Called ahead for a part covered by warranty. No problem, Lisa says, well have it ready for you at Will-Call. Silly me, I believed her. I drove almost an hour from Tavares only to wait for nearly 50 minutes for a part. The guy working the desk was good but he was swamped...he did his best to keep everyone satisfied but he needed some help. It wasnt that the extra time was due to being a warranty part - the guy was simply in the weeds. It was an irritant to see other employees (thru the window) standing around. Grrr. If I had known it was a $17 part, I would have gladly paid cash and went on my way...

20+ years in the trade and for the first time that I try to buy a roll of copper, they ask for my EPA cert. if I was buying refrigerant and it was questionable if I should be, by all means. To have to show a cert for a roll of copper? Just means they got in trouble for not doing something they should have and now going over the top.
