Saturday early afternoon and there was merchandise, boxes, and pallet jacks all over and not an employee to be found . The shelves were mostly empty and broken merchandise on the shelves. I finally, after over 20 min of looking for someone in the area, went to an employee in sporting goods. He was helpful but over all the store was a mess(and dangerous).

Hate the new app. Have the time it doesnt scan. They are getting better with online grocery pickup.

Absolutely terrible grocery pick up!! They give out molded produce half the time and the other half they forget items on your order and still charge you! I’ve been trying for DAYS to get a refund of $6.51 because they forgot an item on my order and refuse to rectify the situation!! The guys I talked to said I would get a refund but he never issued it!!! Management is a joke. They do t care about their customers at all. I even asked if they could just put the $6.51 on a gift card since I’d need to repurchase the item anyways! Ridiculous that their employees can’t do their job properly and you’re investigated and prove their mistakes instead of just acknowledging their faults and simply correcting them. This Walmart is the absolute worst but it the closest to my house so I end up wasting HOURS DEALING WITH THEIR MISTAKES. I should probably just start make the drive an extra couple miles to the 116th location. I’ve been there a few times and never have any problems.

Shopping at Walmart is fairly easy and the store is clean but it’s the checkout experience that keeps me from going here unless I absolutely have to. I’ve never ever understood having a virtual ocean of cash registers but only opening one or two and having customers stand in long lines while their frozen foods thaw so I’m sure I’m not their target customer. I always opt for Target or Reasors instead as I never have that experience at either of those but then I’m going to two different stores so, I guess there’s a trade off for the convenience of having everything in one place.

Its a great store to shop at Friendly people nice surrounding, nice people that work there and friendly, nice and big store. Id go back most definitely. Best Walmart store yet and I live in Tulsa.

Trying to buy my favorite Gain laundry soap is always a struggle. Its either stocked in the wrong place or they dont have it at all.

I dont usually mind trying to find a sales associate, but it gets frustrating when Im in a section waiting for near 30 minutes for a sales associate to appear in order to get earrings. I understand its due to understaffing, but I wish it was easier to get some help, maybe like a pager button at the desk?

This walmart is always changing things around so makes more of a hassle for a quick in and out shop. They need to work on employee appreciation and look into how the managers treat staff. Other than that every time I go into the store they are normally out of a bunch of products. And if there isnt room on the shelves they place products in the isles. Personally I try to go to neighborhood market if im just shopping for groceries.

Called this location today to ask a question about a items availability. I called the electronics department and didn’t get an answer (twice), this is understandable and I do not hold them being busy and not being able to answer a phone against them.However I did get ahold of someone in “customer service” and asked a simple question about a possible new release DVD that launches today. Karen advised me all departments are on lunch and there is NO WAY “customer service” could answer that question because she was surrounded by boxes and couldn’t possibly service customers. No initiative, no problem solving skills and no leadership from “customer service”. I’ll be going to Target

This is my hometown Walmart.Photo posted is today, June 22nd, 2021 at 8:30am :)Although mostly always very busy, this Walmart seems to hold it together fairly well as far as cleanliness and selection availability. Parking lot entrance is a disaster. Use Lowes side and garden entry for better traffic handling. Overall, employees at this store have a generally positive attitude for an enjoyable shopping experience.

We were able to find pretty much what we needed. Most areas are clearly labeled. The store needs more registers opened for sure. I made the mistake of leaving a bag there and called the store, to wait and wait and wait and no person answered.I finally just went back to see if my bag of goods was still there. It wasnt so I had to get my belongings again. They were nice about it. Thank you.

They hardly have any variety. The Walmart workers are not knowledgeable and very rude. This is the first time Ive been to a Walmart in quite a while and now I dont plan on going back. I hate self checkout and thats all they have. Im not paying that much to bag my own groceries. So I guess Reasors will get my business from now on.

Great Walmart had everything I needed and was so easy to find it. There where lots of workers to help too, and the check out line was a breeze.. I will be going back to Owasso for more not just Walmart...

Only 2 cashiers working. 6 people waiting in each line. No manager. I dont work there and refuse to self checkout with a full basket of stuff. Too many employees filling orders and in the way of shoppers. Customers do not seem to be very important to Walmart. It is a horrible place to shop.

Has stuff some of the time. Hit or miss with certain products I need due to dietary reasons. Wish they restocked more often honestly. Staff is ok. Close and convenient but just ok..

Great variety on groceries. Clothes should be cheaper but all in all pretty good!! Great products for projects and crafts!!

Its big. Very nice variety of things & stuff that are both wants & necessities.

Large walmart that is always packed with people. Getting fabric is almost impossible here because most of the employees are at the front of the store. They definitely dont answer the phone. Only giving a 3 because the employee interactions I have had were friendly enough.

A couple of weeks ago I brought my daughters car to get a battery put in her car Rachel was so helpful and courtesy I would like to give her a kudos keep up the great work.

Long lines to the only two registers with cashies. I am not a cashier and I hate self checkout, I am really thinking about going to Reasors because they have enough cashiers for those that want to.

The store was still slightly busy for this late in the evening. All areas I needed to shop were nicely stocked, except the canned vegetables. They were lower than expected in stock. All employees whom I interacted with were courteous and polite.

Store is kept clean, everything I was looking for was in stock. Associate at the self check out was friendly.

Saw a dude freebasing in the back by the electronics. Who still freebases? Anywho the selection of Ritz snacks was ok.

So how can we get help in the electronics department, yall need to make a call for help button there, I just left an old man standing there for 10 minutes now waiting on someone, I walked around to help him and no one. And I also needed stuff myself. I may be one customer but customer service should be your priority

Its a Wal-Mart, so it functions as all Wal-Marts do. This one is cleaner than most Ive visited in the area, but the parking lot is designed poorly and getting in and out of it can be a hassle.

Curd side delivary was good. Since they are getting rid of cashiers, Ill be using this service more. Less time to shop and no spur of the moment purchasing.

I always do grocery pickup and it’s very nice especially with 4 kids, never had an issue.

The hunger games of general stores, dodge a mom and her six kids, try not to become road kill by the bolder from Indiana Jones on a 2mph cart, scaveng for an employee that knows what your looking for. This is walmart.

Unhappy and not helpful employees. Overheard a automotive manager being very rude to customer and unappreciative. The poor guy had been charged for a new tire when he was needing a flat repair. I waited for 15 minutes two weeks ago fir an oil change and got to watch 4 employees standing around the only car and looking at me in me without writing me up or directing me to a garage. Store has pallet jacks and pallets everywhere on the isles and bate shelf’s. Products that show on line are not in there spots to purchase.

The store is clean, well stocked, and love when the staff go the extra mile. The greeter and the cashiers were friendly and very professional and the stocker helped us when I couldnt find a product all were amazing !!

Just a nother trip to Wal-mart

The prices have gone up. The new remodeling is difficult to find what I want and theres less of a selection. Clothing selection is limited. I went to buy Metamucil. Wanted sugar free. Nope. Had 1 container of sugar Metamucil and some milk of magnesia. There were no other products available in that section. I had to hunt to find that area. Ill be going elsewhere to buy vitamins since the new arrangement of vitamins is confusing and the price is now the same as name brand vitamins elsewhere.

The Walmart in owasso your always greeted with a smile the environment is clean and welcoming I enjoy shopping here.

I enjoy Walmart quite a bit and am a frequent shopper.Typically can find the things I need and the employees are actually helpful and friendly contrary to popular belief.

Only place open in owasso after 8pm on 4th of July! Friendly staff, always clean store, bigger automotive dept than other Walmarts in the area. Had bulbs that fit the headlamps of my 2004 car and fabric wide enough for me to redo the headliner. Thanks!

I went in about 30 minutes before closing time to grab 2 bags of lettuce. I used the self-checkout. As I was leaving, I was stopped at the door and falsely accused of shoplifting. With an officers help, I proved my innocence - which resulted in a lifetime ban.How, you ask?Manager said I caused a disturbance.

Very scary that they would put the people in the positions they are in. Our vehicles are supposed to be safe on the roads. Do not take your vehicle here for service. I wouldn’t even let them attempt to change my windshield wipers.

Went to get round 1 of the Covid vaccine. Set up was well run and efficient.Did some shopping after. Nice selection of items. A bit surprised and uncomfortable seeing all the people not wearing masks.

Oil change was an pleasant experience. Very affordable and fast. The employees were helpful and polite.

While exiting the Owasso Walmart a young lady yearli asked to see my receipt for my purchase. I showed her and she was very rude about checking my items. When I said you’re welcome she said, “I didn’t say thank you.” I went put my items in my car and came back inside to speak to the manager. He was very nice and handled the situation appropriately. I’ve been a loyal customer at the Owasso Walmart for 15 years and never had an encounter like that. Please teach your associates manners.

Helpful staff but they keep moving their products and rely too much on self-check. We should get a discount if we use it, OR they should employ Americans and not machines to do the work

Terrible store employees, unorganized store, Terrible service at Autonotive center. Automotive Managers Colton and Brittney cuss, lose keys, and very rude to customers. Automotive employees not wearing safety glasses and hard hats in the automotive bay . Store manager Konli doesn’t seem to interested in changing the mannerisms of the employees because of the multiple times I have shopped this store all departments have rude employees which means the store manager condones is his behavior. They have dehumidifier products on the self next to the fish tank chemicals, plastic bags tied to the selfs on the sales floor next to the dog food full of other plastic bags which can be a choking hazard for children. And the list goes on. Many of these items are are not fixed after multiple times of visiting the store in the last 5 years.

Its a Walmart. You been to one store and you have pretty much been to them all. This one is clean and the staff is fairly helpful. I do regular grocery shopping here

Store was very well laid out. Good selection of products. They opened check out lines as needed, instead of ignoring like most Walmarts.

Does anyone work at this location? Walked around for 10 minutes never found 1 single employee. Needed an item out of a locked case but couldn’t find anybody to open it so I left you a basket full of Stuff to put away. You guys should really put some kind of call button on the locked cases so it will page over the intercom when a customer needs assistance

This store has very much gone downhill fast. Discourteous and rude associates at the meat department. Floor was very dirty. Unclean, no hand sanitizers. Very unprofessional. Sams just down from the Supercentet is very clean, very friendly staff, very helpful. Now this store should take lessons from Sams Club Owasso.

No checkers just 2 lines are long at self check and actual checkers when on duty are slow and dont seem to care

Got my first covid-19 shot in the pharmacy and it went real fast everyone was nice and fast got out in about 30 minutes.

Nice and helpful personal working there and found what I needed with the help of a sales associate.

What can I say, its Walmart. Very crowded.

I was a visitor at this Walmart. It is in a favorable spot that is easy to see and easy to get to. The main highway is Right close and that is the way I went because I was going out of town. Plenty of nice parking. Its just like all of the other supercenters. The employees were helpful and pleasant. Of course all the employees were wearing mask and taking all of the covid-19 precautions. They do not require that the shoppers wear a mask but most of them had a mask on they have nice cells and Clarence racks that are easy to understand. The store seemed bright and clean. We got some to go food from the deli area. The food in the case looked a little dry but my chicken strips were just fine.

Had everything I went in for. Plus the cashier was very friendly.

Never thought Id walk into a Wal-Mart feeling good. Cant even say what it is particularly, but just walking in feels pleasant.

Pretty clean and well stocked, but most of the employees were loudly complaining about their job, their management, and finding a different job. Plus the ones at the self checkout stand were talking about fighting customers. Very unprofessional.

When looking for items to bring that sense of Home to Your house, Wal-Mart is the place to go for affordable items.

Love this Walmart but I wish Owasso would put in another one because its always so packed!!!

Great store but usually out of products

Bad management. I walked right past management with my basket and they did not say a word to me. Then I continue walking, get literally out the door, and they call me back to check my receipt. She couldn’t be bothered to say hi or have a good night. I feel bad for the employees. There was also no social distancing taking place. The manager was almost touching the employee. Don’t talk the talk if you can’t walk the walk.

Realized I forgot my wallet at checkout. A friendly associate showed me how to set up and use Walmart Pay on my phone. Much appreciated! Not sure why they dont accept Google or Chase pay though...

Seems well-stocked and staffed. Definitely less cluttered than most Wal-Marts.
