That issue has been fixed, along with new management. We got our full warranty. So, please don’t let that stop you from checking out the great deals and super service from these friendly folks.As a general rule, car buying is not how most people want to spend their day. But I couldn’t imagine a less stressful and painless car buying experience than this. (Unless they were going to give me the car for free. Sadly, they did not. 😄).

We recently purchased a GMC Acadia from here during the pandemic. The reps were very professional and responsive to every question and concern I had. We live in SC and wasn’t able to physically come to view the vehicle. They took the time to do a video call and show every part and feature that we wanted to see. They worked with our budget and even recommended how to have the vehicle transported. Lastly, there were a couple issues that arose after the vehicle was delivered that required repairs. I informed Dave, the sales manager, of this and he agreed to reimburse the costs! The reimbursement was sent along with the final paperwork that made it here prior to the temporary tag expiring. They stand by their vehicles and I appreciate that. Definitely recommend!

Great car rental if you don’t have local driver license. Cheap prices and helpful stuff. Andres helped us a lot explaining all the rules and showed what the car was capable of. He is better than any car salesman, I would give Andres a raise. Don’t forget proof of Insuarance, otherwise it might cost you extra 30$/day

Had perhaps the easiest and smoothest car buying experience with Routes Auto Sales!!!! Got a better Jeep than I was looking for at a much lower cost. Great personalities and friendly staff made all the usual car buying experience enjoyable. Huge thank you to Mike for everything. I would highly recommend and will be sending them referrals.

I would give them no stars.. had to wait an hour to get the paper work going. After that They refuse to provide the rental because they don’t accept credit card car insurance. However, no where in the email said that they don’t but the opposite. Renting a car for 10$ a say would need to pay 25$ more per day for just insurance... the insurance was more than the rental !!!They didn’t provide me a refund... or gave me a number to call to get it.

Andrew was fantastic, we came from Georgia and we were in and out within an hour or two . This facility absolutely is the cheapest in the greater central Florida area . They are also a rental company ! When I am ready to purchase my daughter a vehicle I will definitely be shopping at Routes Auto Sales .

Buyers Beware. Don’t be fooled by these low prices. We purchased a 2018 Dodge Durango 3 months ago with a clean Carfax and we were told the vehicle has a dodge factory warranty since the vehicle only had 2800 miles on it. Just found out today the vehicle is actually Canadian which poses many problems. This information showed up later on the carfax report. The vehicle does not have any dodge warranty, nor is it capable of having any kind of warranty in the states through dodge or through any 3rd party company. and what’s worse, no dealership will purchase it or take it on trade. We will most likely be seeking legal damages against the company for concealing this information from us.
