First let me start with the customer service jeff handled my truck repairs in the most amazing way !!!! he made sure i was aware of any and everything going on and was super patient . I was in an accident with my RAV4 and brought it to them in rough shape. One tire was destroyed and there was some significant damage on passenger side rear door & quarter. My insurance was covering the work so I had the choice of hundreds of repair shops to pick from. I chose Gerber because of all their positive reviews. Now my own philosophy on reviews is to disregard the star rating but see how many reviews are done and to read the comments. Gerber had a lot of reviews and they were very good ones. A lot of auto body work was done, not to mention the suspension, alignment, and all the calibration of sensors. This car has so many sensors.So, Jeff was my primary point of contact during the whole process. The team and Jeff were friendly, informative, and very detailed. All the work was thoroughly explained. Fantastic customer service. This is how all businesses should be. First off, this is my vehicle and I put my most valuable possession in there almost everyday, my family. I dont want any work rushed. I knew that this takes time to be done right and there are variables to consider. Ive had a lot of engine work done with cars in the past. Sometimes parts dont arrive on time, things dont fit right, and the biggest issue is the discovery of more problems. Ive been hustled too. These things happen, but those types of people dont last long in business, not a high performing level anyways.This is my first review Ive ever done, sadly Ive just never cared before. Yet, it was time to acknowledge a good business and people. I am very satisfied with the whole experience. Jeff gave me a status report twice a week, sometimes three times. I was really impressed with this place that State Farm recommended. Jeff was very good at communicating with me through the entire process. He even picked up the car from me at my house! He also came by with it to explain to me in detail the different options I had and also, which specific aesthetic parts that he recommended I repair. I have to think this body shop is more worried about quantity of cars coming out than the quality of work. Took my car in for hail damage claim. Took it in Tuesday received call the following Friday afternoon that car was ready. The day I picked it up it was raining so I couldn’t inspect the car that well. Overall body work was flawless. No complaints there. However paint finish quality was very poor. I will include pictures of what I received vs how car was before hail damage. Took it back, manager was very friendly saying they would take care of it and that they agree car was not completed correctly. There was also an issue that rear bumper was now a different shade so he said he would take care of that too. They said they would cut and buff all surfaces they painted to bring out shine. First of all this should have been done before I received the car back. Well few days later get car back 2nd overall better. But only large surfaces were cut and buffed. Hood, roof, trunk. Pillars and bumpers were not cut and buffed. At this point I’m over it. I will be taking my car to get paint corrected somewhere else. Because like I said quantity over quality. You tried but not well enough.

We needed a right headlight repair, and on top of doing that, our repairman Jeff Berry buffed the left one to look as pristine as the new one. I had my F-150 in to get repaired after an accident and my experience here was phenomenal. Jeff helped my through the whole process and made it completely stress free. When dropping off my car I planned on walking to the car rental location, but instead Jeff offered to give me a ride in his personal vehicle because he didnt want me to suffer in the hot Florida sun. Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty!I didnt feel like I was just a number as I have felt at other repair shops. The entire staff was super friendly and really treated me like I was someone special. The work was performed in a timely manner and in all honesty, the truck looks just as good and if not better as it did new. Would not recommend! I was quoted that the repairs would take 4 days, it took 8. I never received a status update unless I called them for one. The automated text messages referred to Donna, not Daniel, and never actually provided any useful information. When I called asking for an update, there was no sense of urgency, apology, or anything. They missed their estimated completion date twice (Fri & Tues).Other than the complete lack of customer service, the actual work appears to have been performed well.

Jeff really helped us. We were in town for our dream vacation at Disney. A piece of metal about 4ft across damaged the front end and flattened our back tire. We only had 3 days before we had to drive back to Oklahoma. Jeff and crew over nighted the parts, fixed up the vehicle, and even got it cleaned up. These guys are a miracle. We were on our way to Orlando, Fl. Half way through, we had no choice but to run over this massive dead deer in the middle of the highway. We came to Florida from Virginia for a work conference and while we were here we took our four boys to Magic Kingdom. After a fun, exhausting day we got off the tram to find our car had been hit in the parking lot and demolished. We were unable to drive it and stuck 13 hours from home with our kids. After talking with our insurance we had no choice but to leave our car in Florida. Unsure and nervous, we came home. Our car was brought to Gerber, on Orange Blossom Trail. We spoke with Jeff, who began to ease our minds and insured us our car would be taken car of. In the stress of the night my husband left his work phone in the car. Jeff shipped it back to him so he could get on with work. When we explained the situation and that we needed a time frame because we would have to plan on driving back 13 hours with our boys. He told us he had family in Charlotte NC. He was willing to drive our car there and meet us, saving us a trip all the way to Florida. I can not begin to say how helpful that was. He made a very stressful situation much easier by going out of his way, literally, to help us. We can not thank Jeff enough. His customer service was amazing. Thank you so much for everything. Our car looks amazing.

In Orlando for vacation and on the way down we had an incident with a semi tire shredding and hitting our car. Thankfully the damage was minimal and we were all ok. We have plans to get the car fixed at a Gerber Collision once we return to Indiana, but we did have a piece of the plastic undercarriage hanging down. We called and Marc Decker told us to bring it in. Both Marc and Jeff Berry both looked at the damage and reassured us the damage was cosmetic. What was awesome is they immediately provided a temporary fix so we could feel safer on our journey back home!! This was certainly above and beyond customer service! Worst experience of my life!!! Dont ever take your car here if you crash. Worst management Ive ever saw in a business. They are really unorganized, tried to charge for labor that I had to help with. Ignored me for 30 min before realizing I was waiting for someone to assistance. Very rude employees and management.definately a bad look for gerber. I already lost everything and there still making the process more stressful.

The customer service is not that good. My car was suppose to be ready on March 13, 2017, they call me on March 23, 2017 in the afternoon to let me know my car is ready and I can pick it up before 5:00 pm not to remind them I lived in Orange Park, Fl and there was no way I could get there before 5: pm not to mention I am out of town. They started talking about the rental car, I was place on hold and the phone ended up going busy and they have yet to call me back.

Had such a wonderful experience, and great work on my BMW. Customer service was also exceptional. They kept me updated with text messages throughout the whole process.
