My family used to bring our cars here about 20 years ago before moving away from the area, but always had good experiences. Since moving back, I took my 2018 Ford F-150 to have the 10-speed automatic transmission and rear differential serviced. I had heard from a lot of people that the 10-speed is a very difficult transmission to access for servicing and that I could expect a much higher-than-usual bill, but Certified Auto Repair only charged me their usual transmission service fee of $150. They were quick and the price was lower than I expected, and the quality of their work has always been excellent as we have never had to bring a car back for any corrections or anything. Highly recommended and I will be going back in a few months to have some work done on my 1997 Mercury Grand Marquis.

Ken is amazing along with his staff. I am a single mom with 2 kids so money is always tight. When having to go to the mechanics being a woman, you always worry if they are going to be honest or take you for a ride. This place is the best. Ken and the Certified Auto Repair team are amazing! They are so honest and open about the options on how to take care of your vehicle. They will even recommend cheaper alternatives than other shops. One time they even made an adjustment to my car’s squeaky belt right in the parking lot free of charge! Where else can you find that? I trust my vehicles there, when they say they treat each car like their own, it’s not hyperbole, they actually do it, instead of charging you for as much as they can. Take your vehicles to Certified Auto Repair so you don’t have to worry, they will do right by you.

Highly recommend! Squeezed me in immediately just for a safety check as brakes were loud. Vehicle was not fit to drive- mechanic actually stayed past lunch to get me on the road safely regardless of their busy schedule. Very professional, explained everything, even pulled old parts to show me.

Took my 2014 Chrysler 300 because it had a REALLY bad oil leak! Ken and his team were very professional and were able to figure out where the leak was coming from and were very honest with the pricing for parts and labor and did not over price like other places! In todays world I dont feel as though I should trust anywhere I go or anyone I speak with. But I was recommended here and gave them a shot. Now Im happy to say I wont trust anyone but these guys. I was right to trust my buddy, and I certainly feel right about trusting these guys. These are some real, honest people.

Very professional, fair priced and honest...I took my Dodge 2500 4x4 to Ken the owner cause my Dodge had the Death Wobble. Ken and his mechanics put on the lift right away and diagnosed the problem on the spot. Its been a few weeks since they repaired it and my truck drives perfect not even a wiggle much less a wobble. These efficient and smart folks really know their stuff. When I visited another mechanic shop and even the dealer -- every time I had an oil change, I came out with a leak. It was hard to believe no one could do this simple procedure correctly – even the dealer. I was severely inconvenienced and mystified for years until Ken and his crew explained that I have a special situation with a shield that requires extra time and attention. What a relief that someone finally explained this and what an even bigger relief to have it done correctly, completely and quickly. This place came highly recommended by a friend and it was my first visit. They’ve won me over. I’ll be a regular customer and send my friends and family as well. I feel I’m in good hands here for the more complicated repairs that will inevitably come in the future.

Wow amazing team very honest

I called about a price on simple repair job for my car. They quoted me one price on the phone, then when I took my car there, they up the price almost two hundred more for the same job. For a company that has been in business for over 30 years, they should know how much their services should be, I had to tow my car away because I refused to pay their services. They said I was charge more because the job was to complex to do (putting in a starter).
