pink. AGAIN I told her the KEY POINTS: ALL ice cream, and it must feed 12 people. I ordered on the 27th for the party on the 30th at 5pm. The store where they actually make the cakes called the next day and left a message, but I was at work, so I returned the call on the 29th. The cake-maker said they didnt have enough information to process the order...they had no idea what color icing to use. AGAIN I told them what I wanted, said blue or any boy color, AGAIN I told them the KEY POINTS that it needed to be all ice-cream, and serve at least 12, but otherwise I was flexible. Later that day they called me again to tell me that since the order that I called in hadnt been submitted at least 48 hours in advance they couldnt fill the order. I repeated that I placed the order on the 27th for the 30th and wouldnt be picking it up til after 5pm...and dont you, an ICE CREAM COMPANY...have at least ONE all ice cream cake that will serve 12 people somewhere in Pinellas County? Apparently not, and they said the order was never submitted, so I was forced to cancel the order. But wait...it gets even worse... today, the 5th of the next month, I review my credit card statement and the charge is still there. I call BOTH Baskin Robbins locations, the one where I placed the order and the one that did not fill the order, and neither one had a single person on staff that could handle this problem. Does this company have any management? I called during normal hours... I tried at 9:30 in the morning and again at 4pm. Thank goodness I used Discover!!! So dont worry Baskin Robbins folks!!! If you cant reverse this charge I can assure you that the competent staff at the Discover fraud department will!!!

Worst Baskin Robbins Ive ever experienced. Terrible service. Rude employees. Ice cream tasted absolutely awful. I ordered chocolate. It tasted like someone dumped a bucket of cinnamon in it. My mouth was on fire. Baskin will never get a penny of my money again.

Got a small vanilla ice cream cone that was freezer burnt and stale. When I found out it was stale, I bit right into a piece of paper that must’ve been from another cone. Plus there was a hair on it too, just to top it off. Waste my money!

The service is absolutely terrible at this location now. I am a customer almost every weekend and the last 6 months have gone completely down hill. So far, that I will no longer go to this location. I will either go to another store or find a further location.This is all tied to one or two specific employees....My order is always wrong. I get interrupted constantly as I order with questions that would not be asked if they paid attention.I.e. ... Ill have a large hot coffe cream and....do you want that iced or hot.Or Ill have 5 dougnuts. Ill have 2 Boston creams, one glazed, one.....why dont you just get 6 its only a little more i say no, I just want 5 and then has to ask what I wanted again.Until they have employee churn and get better frontline employees, I will not return for a while. I will probably go back to see who is working and just leave if same employees.I dont need the frustration on a Sunday morning.

Wish I didn’t even have to give 1 star. Went in with a coworker for ice cream on a lunch break. There were 5 people working and it took 10 mins to be helped. (There was only one other customer in the store) 2 people were “on break” in the lobby. The employee who ended up helping us did not know what flavors the ice creams were (there were no signs indicating what flavors were available) she gave us a look of disgust when we inquired further and just asked if we wanted to try it. When we asked the cashier for napkins and spoons because the dispenser was empty he said “there should be some on the other side of the store” ans didn’t acknowledge us otherwise. Terrible customer service. Terrible product. Our ice cream was freezer burnt and portion was inaccurate. Never going back there again.

Filthy. The place was absolutely disgusting. The bathrooms even worse. Service was terrible. I watched three people moved Donuts around for four minutes before pne finally called somebody else over to wait on us at the counter who was obviously busy doing something else. Very disorganized. Go to a different location.

Horrible experience! Pulled in the drive through to order. Because i have not been to Baskin Robbins in a few years we asked for a minute to review the menu but was told we had 2 minutes to place our order. At first we thought the guy was kidding but no, CJ was serious. He told us it will mess up his whole average if we took longer than 2 minutes. Even though there was no one behind us and we also told him there were 5 people in the car so it would take longer than 2 minutes. The worker, CJ (or TJ) was extremely rude and only apologized after we asked for his managers name. And, now Im at Menchies

Terrible service. Out of chocolate syrup, peanut butter ice cream, out of moose tracks, dirty store. Plus, while the server was hanging my change back he dropped it on the ground never said sorry, I had to get out of the car to get my money and was told by this server I was blocking traffic could I please move out of the way.

The promo they are having for Stranger Things Funko Pops have clearly brought out the absolute greed of the owner of this place. A Pop supposed to be retailing for $12.99 in store is being sold for $30. They have lost a small business owners food business as well.
