Timothy Myers at fountain Acura is the guy to go to. I did not end up getting the vehicle I wanted right now due to the vehicle markup situation, I just decided it is better to wait... however I had a great experience communicating with Timothy. I appreciate the time he took with me even though I was not there in person.. He was very quick to respond over text and tried multiple times to get me the best deal possible for me. If it wasnt for the markup I would have been more likely to make the move to a new vehicle. I did save his number for when I decide to purchase. My first time at this dealership dealership service, and I really dont want to go back.It was super weird... multiple employees saw me pull up for service and no one acknowledged our presence. I wandered around to the front door and struggled to get sons stroller in the door alone while again, multiple employees watched me come in and offered no assistance, with sales, service or even holding the door open.No one was wearing a mask, and one service manager looked at me angrily, as if I was offending her by wearing a mask. I thought Id imagined the ugly look on her face, but she passed me multiple times, no greeting, just the same snarl.It was surreal. Our service manager talked to me about how 3 out of 4 of his children were conceived around his birthday (the other was a Valentines Day bab - he made sure to tell me hedbeen BIZZAY), no one offered directions to the waiting lounge, just a generally unwelcome feel.Im going to check with the Honda dealership in Clermont and see if they service Acuras. I dont want to go back to this place.

Checking was prompt and cordial. However, I was shocked at the quote for 60,000 mile check-up($1,000), so I only got oil and transmission fluid work done....$400$140/hour labor???? I should have changed careers. Will not be using your service department anytime soon.

I have had the experience of visiting other dealers and believe me this has been the worst in my life, since I walked through the door it was as if it did not exist, the person at the front desk on the phone Unaware that we were there, we walked around to see if someone deigned to help us and no one approached us. We asked the person at the front desk if someone could help us and with her only face she tells us let me see what I can do for you, we were more than an hour waiting for help and he never came, the worst dealer you can find is fountain Acura

Fountain Acuras sub par service has failed us one too many times, not the type of service youd expect from a luxury brand like Acura. From calling my wife the wrong name 3 times to losing her keys (causing us to be at the dealer later than we expected) Weve since moved to Autonation Acura in Sanford. Definitely worth the drive from Lake Nona.

Went into the location to test drive and buy a MDX, I left and spoke to my husband less than 2 hours told the salesman that I will purchase and was ready to come in and sign the papers. Over two days Kevin barely answered my calls and texts. When he did he said he was helping other customers in trying to make a deal with them and will get to me later. I ended up going to Acura of Melbourne to purchase my car that day as I already explained to Kevin in the sales dept. I was ready and willing to purchase immediately. I then called the supervisor to let them know what was going on and they didnt pay me any attention either. I hope their service dept. is much better.

This place barely qualifies as an Acura dealership. The service department is a mess and is completely understaffed. When they fixed a flat tire they left grease all over the wheel and didnt mount the tire back on the wheel correctly which means we had another flat the next day. They were difficult to reach by phone and when you did finally reach someone they were short and didnt ensure that the issue was fixed before hanging up. We will never go back.

I’d give Fountain Acura negative stars if I could. We went in with hopes of leaving with a 2022 MDX. Cathy reached out to me via phone, so I met with her at the dealership. Her attitude from the get go was awful. Before even knowing anything about me or giving me numbers for the MDX, she tried to belittle me and get me into a sedan, saying I’d be able to afford that instead. Then she gave me absurd monthly payments for the MDX, and brushed me off when I brought up the national lease offer which I qualified for. She basically had no explanation as to why they couldn’t honor it. Long story short, I went to Coggin Acura in Ft. Pierce and they were great and they got me in the 22’ MDX. Steer away from Fountain.

Bad experience with service department paid a lot of money for a diagnostic and paper work was lacking information and even incorrect cost one of the services. Manager called me very unprofessional not the right tone or way to approach a unsatisfied customer. No acceptable action was taken just requesting me to go back to the dealer to seat down and go over what was done like I have the time to seat there and waste my time exactly the way they did over the phone. Last service done here be careful who you trust people for your vehicle service.

We leased an Acura MDX almost a month ago. First wrong floor mats in car, they were for an RDX, said they had to order them. Another 40 mile roundtrip to pick them up. Then we have left 3 messages for Ruben to call as our payment is due this week and have not received anything from Acura Financial as to an account number, etc. In our third week some lady called me to verify we were transferring our license plate from our GMC to the Acura so she could do title work. (3 Weeks Later!) We have also left messages for general manager to call with no luck. Now wewent to check for our tire inflation kit and wheel lock remover and guess what was told in cargo area and IT IS NOT THERE! Called our salesperson Cathy and was told we have to bring the car in so they can search the car for the missing parts. Another trip unnecessary! I would not recommend using this dealership, we have purchased and leased cars for almost 50 years and this is the WORST after sale service ever!!!

Very disappointed in their service, and it is as if they do not care, they pay so much for a car, so that they tell you that they can not give you a car to get to your work, and the worst thing is that they pretend they do not care, always that my car has a service, I take another car to get to my work, but today they dont even give it to me and they dont care about me either, I decided that I dont want anyone to take me, well stay there or solve it, sadly they make you do not want to make an investment with them again, their customer service is not the best. They must improve a lot and make their customers want to buy, I am very sorry that this happens again and I have to write this here, it is not just selling, it is giving the best customer service.

They simply do not want to sell cars. I work in car sales and was as straight forward as I could be on where we wanted to be on payment. They were $100/month more expensive than 3 other quotes we got. After some back and forth, which I didnt want to do, the manager finally settled on a payment that was still $80/month (~$3,000 total more expensive with included accessories) more expensive than what I found it for. We traveled 1.5hrs to physically be there to make it happen, but the manager didnt want to sell a car to us. My advice would be to go to a dealership that wants to sell cars, not the ones that want to rip you off.We drove down 3hrs+ to Scanlon Acura in Ft Myers and they honored the price on the vehicle we wanted and attached is a photo showing how happy my girlfriend is now.

Service buyer beware!! Misleading up sale tactics stating Acura recommended services when they are actually just the dealer recommendations. Dont simply call and schedule what the Acura Maintenance minder (ex, B127) as they will tell you when you get there you need additional services above and beyond what Acura recommends. After declining things like AC clean and disinfect and other unnecessary additions I was still quoted over $900. Called another Acura dealer in the area and was quoted $325 for the services that I actually needed and all that Acura recommends. I am sure they have taken advantage of many with their tactics just dont be one of them.

I went to get an oil change on my Acura at the crack of dawn (6:45am) and was turned away last week. No customers were even there, just me. I was told they had many appointments and the guy told me I didnt need an oil change. Really!?! Oh, but he did say to come next month.Why discourage someone from getting service? I drove away.I truly love my Acura, that I purchased from this place 3+ years ago, but the staff is horrible at this place! I am so done with this place. I have so many stories about this place I could write a book!

I scheduled an appointment for service with a loaner on Tuesday 2/2/2020 for Friday 2/5/2020 at 11:30am. I emailed to the service department manager, Nestor Diaz on Wednesday letting him know I scheduled an appointment for service and explained the issues I was having. He emailed me back letting me know he placed my appointment with Will (service advisor). I call Will the same day to get an idea of what it might cost and how long it will take. Will tells me about a program that they offer which streamlines the navigation dvd drive repair with Alpine which is $650 with $358 dollars going to Alpine for the diagnostic and repair. I arrived to my appointment at 11:20am and Will is not there and is on Vacation. Why would you schedule me and others with someone who hasnt and wasnt there. I ask for Nestor and he is not there either, hes out running errands. So now Im explaining the issue to a new advisor who knows nothing about there replacement program. I literally sat in her office for 35 min while they try to reach Nestor to figure out what to do. Youd think that after the first conversation everything would be smooth sailing, NOPE! I ask for my loaner vehicle and request that they call me once they figure out how they are addressing 1 or 3 service items needed. She says they dont have any loaners abs that I needed to wait for Nestor. Now Im a bit perturbed. Its now been 1 hour and 32 minutes, they havent started anything (alignment or tire rotation), and Nestor finally shows up with a snarly little an attitude. All of a suddenly the $650 dollar replacement program is $960 with a 3-4 week turn around which is odd because Alpine guarantees a 7 - 9 day turn around and it take less than an hour to unscrew the unit from under the driver seat. Clearly their pricing changes with their moods and the wind which is unacceptable and fraudulent to say the least! Nestor raised his voice telling me he could take my car back and I could wait another 2 hours or so after I literally sat up there waiting for nearly 2 hours at this point. I reiterated that the advisor already said that they would need a day and I was not planning on sitting there all day which is why i requested a loaner. Nestor AGGRESSIVELY showed me the door and called me a Bit*h as he walked out on his phone. I had to call the Orange County Sheriffs to retrieve my keys! Fountain Acura is a JOKE and NESTOR DIAZ is misogynistic, lacks the basic elements of customer service, is rude with a foul mouth, and aggressive! He was very confrontational and made me feel very uncomfortable. I thought I was a part of the Acura family but clearly I was mistaken! But I guess this is how Acura treats their customers of over 10 years!

I had a great experience at Acura recently with Nelly, when my tire pressure light kept coming on, I thought the sensor was bad, but turns out there was a nail in my tire . They fixed it in a jiffy and I was on my way. I also had to have a piece of siding on the passenger side that was coming undone replaced, Nelly ordered the part and when I went in to replace it, she had me in and out very quickly . She is on the ball !! Thank you Nelly !!

I had a GREAT experience buying a car! Harry Mejia was able to find me the perfect car for an affordable price. The process went smoothly and there was clear communication the entire time. At the dealership when I was doing the paperwork to take my new car home, Harry was very kind the whole time and offered drinks and snacks. Everyone in the dealership was kind and made sure I was satisfied the entire time. I love Acura dealerships because they have great service in whichever store as usual. Jose the service manager did everything super quick and efficient. The maintenance was done within one hour plus a free car wash. They made my car super clean inside out. They also have a lot of coupons.

My new TLX is still under bumper to bumper full coverage warranty. One day the sunroof, through no fault of my own, would not close. I didnt get in an accident, there is an electronic switch for auto open/close. The service department said it was off track and the only way to fix it was to do a complete removal of the sunroof and reinstall it. The car was never in an accident, and theres nothing I could have done to knock it off track. After researching, I found Acuras have a long history of sunroofs not closing/going off track attributable to normal expansion and contraction from the temperature/weather. Took the service department FOUR FULL DAYS to do what should be at most a TWO HOUR JOB and then they charged me about $500. They REFUSED TO HONOR THE WARRANTY, saying the defect must be a factory defect--meaning that the defect is apparent when you drive the vehicle off the lot straight from the factory. If thats the case, no warranty claim would ever be honored. Doors, windows, and sunroofs should open and close with normal use. Its that simple. I called Acura corporate headquarters to complain about the refusal to honor the warranty and was told honoring the warranty is completely within the discretion of dealers service department. THE WARRANTY IS WORTHLESS and the SERVICE DEPATMENT IS A DEPARTMENT OF WORTHLESS SLOTHS. WORST DEALER EVER.

Choose this location out of obligation, not choice.I don’t understand the service reps here.I brought in my ILX to find road noise however Wilfredo Rivera recommended an alignment before even hanging it to a service tech for diagnostics. I asked what he based his recommendation on and his response was alignments usually resolve road noise. I don’t mind dealership work. It’s reassuring to know any work done on my vehicle is under the Acura badge, but it seems of you would be better off finding a location that doesnt recommend grab bag solutions simply to generate revenue without first testing or diagnosing.Again if you’re obligated to have service at an Acura location, I can’t say my experience inspired very much confidence in Wilfred Rivera.UPDATE:I scheduled an appointment with Regal Acura in Lakeland Florida and walked them through the symptoms, asked them to check for a worn bearing..... and to no new surprise a rear left was found at fault and replaced under warranty.Why did it take Wilfredo 2 visits and one wheel alignment later to have the beating checked? Again, if you can avoid this Acura location, please do.

First and last time at Fountain Acura. Came in for oil and filter change with my own oil and filter. Called and VERIFIED price day before. I get there and price had doubled just for labor to change oil and filter. Find somewhere else buy or get work done on your Acura because Im sure if they did this for simple oil change that they will use these tactics on other services as well.

Purchased a Lifted jeep from here, Ruben in finance sold us a warranty with the vehicle.Tried to get repairs done at the shop, warranty inspector came out denied the warranty stated the vehicle has been lifted and no longer valid, the inspector said Whoever sold us the warranty scammed us and should not have sold us the warranty.Was given the number to the service department who used the excuse that I took it to a mom and pop shop, and that’s why the warranty isn’t being covered. I explained that I called the warranty company PRIOR to see where I had to take it, and they approved the shop. He also, would not do anything with it.I have spent 5 days playing phone tag with Ruben who stopped taking my calls, said they couldn’t do anything unless I bring my vehicle to them. (The vehicle was already taken apart at the mechanic.)

I was late to my appointment and he was able to process my intake and had my car in the back within minutes. The lounge area was comfortable and the Bluetooth allowed me to continue working. I sat in the dealership from 11 am to 5 pm. I was given a price of 22000 net/bottom line. They ran my credit. I have excellent credit. They then told me they had to add 7800 due to a “computer glitch”. When I went to walk out, they tried to push me into a new car lease because they had already run my credit and they had my income. I sign a paper on the accepted price of 22000 before they ran the credit check. Now I have a useless ding on my credit because of their incompetence. They are crooks.

Went in today after speaking with the sales person on the phone Harry. He was very nice and made me feel like he will help and do everything in his power to make a deal happen. Got there picked out color & test drove the vehicle sat down and told them my firm payment monthly. WELLLLLLL he kept pushing for a lease agreement which I said no twice. I firmly said I want to own finance the vehicle. He brought back what I said for payments on a lease agreement but that finance one was high as hell. Kept asking what payment I can do and still told him the amount I want. The numbers kept coming back higher. After an hour I felt he didn’t want to help me in anyway and me trying to figure out other ways which was his job to do he just didn’t care. I was there for almost 3 hours... So I drove back home with my car. As a mother of two and very straight forward with my payments and doing a trade in with a very good conditioned car. It was just pointless for me to have taken all that time out of my day for absolutely no ounce of effort. You can honestly tell in his face and the way he was walking I was a waste of his time. I even had push for my approval and to do just in case another option approval on the computer he didn’t even want to do it. He didn’t want to make a sale he didn’t want to sell me that vehicle at all. I am so disappointed. I agree with the other post on here this place absolutely does not want to help at all. I shook his hand and told him I will have to go somewhere else.

Terribly run dealership, reported to Better Business Bureau, but since their rating is an F wont do much good. I reported them to the Credit Bureau too. To summarize my experience: I negotiated a price for my daughter on an ILX via internet/phone. The negotiating process took over a week! Salesperson said that I need to email/text license, insurance and credit application and this will be counted as a deposit because its their company policy not to take any kind of deposits on used cars unless you are physically present (practically begged them to take a $3,000 deposit, but they refused). Submitted all the documents and they ran my (as guarantor) and my daughters credit, I scored very high. At 3pm the next day, the sales manager, Josephine, called me to try and raise the price by $400. I refused, because we already negotiated the price. She then asked me to come in within the next few hours to make a deposit because they close at 7pm. I was working and got off at 5 and its a 2 hour drive for me to the dealership, but I agreed. Sales agent sent me a text telling me not to stress because she leaves at 4 anyway and the car is in back being detailed, she had the keys and tomorrow morning is fine. Since I already had a finance appointment the next morning I was fine with her suggestion. However, I got a text that same night at 8:15pm (dealer closed at 7pm) stating dont bother coming in, they sold the car to someone else, if they find another car, theyll let you know. In my experience, cars come and go, so I would have only been frustrated with this jerky move, but they ran my and my daughters credit. Since credit inquiries affect your credit score, I called to speak with the general manager, Kyle, three times to ask for a letter from the dealership stating that the credit inquiry was a mistake. Its been 5 days now and he never returned my call. Ive bought about 10 plus cars in my life for me and my wife, I have dealt with many dealerships games, I have never experienced such incompetence and sneaky tactics to this degree. Buyer beware of this dealership, very unethical and unprofessional. Do not trust anyone from this dealership.

Ill give this place 2 stars for the fact that the advertised price seemed like a deal. I read many great reviews which is an important factor for me when I am considering what place we may do business with. Unfortunately, the sales person that I was directed in working with was not good at keeping contact with me. My husband and I have been approved, have money to put down, and have our ducks in a row. We were just wanting to see what type of deal we could work. Unfortunately, the salesperson did not respond to me in regards to a deal so we werent able to make any type of offers. Next thing you know, I go to look at the vehicle online and it had been sold. I am not sure if the salesman didnt take us serious or what?I did notify him that we would be driving a decent ways to buy the vehicle so maybe that threw him off? I am unsure. My advice is that you all should try and communicate much faster or at least give a reply that the vehicle has been sold. I guess we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Seriously, this is the age of the internet. I have been trying to get pricing on a new car since yesterday. I work a ton of hours and I simply do not want to spend hours on my day off sitting in a car dealership. Nothing except emails with a picture of the car I want and a promise to get back to me. 3 other dealers sent pricing almost immediately. This is the closest Acura dealer to me and as such the one that I would be most apt to buy from. Now, I am on a mission to not do business with them.

I had to change the review because I had an issue with the first deal and I was not happy about it so management gave me a option that I took with other specs that I wanted and still to this day I have called nor the sales man nor the finance person has given me an update about the suv its been about 3 weeks and still nothing I thought this was a great daeler but now Im convinced that is not and still owe me money from my down payment 😡 also I have returned the call to the general manager and still waiting for his call after a week such bull and thats how they run a dealer ship should shut the place down !!! Thank you for charging me $110 to SEE if I my Acura needed an alignment, and then sent me a mailer two weeks later that clearly state Acura would check to SEE if my car Acura needed an alignment for free. And the mailer stated the alignment charge was $90, but out of the goodness of their hearts charged me $110.00 Nice business practice dont you think?

I rarely write 2 reviews unless its a fantastic occasion or a very poor one and unfortunately this is the latter.I visited Fountain Acura to have a noise diagnosed and met with will who, without a service tech having the car on a lift, recommended an alignment. Im sure Will has been in the business a while however when I asked that we wait until a tech evaluates the car first, he pushed further to have an alignment ($110) even further. After paying for the service I had requested, he seemed extremely bothered when I paused before swiping payment to check paperwork and afterwards chucked a pen and receipt my way.Im scratching my head. If I was in tolerable or asked too much, perhaps I could lower my expectations. Im not against dealers and their Serivce work they do. Id prefer work be done by the badge thats on the hood of a car but I dont know why, if customers have a choice, anyone would choose to come back to be recommended a service, dodge questions about how they came to recommend service and then hurried along.I you have the choice of selecting another Acura Service Dealer, heck even Honda, Id recommend choosing another place to spend your time waiting.Either that or ask for a service advisor other than Will Rivera.UPDATE:I scheduled an appointment with Regal Acura in Lakeland Florida and walked them through the symptoms, asked them to check for a worn bearing..... and to no new surprise a rear left was found at fault and replaced under warranty.Why did it take Wilfredo 2 visits and one wheel alignment later to have the beating checked? Again, if you can avoid this Acura location, please do.

Very disappointed withe the lack of help brought by the service department. I brought my 2012 Acura TL to make a diagnostic, they charged $85 which is expensive but they are the experts so I agreed. When they called me and gave me the diagnostic it was $900 just to change the A/C extension valve, which I already changed it, its new, thats a $300 job on any Auto A/C Shop, so I reject the estimate.I told the service advisor that I did not wanted to make the work and I was picking up the car in the afternoon, my day was a bit complicated so I went the next day at 4:30 PM, there was no advisors available, no mechanics, and the cashier (who was incredible mean to me) told me that the car wasnt ready and I couldnt take my car because there was nobody who can give me the keys, I asked for a manager and the cashier told me that he wouldnt do nothing because there was no mechanic on site and the car wasnt ready. Ready for what? I refused the job, I just went to pick it up the day after.What kind of professionals are these people? Way different experience from what I receive for my Lexus.
