I called Fields BMW yesterday afternoon for information on a car and I was connected to a salesman named Miles. Fast forward a day later & he helped me get into a new 2021 BMW today. This was by far the easiest least stressful car purchase for me (this is my 3rd car). He was very kind & helpful and went out of his way to search for exactly what I wanted in my price range. When I went in he had all my paperwork ready & I was in and out of the dealership in an hour. Miles also took the time to explain the car specs to me after my purchase was completed. I was so grateful for this because this is my first BMW and I needed the tour. I wish to always interact with sales men like him. My finance lady Haley was also very nice and quick with the ending process. I’m beyond happy with my car and will definitely refer friends and family to this location. Thank you guys a ton!

I took my car in for service and was met by someone right away. Service was done in a timely manner and my advisor Angel was extremely kind and well informed. I was kept abreast of every detail and cost associated with the visit which was greatly appreciated. My car was washed and delivered exactly when promised. This place is amazing!! Took my car in to figure out certain issues that were going on and they were so helpful in the whole process from the moment I walked in. Robert was the best! He helped me out and was always in communication with me about my car and scheduled Uber’s for me to get to work and back to the dealership once my car was ready!I’m always skeptical where I take my car in because I know little about them and people try to manipulate you into getting unnecessary work done and have you spend way more money than you need too but not here.. Great, genuine service!! I’ll definitely only take my car here from now on!

I did my appointment, hesitating because some negative reviews .. but, i am so glad I went .. the service was amazing . Kudos and thanks to the receptionist Deyja F.. she made the whole experience easy and comfortable. She was not only super professional, she was a total amazing agent ! Caring and knowledgeable . Fields BMW South Orlando did good service for me today. After changing oil, they even checked tires pressures and added the air pressure evenly on each tire. Advisor Angel Mercado answered all my questions and provided the recommendation to me for my car annual services. He also helped me to get through the online payment when I got issue to use online payment service. I like this BMW service location and will be back here again.Many thanks to the nice services!

Very pleasant experience. Staff was welcoming from the start. Miles Colon was the rep who helped me and made my day an enjoyable one. He gave me a excellent tour of the car inside and outside and had it washed and waxed before leaving the lot. Hailey in finance was very kind, professional, and worked quickly. Service personnel, I believe his name is Mike, understood my concerns. Was very courteous, and explained all that was going to be done. Great service department. My car was washed very well. It appeared that they took special care of my wheels that had heavy brake dust. I must say a very pleasant experience as compared to my earlier experiences with BMW dealerships in New Jersey.

Angel was terrific. I was on vacation. We were on our way to the Florida Mall when my car told me my tire needed air. I immediately googled the closest BMW. Fields was the closest. I arrived and Angel greeted me with a smile. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, he said he would squeeze me in. He told us it would be a three hour wait. I said okay. I will Uber to the mall. He immediately offered to get me the Uber to and from the mall. He was absolutely awesome. Great customer service. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Good afternoon, this was my first time at this location. I just moved from south Jersey, I came to get a check up. I was told that my warranty had expired. So I explained my storyline. No one seem to care. I knew in January I would had to get another warranty. So as I’m explaining that I have dent and tire protection. The service advisor told me I have to check myself cause it take too much time on the phone because I brought the car in Jersey and it’s not a sister store and they can’t retrieve the information from the computer. I have been in the BMW family since 2012. Moved two times and never had a bmw service Advisor tell me to do their job. Also as I’m in the office getting a new warranty. I wanted to get other warranties so that they don’t expire and was told the same thing.

Miles Colon is hands down the best car salesman Ive ever dealt with. There was no sales pitch, no pressure to buy, and no question that he did not answer. He worked closely with me to make sure I left with a vehicle that I was sure of. He is super down-to-earth and made me comfortable and at ease with my purchase. I dont think I will every own anything other than a BMW again, and I wouldnt want anyone but Miles to help me. Haley, as well, is incredible. She explained every form I signed from start to finish and worked her magic to get me a better rate. I appreciate the experience I had today. Calling to make a service appointment is a mission in itself. Called 6x in one day to schedule service, was disconnected all 6 times. The only way i was able to schedule was online. Service advisors looked like they were ready to clock out and go home. Had my car returned washed, with oil fingerprints on the hood and door jamb. When checking out to pay for the service, was told they could not add a coupon that they have on their own website…because they don’t know how to apply it. My Service advisor told me he would get back to me to find out if i could get credited/refunded by his manager, 3 days later still no reply.

My experience at Fields BMW South Orlando was superb! My sales rep was Miles Colon and he was amazing! He wasnt pushy, he wasnt salesy, he let the car sell itself. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained the process every step of the way while doing the paperwork, and explained it in a way that helped me to understand. He spent time showing me the functions of the car, each and every one, I loved it! He didnt make me feel rushed to learn it. If I didnt remember how to do something, he went back and showed me again. During our last service in May 2021, Nancy kept us informed on how the progress of my vehicle went and services were provided as expected. Technician performed a battery check and failed to put everything back together. Technicians might need to double check their work before delivering vehicle to customer- there was no rush since the vehicle was dropped off for the whole day. Other than this I was very pleased with the services provided.

I went in just to browse I wanted to lower my payment but thought it wasn’t possible but my sales person Cristian melo found the perfect car for me in a matter of minutes lowered my payment by $170 and was out of there in less than an hour. Chick-fil-a has nothing on fields bmw, that’s customer service.

The people that work here are amazing! If you are thinking about buying a BMW or maybe any other of the used cars they have, you will love how good people are here. I mean, who doesnt hate buying Car, right? You always think its everyone against you, just trying to get your money. Well, that was NOT the case here. We dealt with Juan (one of the best, most respectful, honest car salesman Ive ever met!). He was great to us, explained well all of the options for financing, for the vehicle, etc... We felt no pressure, just help. Honest help. We truly appreciated that. Then when it was time for service, met a great Service Advisor who was super helpful, responsible and also felt trustworthy, that was Deyja, who always kept us informed of the status of the vehicle. So far, we love the experience and fully recommend anyone to do business in Fields BMW South Orlando.

Drove past several BMW dealers to go to Fields, where I bought my car. In an email I received from the dealer they listed a special thru the end of the month for 3 oil changes in 2 yrs for $199.00.I was told by Eric that the special was just forcars with over 60k miles. Lesson learned, will drive 70 miles less and go to closest dealer for service from this point forward.

Constantly contacting them for assistance and never really get a call back. Feels like I’m always trying to contact them and interested in fixing the issue but they show no interest in providing service.Not a good a experience.Update: received a reply 15 mins ago from the manager asking for a call, give them a call, sends me to voicemail.Call once more and the office tells me that he’s not in the office today when he told me to call him 15 mins ago. Went there to get an inspection on a car bought through another company. Well, thank goodness I did!I was a little baffled when I arrived. The appointment was made for a “diagnostic” service. Upon my arrival, I was explained that they would perform a different type of service, that the dealership didn’t perform “pre-purchase” inspections. So I’m thinking that this inspection would be basic… I allowed them to inspect anyway. Guess what…I am so appreciative to the service advisor at customer service who gave me the heads up, the vehicle was not up to standard, had numerous mechanical issues. That what I thought would be a basic inspection turned out to be thorough enough for me! Thank you Mike! Needless to say, the vehicle will be returned to the vendor. Outstanding service!

Amazing experience the staff were friendly and professional. I needed a tire replacement and didn’t have an appointment. They squeezed me in even though they were pretty busy. I always take my BMW to Fields in South Orlando for service. Why, because I receive the best expert service every time I go there. I mean one of the things that makes the experience great is receiving a video from the mechanic detailing everything he’s looking at and finding out about my vehicle! No second guessing what theyre telling be . I’m seeing it first hand .Their mechanic I trust fully with my car . And the service technicians are top notch people who have my best interest in hand. Whenever I’m there Eric my preferred service tech treats me with respect and offers me options and pricing estimates on all the work needed to keep my vehicle running like the day it came out of the factory. My car was in for a reprogramming because the control panel lights went out several times!Received call car was ready! As I was driving my car on 417 it started to rain. Wipers came on automatic and that was when I noticed my passenger wiper blade was missing causing only the wiper arm to move across the windshield.Pulled over to check if the blade was laying around and BMW missed reattaching the blade.The blade wasnt there- saw an auto store off the 417 and went and purchase a new blade.This negligence could have caused a crack in my window or more.BMW needs to perform additional quality checks to ensure the quality of the work and checks are good.Out 31 dollars!

I had the worse experience ever at this dealership. Had an issue with the recently purchased pre-certified BMW X1that was sold to me with the steering wheel a little off. Did not have the time to take the car in do to my work schedule and when I finally took it in I had to pay for the alignment even though the car was sold to me that way. I initially spoke to the manager which said that they would not cover it because it had been 60 days. I waited for the GM Luis Rios to come in and requested to speak to him, this was the worse speaking to the individual was a waste of time from the moment that I went into his office he had already made up his mind. He was very arrogant and unprofessional the entire time all he did was point the finger that the alignment was fine that it was after we took the car off the lot. It was evident that Mr. Rios didnt not know what he was talking about when he stated that a car can lose the alignment with in seconds off being on the road. Yet the car was brought over from BMW winter Park at the time of purchase, which was confirmed by him that it was 35 mile drive to his location yet that scenario that he made didnt not count when it came to the delivery of the car from the other dealership. How is it that the car can lose alignment when drive off the lot by the customer but it no way possible that the car would lose alignment when they brought it from the Winter park location. I guess Mr. Rios motto is that the customer is at fault. I could understand this if the car had been on their lot when I purchased it but it wasnt he just wanted to put the blame on me instead of trying to work with me on getting the issue resolved. Customer service or customer satisfaction is not a priority to him, his priority is pointing the finger towards the customer which is not right and not professional. I have bought many cars and this is the first time that any GM at dealership has treated me this way. I love BMW and would purchase again but not from this location. As Mr. Rios the GM is more of wanting to make money at times it is better to have a returning customer specially over an alignment that doesnt cost that much. It was the principle to me. If I had been a rich customer things with Mr. Rios would have been totally different which is sad never assume by a way a person dresses that they dont have the means because you would be surprised believe me.

Took my car in for an oil change and vehicle inspection. Only way home i realized someone had taken a switch knife gifted to me and two single $1 bills out of my center console. Might sound like something small to some but it was gifted by someone who is no longer with us and if i would have left anymore money that might have been taken as well. Everyone else was professional this is the only reason why i will not be returning. TAKE SPECIAL BELONGINGS AND MONEY OUT OF THE CAR . save yourself the issue.

Not our first experience at Fields. While the first purchase experience was great, this time around it was memorable. We sincerely did not know what to expect of a car purchase with this whole Covid thing - but boy - did God bless us with sending us Cinthia. It first started with a test drive, when late in the day - AND IN THE RAIN - Cinthia brought the test drive to our house. Cinthias personable and investigative friendly service, guided us towards a different car. She took the time to explain the benefits of the large car, its certification and warranty. This also led to lower interest rate and an absolute gem of a payment we could afford. Bottom line - Cinthia cared and persisted - and got us more car, better warranty and certified through BMW! All at a super low interest rate and amazing payment!To further expand, Cinthia held our hand through text messages, lots of follow through and keeping us excited, informed and optimistic at all times. With her, we felt like - this is a done deal - yet, NEVER felt the typical pressure and desperation we have felt in many other transactions in the past. I broke down on my lunch break and it’s a new job I just started. No open slots were available to take me in. The service manager saw the desperation in my face and said he’d try his best because he understands my situation but couldn’t promise anything. I realized it was a long shot I’d have my car back in a day so I made arrangements to be without it for a few days. Before the day was over Eric the service manager reached out and said my car would be ready by the next day. He moved some things around and made it happen then wished me luck on the new job. It was refreshing to have someone understand and relate to my situation on a human level. I will 100% keep all my future BMW business at this shop.

Having some issues with my 2919 X7 and with COVID going on, things are just not going smoothly either with parts slowly coming in or limited appointments with the dealership due to lack of healthy personnel. Angel Mercado is my preferred service advisor, he is very helpful, honest and very detailed oriented and makes sure that my vehicle is taken care of. He also explains the work required and keeps me well informed.

Tried to contact dealer for a basic service and oil change. Phone just rings, finally get transferred to a call center, get the pleasure of waiting 20 minutes on hold. Finally get someone on the phone and get told it’s first appointment is in 3 weeks and unable to confirm a loaner car for me. But, I can drop off and wait for 4-5 hours for the service. What has happened to BMW? This is the world renowned BMW Service Experience for driving the Ultamite Driving Machine. So I tried to call my Sales Person and after another 60 minutes of phone call transfers and auto messages, got told he no longer works there. What is the point of buying a CPO of you get this type of service. Horrible

I have taken my car for service before, this was the worst experience ever. Robert was either new or he just didn’t care. I drop off my car to replace my breaks, they left my car overnight, nobody contacted me to let me know the car was going to stay at the dealership. When I called the dealership service was already closed. The next morning there was nobody to pick up the phone at service and my call was transfer to a call center. They guy at the call center was helpful but said nobody at the dealer was available and left a message for me. That’s when Robert decided to call me at 8am the following day to tell me my vehículo was not ready and still have no idea what need to be done. He said the technician left the day before without even touching it. When I asked why nobody called me to let me know my vehicle was going to stay at the dealer overnight (just to change the front breaks) had no answer for me. I told him I needed my vehicle to go to work, then he went to find out what was going on. He said he was going to get me an Uber to go pick up my car, instead of apologizing about my vehicle and the lack of communication, he wanted to go was going back and forth with me over then phone. Terrible customer service. Then Robert gave me an estimate and When I got to dealership told me the price he gave was wrong and charged me an extra $100. This guy had no idea how to give an estimate, he had no idea how to print. Gave me wrong information, stated with my vehicle overnight and had no consideration to at least call me and let me know. All the car needed was front pad break replacement…. BMW need to be better… this is supposed to be a top notch service, the price I paid was too high for the kind of customer service I received. I understand we are difficult times, but that’s not an excuse, you can send me text messages to remind me about my appointment and financing the service, but you can’t even let me know my vehicle was going to stay overnight. You did not know what kind of plans I had that night. How long I had to wait to then found out the serve are was closed.

I had to come back 3 times to fix an infotainment problem. Finally when I come back to pick it up after they fixed the problem my car was kissing the curb and had a nice scratch on the front bumper. My leather seats also have a nice scratch on the passenger side that was not there before.

First of all, the rating is for my service person Angel NOT BMW. Angel was great even though they’ve made it very difficult to maintain an older model vehicle. Once the bmw falls out of warranty, they’re expensive to maintain. BMW doesn’t really back their vehicles. I would highly recommend Lexus since they value their customers.

This was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. I worked out a majority of the details from the comfort of my home. I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour. That included a test drive a little small talk and signing the paperwork in finance. Excellent!!!!

The service was less than I expected. I had an appt to take my vehicle for an oil change & I literally stood there waiting for about 4-5 min b/4 being acknowledged. After waiting, I approached one of the service advisors & he said, one moment. Seriously?? But, once I was finally speaking to someone, Robert was apologetic & super helpful. But, BMW can certainly do better. Disappointed.

Fields corrected a problem that an out-of-state BMW dealer failed to correct after charging $3k+ to troubleshoot. What Fields lacks in certain perks that my spoiled self has become accustomed to (concierge greeting upon arrival, speedy check in, car wash, car brought around upon pickup) they MORE THAN make up for with extremely knowledgeable service technicians. Brought car in the 3 times for oil leak and for another issue. Before I even drove off. lights came on, took BMW back, they worked on it for another hr or so. Drove it off the lot, lights came on advising service, took it back, after a couple of hrs. got car back. Drove it back Sat. Coolant light came on yesterday, stopped at OReillys to get coolant, used half gallon. Then this morning there was oil underneath the engine. The BMW has 204k, but to have paid over 5k to fix the oil leaks and still have oil leaking, is not acceptable! Was told to bring car in, only available day was Sat. The service manager does not work on Sat. The general manager is in a meeting. It will cost me another $400 to get the oil ring repaired. They were not even willing to just charge me for the part.
