Chris was the first representative who helped me transfer data onto my new iPhone and did the same for my husband with great expertise, then recently, Emily helped me correct the problem of the black screen of death I encountered on my iPhone 12...it took her seconds! There was Joe also who helped with adjusting a headset for us...all are courteous and super friendly. I highly recommend doing business here...the best of the best!

I was Very happy with the customer service that I received from the store. When I walked in, I Only browsed for 30 seconds or so before I was pleasantly greeted. William, the sales associate that helped me, quickly gave me the options for my purchase. He patiently waited for me to weigh my options, and I was out the door in five minutes.(By the way, I first visited the AT&T store in Ormond Beach, and waited 15 minutes and was never even greeted.)

I just went in to ask a question. I was pleased to get service immediately. The guy answered my question right away. It worked. I was in and out in 2 minutes.

Great service from Sully. He helped me greatly with my Verizon phone issue. I just moved to Ormond and my phone was not able to make or receive calls in my development. Turns out my phone needed to be reset internally through Verizon. Sully reset my phone (no information was lost) and I had phone service again. Thank you so much!

Brendan went above and beyond to get my service up and running. He even dealt with two separate Verizon customer service reps with me on the phone. He was very kind, patient, and helpful. While I was there, three separate customers came in for upgrades and they all chose to wait for Brendan and I can see why. Will definitely bring all of my business here!

I stopped at this store needing a charger for my rental car. I was a dummy and left my car charger back home in Memphis. They had a great selection of chargers and a lot of other really cool stuff. I was able to get a good price charger and be on my way. They were clean and even offered me a mask to wear for covid since I didnt think of bringing my own. They were friendly about it and didnt kick me out like a lot of stores do. Thanks for being so sweet and helping me out.

I tried switching to another carrier. They were nowhere as good as Verizon so I came back. it took a little bit of work to get everything back but the representatives were very helpful at this location. They got us set up whith Verizon once again. They even got us a better price plan.

Everywhere I travel it updates me with the current weather on my screen. Informative people with great positive attitudes.

I went in to see if I could change my phone number because the number of spam calls I get per day. Talked to Bryson who told me about the options on my phone that could block spam callers and advised me of why I shouldnt change it. Then asked him about the new Samsung S21. Compared all the pluses and minuses versus the LG V60 and ended up buying the LG. He was very patient with me, explaining all the available apps, etc. on the new phone. When my pictures transferred over to the new phone and werent in the albums, he made the effort and reloaded them into their individual albums. There were a few issues I had with the phone and charger that day/night so I went in the following day and Bryson immediately took care of those issues. Over the following couple days, Bryson called to see how everything was going. I have never experienced this type of service before and I HIGHLY recommend this store AND Bryson. He was professional, knowledgeable and patient. He took his time to explain everything to me and to make sure I felt comfortable using my new phone. Thank you Bryson!!

My iCloud was not backing up correctly and I was lost. My kids usually help me but they live in a different state. The staff at this store was like having my kids here with me. They slowly showed me everything I needed to know and helped me purchase more icloud space through apple. Now my precious pictures will be safely backed up.
