Clothes are usually pretty cute. Prices arent too bad. But the staff almost always has an attitude and acts like its an inconvenience if you actually make a purchase. Its about 50/50 whether they have an attitude while making a purchase but I have made 2 returns and both times it was an awful experience. I try to be understanding though because I work retail too and I know that some days are hard and Im sure it is worse at a mall, but some days its rough.

I would go lower if I could. I normally love cotton on and all their clothing but the customer service is awful, they are very rude. Definitely last time going to that location!!

I spent over 500$ and so the employee said I had 9 5$ vouchers I can use next time I come in...that would be 45$..I came in the next day to use them and they said I could only use 1 voucher for every 15 dollars I spend...what a rip off!! The employee was super rude about it too.

We purchased leggings for my daughters here on two separate occasions. The first time they overcharged us and we didn’t realize until after we left the store. My wife went back for a refund and the cashier said that their system had been charging the wrong amount for the past few weeks.Today (a week later) we purchased another pair of leggings and were charged $10 over the price. During the checkout process, my wife called them out on it and the cashier said, “oh it just does that sometimes”.If you have shopped here recently, then there is a HIGH probability that you overpaid!Dear store owner, either get your system fixed or have your cashiers check every transaction! What you are doing is not honest!

Wish I could give 0 stars. I’ve been in this store 2 times and had Brianne at the cash register both times. Both experiences were absolutely awful. She rolled her eyes the first time when I asked if I could pay with cash. Today I bought items that were on sale, 3 for $18 and she charged me 24. I pointed it out and she fixed it after rolling her eyes. I had a 5 dollar off coupon to redeem and she wouldn’t give it to me because she couldn’t figure it out. The management and other employees just watched as I expressed my frustration. I though if you have a valid coupon you are allowed to use it...? Guess not. Worst experiences. Will never shop here again.

Awful customer service!!! Asked one of the employees a question, we made eye contact and he walked away.

If I could give them 0 stars I would.My kids and I walked through the whole store, no mask (we have doctor medical exemptions) and we had about $100 in clothing picked out, ready to purchase and the lady working in the front saw us without a mask, and said we cant shop without a mask. I told her we have exemptions (I had them on me) and she said that they have the choice to choose if they serve people without masks regardless of exemptions and they chose not to. She told us we can shop online.Sorry but I will not be shopping there again, especially because they chose to be discriminating against people with disabilities.

If I could Give this store a NEGATIVE 100 I would, because it surely deserves it! What a joke of a store that has thee worst employees! If you are looking for an awful experience, a trespass on bodily autonomy, a store that will trespass on your life, liberty and property, a store that is a public accommodation in the U.S.A. and does not deserve a dime form any American! forcing free people to cover their FACES, their Humanity, their smiles!

I love this store. Let me tell you, they always have a deal and they always have amazing clothes, everytime I come to this store I just want to but every last thing, Ive never been disappointed with a purchase from here and I dont expect to be in the future. During my most recent visit I managed to get a 70 dollar jacket for 30 bucks, it was great and so is the jacket.

Really like the cloths here, they have a good selection and its easy to find things in their store.

I get trying to be safe bc of Covid but their restrictions make NO SENSE. While I was there I had to buy all the clothes I wanted to try on and take them to the mall bathroom, then returned the ones that didn’t fit. That’s fine, I get it. But then the line was superrrr long. I saw 5 employees out on the floor but only 1 of them was ringing up... I watched the other employees talking to each other, straightening clothes, nothing super urgent while the line stayed really long. So long that us in line were blocking the way for shoppers to walk. So everyone in line ended up cramming together. When it was my turn to return the clothes I didn’t want, I asked if the other registers were broken. They said no, they only have 1 person ringing up at a time so they don’t have to stand 6 feet near each other!!!! While I had just watched them all standing together talking, etc?! I pointed out that bc the line was so long, customers had to stand so close to each other that it totally defeated the point. I had to wait a long time to return the clothes I tried on and was definitely out at more risk due to these “safety” measures..... maybe my anger is misdirected but whoever is making these decisions needs to change them asap

Don’t do business with this cotton on. The employees don’t know what they are doing. They couldn’t give us a refund back to our card even though we had our receipt and instead they refunded into a gift card.

I went in to return a product. There was a HUGE line. Like five people in front of me and a few behind with one cashier. That’s not the problem though. The problem...was that I counted at LEAST 3 to 4 other employees present with an extra empty register doing nothing. One of them...was AT THE REGISTER...on her phone. It was really rude and the feeling was that the employees didn’t care.

Had a pair of faulty jeans, but the ladies that helped us were very nice and were able to exchange them. So I would recommend but just check the clothes before you buy them!

Waited inline at the dressing room for 15 min. Only had 4 dressing rooms. They are charging 10 cents for bags now which is ridiculous! We aren’t California. When I asked them about it they switched to paper so that’s why they are charging. Well give me a plastic bag then for free. I went into h & m and the sensors went off. They forgot to take off a sensor so walked all the way back and I barely got a sorry. The worst service ever.

Love the clothes but Ive never had a positive experience with anyone who works there. After today I probably wont go back any more, or even shop there online, because what if I needed to return something and had to deal with with one of those rude people?? Not worth it!

Cool clothes. One of my shirts fell apart shortly after use. Sleeve frayed up. I use the other shirt often for work and its one of my favorites! Decent prices.

Their sports section in the back is definitely the place to go. Skip the rest. Their sports and exercise things are fantastic. They need to go on sale more often

I went to Cotton on to try and find a scarf for my family pictures. One of the sales girls helped me find the right scarf. Then when I went to check out, the girl running the register left a horrible impression on me. She was INCREDIBLY pushy. She asked if I had heard about the sale and I told her yes. She asked me if I wanted to grab something else and I said I was okay. Then she asks me two seconds later if I want an infinity scarf or a beanie for $5, again I said no thanks. Then she asks me if Ive heard about their charity. I said no, and she went on her whole schpeal about it which I was fine with. She asked me if I wanted to donate a dollar for a bracelet. I said no thank you. She then asked me if I wanted to round to the nearest dollar to donate. Again I said no thank you. Then she says, not even thirty cents, twenty cents, not even ten cents? At this point I was very, very irritated with how ridiculously pushy she was. I told her nope and your incredibly pushy. She had no tact whatsoever in trying to up-sell me. I understand thats part of the business but her lack of tact and pushiness left a very sour taste in my mouth about Cotton On and it definitely will make me second guess shopping there again.

Cheap clothing. Popped a button. They told me its been worn and I cant exchange it.Bought a shirt two weeks ago and a button popped off the same day. I tried to return it two weeks later and they wouldnt exchange it. The cashier said it was because the shirt has been worn before and she cant put it back out on the rack.

I always have a pretty bad experience while shopping here. I love the clothing and all but the service is not that great. I always get this bad vibe in there from the workers and I got my bag practically thrown at me. Overall, lesson learned to not shop here again.

The coolest fall fashions at a great price are here! I recommend this store if youre looking for some dapper sweaters.

Super bad customer service. I have two pairs of pants, that have factory defects on them, and they would not let me return them cause they said they have been worn... of course they have been worn? you dont hang the stupid things on the wall to look at? I wore them both once, and bagged them to take back. All I wanted was a strait across exchange to.

Its pretty hit and miss here - sometimes theres great shirts, shorts & tank tops, and sometimes theres not.
