This is a really well ran target. You can always count on the shelves being well stocked without pallets stacked everywhere like other big box stores. The store is always clean as well as the bathrooms. The employees know the store well and are always able to direct you in the right direction. The pharmacy is operated just as well as the store and I enjoy doing my business there. The pharmacist could be a little more friendly but they have so much glass between them and the customer that its almost impossible for them to hold a conversation.

I just have to say the most amazing service was shown to me today. I was at the cash register checking out with Laurie, I applied for a red card and got approved. Unfortunately the temporary card wasnt working. She ask for help from another lady, I didnt get her name. She did all that she could and when she couldnt figure it out she called on I wanna say was a manager his name was Blake. He ended up calling the 1800 # that is provided and the customer service guy was absolutely no help. So Blake took it upon himself to comp my items with a gift card from the store. Blake is an amazing person who believes the customers should be helped and treated properly. He deserves to be shown the same act of kindness he has shown me today. And Im not meaning this because they paid for my items but because he and the other two ladys went above and beyond to help in any way they could. They did not give up. They just made my faith in humanity come alive. Hope you all have an awesome day.

My favorite guilty pleasure is a trip through Target. The 🎯 playground in the front of the store with all the inexpensive seasonal items are an addiction. The cleaning supply aisles have a lot of nontoxic cleaners, which I love. The hone decor items are on trend. And the clearance end caps are like a treasure hunt. The groceries are great. And the target circle app is amazing. Ive sold almost $400 with it so far this year.

When making my purchase I asked the associate extra questions about the product and he was extremely helpful and honest. I appreciate the way he answered my questions confidently. I will defiantly hope that his etiquette will rub off on others.

The cashier I had was exceptional. I had not used target cartwheel before even though i had the app on my phone. Probably placed there by my daughter. Anyway.. I asked the cashier how to use the coupon for an item on cartwheel.. He told me where to find the coupon and how I could use it as I wanted to for this purchase. Wow such an EXCEPTIONAL employee. He was super friendly and helped me with the app. I Choose to not go to certain stores due to their employees are so not helpful. I appreciate this employee and feel he needs to be recognized for his above and beyond Exceptional service to me . I Love Target always have and will shop more there now that I know I get the best customer service and help at this store.

I was looking for an item that is in stock, but not out on the shelves yet. An employee named Boston was so nice and helpful and was able to get the item I wanted from the back for me!

Compared to other Target stores in the area, it lacks order, product & employees that work. Store is disorganized and cluttered. At this visit, when I entered the store I saw 2 employees talking. Both made direct eye contact with me & turned and walked away when they saw I was going to ask them a question. I went to the returns counter, following behind the 2 females where they stopped to chit chat with 3 other employees who were standing there. There were enough people at the cash registers that they could have helped, or at least asked. Plus, the remember the condition of the store? There was plenty of work. They stood and laughed leaning on the end cap until I said something about them helping. None were too eager to get back to work, but they paired off 2 going one way, 2 going another, both laughing and chatting, while one actually went back to work. I only visit this Target if I HAVE to and dont have time to go to Tulsa

Customer service is phenomenal! The employess were very responsive, efficient and friendly. The store is also one of the cleanest Target I had visited.

Love this store, I just wish they would try and enforce everyone to wear a mask since it says a mask is required to enter the store.

We moved to Oklahoma from Texas just last year. We have been shopping for our groceries at Walmart since we moved here. We recently had a couple of items we ordered online from Target and needed to stop by to pick up. We decided to go ahead pick up a few groceries at Target instead of making two stops. I have to say, the staff and management team at Target was incredibly friendly, professional and welcoming. Davida assisted us at checkout with having someone bring us a replacement item (for one that was open/damaged) and when I asked for a manager to compliment the Davida, Blake arrived with the same professionalism and courtesy. He said their goal was to treat everyone like family; mission accomplished. We have now made Target our primary grocery stop. Thank you for the incredible shopping experience. We look forward to returning soon!

Employees were quite rude and the store was not very clean. the employees rolled eyes at me and had to apologize for their actions after I told my friend how rude they were.

Would not shop here unless you are using self check out. I went in to return an item and was threatened by a manager that he would call the police on me. All because I left my drivers license at home. I was not rude I was understanding and walked out of the store and while I was walking to my car the manager and another employee watched me walk to my car. The manager then claimed to have all my information. Really ??? What the hell. Who treats people this way? Horrible and from a manager. I worry for Target employees that work under this disrespect manager. Sad Target Owasso sad.

Love this target! I would love to give it four stars, but theres only one thing... I feel like theres a lack of some products at this store, like going to the Broken Arrow one makes me feel like the Owasso location has nothing. Other than that though, I love this store

Best Target shopping experience ever! Thanks to the manager Robert. I had purchased a couple of toys for my kids Christmas, not realizing they already had these 2 items. I had literally purchased them last night and could not find my receipt anywhere. I explained to Robert what happened. Its Christmas eve and he had a million things going on. However, he made time to go look up my purchase so that he could refund cash instead of just putting it on a target card. I have never experienced service like this at any other retail store. Especially, on Christmas Eve. Thanks Robert!

Very fast and polite with drive up service I ordered and by the time I got to target (45 min drive) my order was ready, both of them! Brought out by a very polite young lady! Very pleased!!

The people at this particular store are always smiling. I have watched them on what would be bad bad days (Holidays) and go out of their way for older customers helping them out, youngest customers letting the young parents know they got this! I would recommend a visit to this store anytime!

Amazing customer service! I love my Target so much!

Extremely disappointed with this store! I had my husband pickup my order and they only gave him part of the order. Spent an hour on the phone trying to get them to locate my order. Went to pick it up and still had items missing. Wasted another 30 minutes. So if you want to waste a bunch of time then this is a great idea. However it is far from convenient. I have never had this problem with other retailers pickup. I am glad I didn’t choose drive up then I would have wasted extra time and extra fuel. I suggest everyone full inventory their items and don’t have anyone else pickup your order.

I had a tiny problem ordering but was able to finally resolve it without help. Im sure it was just my unfamiliarity with the website, so that was no big deal. As for the in-store pickup experience, it was great. I got in line at the customer service desk and didnt have to wait very long for a clerk to be available. She was nice, professional, and helpful, which is how I have been treated at every Target by every employee with whom Ive had any interaction.

I landed in a wheelchair 12 years ago and worked hard enough to become capable of caring for myself.This afternoon for the first time I felt absolutely helpless in Target trying to find something. I rolled around until I was worn out trying to find someone only to be ignored. I final got lucky enough to have another customer take me to what I needed.

Great selection and cute clothing styles. Prices keep going up though so I dont shop there as often as I use to. Not enough registers open considering the busy season and a few workers standing around on their phones. Not too professional. Decided not to purchase clothes too many people standing around waiting for fitting room and only one worker. Store was organized and Bathrooms were clean .

The customer service manager at this location is exceptional! She is very helpful and friendly. We have shopped at this location several times and there are rarely long lines. The only thing that would make this location better is if it was a Super Target.

I can always get what I want same day. I also appreciate employees were given Easter off.

Sometimes when you order items online for pickup, instead they sell them to someone else even if you’ve already bought and paid for them. It’s very cool.

Selection of merchandise. Cartwheel has been wonderful for me. I have saved $407 over the last 3 years using Cartwheel. Great location as well.

I love Target. The prices, selection and USUALLY the customer service. This time wasn’t the best though. The lady doing returns was rude and very short with me while trying to return my items. I ended up leaving and going to the store on Yale and had no problems there.

I went into the Starbucks in this target to get a cake pop. We waited in line and saw flies all inside of the pastry display case. The cashier just said “oh that’s bad. What can I get you?” I said “we’re good” and left. This target is always filthy but I thought maybe they’d step it up a bit. My mom went in to get something a month later and there were more than 5 nats inside.

Very rude cashiers. Always. I have lived in Owasso for 8 years and I think the cashiers get ruder and grumpier every time I go! Get some FRIENDLY new faces!!! Too many instances to type up on here. I have started using the nicer cashiers at the return counter or self check out. But it shouldn’t have to come to that and I shouldn’t have to deal with grouchy faces and attitudes from your employees.

Staff seems to be stretched to thin. The staffs attention appears to focused on pleasing the management and pays little attention to the customer. We love Target products, keep in mind this is not a Super Target.

For the first time ever, I am not very happy with Owasso Targets customer service. I had gotten a stroller and car seat as a gift. The stroller was a double stroller and I had decided I needed a single so I wanted to exchange it. I didn’t have my receipt but they said that was fine because I had my baby shower registery with them. Well the lady begins to tell me that they could only give me back $52 for the stroller which I originally paid $200 and $60 for the car seat which was $180. I told them there was no way I could do that and they told me they’re wasn’t anything else they could do. So I went to the Super Target on 71st in Tulsa and they took care of me and exchanged them with zero problems at all.

This review is based on this Target only. I love shopping at Target but not the check out. They tend to not have very many registers open causing much longer lines. The cart return at the door is almost always out of hand with customers leaving carts sideways and unstacked as they leave. This always results in the exit being blocked. Otherwise Target is typically very nice.

This Target store has the best customer service. A few months ago I bought some expensive headphones from this store, they broke suddenly - and right before I was leaving town to run a half marathon. The manufacturer would replace them, only if I could show proof of purchase, and it would take over a week. Target helped me get a new pair in time to fly out today. Amazing customer service. I am very grateful.

Every time I go there are no lanes open! Can you have one lane open? Do you pay cashiers anymore? I dont feel like doing self checkout every time. Never going back.

I ordered online for in store pick up. I drove over 30 minutes to this store because they were the only store within and hour of me that had a toy I wanted for my daughter and I paid for it online as well. Just to get there and they had given it to someone else

This target makes me so upset each time I go .. no matter what cashier I get.. always so rude and ver very dishonest!!! I told a cashier about the deal that was going on as advertised in the store, well he went and took the sticker off and came back to me and said the deal was not going on yet it was there !! Second time I have tried to return items with no success. Dressing rooms closed and items purchased today did not fit. Tried to return with receipt and same card used, but they would only issue a gift card. Done with Target. Terrible customer service!

Was looking for a fm radio and compact disc player combo. Not a large selection.Found a possibility but there was no price tag on the shelf where it was located. Resulting in us not purchasing it.

So went in last week to buy my kids a few toys and a couple other things when my family and I spotted a lava lamp. I scanned them all and it didnt match the price that the tag had said its selling price was. I asked one of the employees and he scanned them all for us and he got the same price we did. He yelled for help and in a matter for seconds they responded. And to top it all off another helpful young man came and explained what was wrong with it. Both boys were very polite and extremely help. Great teamwork and corporation between the employees. And the one who came to explain even helped us find a few other products later on that evening. Defiantly will be shopping!!!!

I absolutely love this Target in Owasso I think it is one of the best ones and all of Tulsa County I love the selection and I just love the store and the staff they are so helpful and friendly and they basically have everything that you need it is a smaller Target store but it is one of the best Targets in my opinion. I would highly recommend this target to anyone in this area for a great shopping experience!

I love Target. It has a much more comfortable feel than Walmart, I love the 5% off, selection is great, employees are great.
