I work for an A/C company in Orlando and have to call in for parts all the time. I usually get Greg, who is always a huge help. Everyone is always super friendly and very helpful :)

They close before 4:30. Got there 4:23 and it was closed already. Wasted my time.

Nice store, nice people just SEVERELY understaffed, every time I, the dispatcher, have to place an order it takes tens of minutes. I hope they add desk positions and staff to handle their great customer base.

As someone who is regularly ordering parts and equipment, I have to say that this store is the absolute worst one I have ever done business with. I cant count on both hands the amount of times theyve forgotten to ship out orders or even process them properly. The warranty department is a mess and every time you call in to order a warranty part the employees try to tell you it isnt under warranty even though you just ordered a warranty part for the same unit a month ago. If you can get the parts or equipment else where, I would highly recommend it.
