Since I met him, Brandy Wilcox is the only guy that I will allow to work on my vehicles. In a business where you dont know who to trust, this is the guy I trust. It all started on a bar stool at a nearby pub. Hes an honest, hard working man.

Today I ordered replacing brake pad.Professional job within expected time and reasonable price.I really like the atmosphere of this shop.

I came for a A/C evac and recharge and it was only $99 which isnt that bad since other places charged more. Service was quick and everyone there was nice and greeted me in kindly.

Quality work; The mechanic seems honest and trustworthy.Came in to get my brakes replaced after hearing some squeaking. The honest mechanic pulled the wheels of and lifted the vehicle to demonstrate that I did not need to pay for the work as the brakes were in great condition. Instead, he fixed my actual problem for a fair price. Thats all I needed. Thanks!

I am disappointed that I did not know about this business sooner.To be fair, I have been negligent with my car. Recently, it hadnt been driven for a year-and-a-half due to getting stuck overseas and the pandemic. But, thankfully, my time overseas was a reminder to have more gratitude for what I have. I decided to take better care of everything in my life, one of them being my car.I had always just gone to those corporate in-and-out places, but had a feeling they were just going through the motions to get what they could. I mean, who was I to argue - I dont know much about cars!But I needed the big guns to make sure my car was safe to drive after such a long time of sitting. After all the rave reviews noting the honesty here, I figured I would give them a shot.My car had been rough idling, so I made an appointment on Friday for them to see it on Monday. Monday morning I left my car with them, and later on they called to tell me what was a need to be done, and things I could possibly get done. I chose to just get it all done because I wanted to be sure I could trust my car after so long.The friendliness and honesty of Becky and the man who spoke with me on the phone really helped me appreciate this place that much more.My car is running oh so smoothly and has given me confidence to drive it again. I trust my car because I trust these wonderful humans who fixed her up.Thank you so much again!Yall will forever have my business from now on!!!

Great service shop to bring your vehicles to. They did a very good job of inspecting my vehicle to make sure everything is in good running order and gave suggestions on what was necessary and what could be deferred. I will be back next time Im in the area and need service!

Just had some major repairs done...not only was their price WAY better than the quote from the dealer, they also diagnosed an additional problem that the dealer missed. Couldn’t be happier with the repairs and their service. Would give them more stars if I could - best mechanic ever.

I had trouble with my mini Cooper not starting and these guys were so helpful and pleasant to work with. They actually saved me money by figuring out the chip in my car key had gone bad and my problem was solved by using my spare key. They also squeezed me in between their other appointments on a Friday so I didnt have to wait over the weekend. I think theyre super decent human beings.

I absolutely love this place. I made an appointment and they got me in and out with my tire rotation and oil change in around 45 minutes. They are super friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal. It’s not the closest mechanic to where I live(as I live near Disney area), but well worth the drive to go downtown.

Best mechanic Ive found in Orlando. Honest and skilled. Hard to find this day and age.

To start off, the waiting area was incredibly clean, comfortable, and customer friendly. Ive seen spas with worse waiting rooms. There was free Wi-Fi, phone chargers, water, and coffee. Little things like that show that the business cares more about just fixing cars, they want to make customers happy. The staff was incredibly professional and friendly, and totally open and honest about everything. Those are all things that are sadly hard to find in many auto-mechanic shops, setting Wilcox & Son apart. I brought my car in on Monday at 1:00pm for an issue with my battery terminals. They told me it likely wouldnt be done until 5:00pm the following day. They call me three hours later to inform me that the car is not only ready for pick up but for a cheaper cost than we were expecting. Usually car troubles are some of the most stressful experiences we can go through, but honestly, Wilcox & Son took so much of that weight off my shoulders. I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone and everyone who needs help with their vehicle. They wont just fix it but theyll do it quickly, affordably, professional, and with the upmost courtesy.

This Place is amazing. They are fairly priced, helpful and kind, and their office is comfortable and full of accommodations for the waiting customer. My car was done in 15-20 minutes after I got there, and they even checked several things for me for no charge. Then, when I left my reusable water bottle there, they called me to let me know that they had it and they would hold on to it until I came back! I would give more then 5 stars if I could.

Always willing to help on short notice. They are honest and knowledgeable, not something thats commonplace in the auto repair business. I will continue to be a loyal customer, so glad to finally find a great repair shop!

Great customer service! I found them on google and needed to get my car in same day and knew I didn’t have an apt and they were still able to look at it due to my car overheating. They were able to get me and check out the problem and fix it all in one day! Very welcoming atomsphere! Thank you guys for everything! Definitely found a new place to take my car for the future!

Very fast and honest work! Brought my 2016 Corolla in and they promised me the Groupon rate ( oil/filter change/tire rotation $49.99) every single time from now on even if the deal isn’t on Groupon.
