The minor details that the car lacked (screws for a back seat) got fixed the very next day along with a full auto detail. He has assured me that he will get me the reflector and I have not doubt in my mind due to his quick response and wonderful customer service skills that it will be done. I found the listing for this Subaru WRX online and decided I would head to Tropical to check it out. Upon arrival I was kindly greeted by the man pictured named Stacy. The car ran great and everything worked as it should. Going back to the dealership, I decided to put in an application. At some dealerships the finance manager will jump on whatever finance company is willing to get the deal done. Not at tropic. Linda, the finance manager found a company for me and we did up all the paperwork. The service did not stop there. Linda ended up finding a BETTER deal for me that included more perks, a lower rate all for the same payment.I was going out of town for work so I couldnt take possession of the car for a few days. This was no problem at all at Tropical. When I came back to pickup the car, It looked brand new and was incredibly detailed. We signed the final paperwork and I was on my way. This 2017 Audi Q7 is very impressive. I needed a car quickly and I contacted Richard who gave me royalty treatment. Hector got me prompt approval that allowed me to drive away with the car within 2 hours.I hope the car is as wonderful as the service that I received today!

I searched for a long long time to find this car in this configuration and had honestly almost given up on finding one especially in decent condition. When I stumbled on this one for sale from Tropical Auto Outlet it was like finding a unicorn and I had to have it. The only problem is that I live in IL and was not familiar with the process of buying a car out of state. Ricky was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and helped me understand the pros and cons of shipping the car vs local pickup and I felt like I ended up with the perfect option for me. On top of the incredible service I received I also felt very comfortable buying the car sight unseen due to the over 100 pictures of every detail of the car. When the car arrived it was exactly as I expected, no surprises.The only hiccup came when I went to title the car and found out that I needed a notarized form from the previous owner stating that the car did not sustain water damage during last years hurricanes. Without hesitation Ricky tracked down the previous owner (they had gotten the car via auction from another dealer so this was not an easy task) and got me the form I needed. In this day and age where trust in dealerships are low my experience with Tropical Auto Outlet was truly an unexpected experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
