Went in with a terrible issue with my phone and account.The customer service when I came in was top notch.Before I left Ethan asked about our internet which we had with spectrum and he was able to lower our price and get us higher speeds.

OMG, I never had such a negative unprofessional phone purchasing experience in my life! Let me rephrase that - non purchase in my life! I went in per recommendation from the store down the street due to specific availability of a new $1500.00 phone and the guy could not manage to sell me a phone an hour before closing because he was flirting with a mother daughter customer? Wash your stained shirt, tuck it in and tidy up your physical appearance along with learning some basic manners of customer service to assure customer satisfaction. 😱AVOID THIS LOCATION! Go to the store on 92 by the mall to deal with the pros and get treated respectfully.

My IPhone 6 was dead and I had not backed it up. Eric was able to back up my phone and load all the data and apps onto my new IPhone 10. I had to leave my phone at the store for about 6 hours, but it was worth it! Great Job Eric!

Called to make sure they had a note 9 for an exchange within their franchise and wasTold they did have even the color I wanted- got to the store 20 min later and manager says “they just sold” them... of course, for an exchange I’m sure he just sold it in 20 minutes when I always see that store empty.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. This store is a ripoff the will not honor any warranties period. Only reason I gave them a one star is because I couldn’t give a zero. They are dishonest and will not stand behind their products. You have been warned. Again BEWARE

Has a new manager, assistant manager and staff. Much better than it used to be. Also not as busy as the other two stores on Granada/40. Had a pleasant experience, and I was in and out quickly. Would definitely recommend it.

Unbelievably rude employees. They appeared to be bothered/annoyed by customers. Once customers left, the employees openly spoke of how incompetent they were. Skip this store and go to the AT&T on W Granada. The guys there are very helpful and professional.

Amazing they got me a galaxy s5 cute guys, knowledgeable, helpful &great prices. Was in there last Saturday with my mom I left metro pcs. This was the best overall services in any business u experienced in a long time. My mom ran into guy from the store and he told herI should come in hell teach me about my phone. I think its to late today but will go soon! wrote an easy and rated the other AT&T on west Granada by mistake and cant remove it or copy here but the east Granada att dealer by Walgreens, adds corner of A1A in tgifs strip mall is where I went. awesome.
