They are a great place to take your car. Great service and good customer service. Tamra and Eric where great help in getting me tru a problem when AAA drop my car off at wrong location. They went above great customer service. I will continue to use them for all my car needs. Thanks to Goodyear on John young and sandpaper location.

This particular Goodyear and the dealership are the only mechanics I’ll let touch my car. Every time I use this location’s services, I’m always treated respectfully, services and costs are always thoroughly explained and all questions are answered to my satisfaction. I’ve used other Goodyears but this location is my number 1 go-to. Not only is the location the most convenient but I’ve never received the same type of care, courtesy and customer service as I’ve always received from this one. They truly treat you as if they’re working on a family member’s car and I have never had to bring my car back because of a new anything after a repair. And while I’ve had repairs needed, they’ve always been prompt with updates and they’ve never really kept me waiting past their given estimated time. I definitely recommend.

Good service. Giving a 3 because the waiting area had dirty floors all over the place, dirty chairs, dirty table.... I couldnt stand to wait there.
