Family dollars with it for cheap car fresheners that work extremely well for price. This glade air freshener one dollar an to sweeten the deal got a rare D Star not in my change. Family dollar definitely with the business.

I waked in and was on the phone. One of the employees walked over to the isle ahead of me. She followed me around the store pretending to straighten shelves. Made me feel like I was a their. Which I AM NOT! I though maybe Im Trippin. She made it very obvious when I went to the register and she followed me, stood next to the cashier, again pretending ti straighten shelves that you could clearly see were already straight. She watched as the cashier rang up everything I put in my basket. This behavior is sooo unacceptable. Wondering if she does this to every customer, or just myself. I will NEVER shop ar Family Dollar again! And besides if I were to steal something it definitely wouldnt be from Family Dollar! If I could give you a -5 stars, I would have given it to you! #FAMILYDOLLARSUCKS

LOVE FAMILY DOLLAR! But!! They are never open when theyre supposed to be at this store... 🤔😥 4 people in a half hour came and left because no ones opened the store...... This is why its going under.

Not a dollar store. Go to Dollar Tree down the street if thats what youre expecting. They do have a few good things, but prices arent really that great on most things, and quality seems about Walmart level. But, clean store and nice people, and good if you need a quick stop for something right now.

Has a variety of items

Came to the store and the door was locked and the employee was smoking in the side of the building. So I thought oh it’s probably just her working. So I decided to wait and her “break” she was taking was too long. As I was waiting about 10 cars pulled up and left! That’s their revenue they just lost. I have never waited for 2 almost 3 hours waiting for them to open the damn doors. SMH

Went to go return something and I have never been treated so rude. One older lady looks and me and says what do you want me to do was very rude. I get you wont return something without a receipt but you dont have to be so rude about it and make sure that your employees give a frickin damn receipt as we never received one. I guess we never expect that a $35.00 heater would not work its not like I have money to throw away. That is why I will never shop there again. Very VERY rude people that work there

The employees dont want to help anyone they just stare at you when you want to check out and say I would say sorry for your wait but Im not sorry so and this is on 4/24/2018 at 7:50 they have horrible customer service with the people that are working right now usually good

This store is under new management and it is starting to look nice. Very good customer service.

They sell kids clothes, baby needs, cleaning supplies, pet needs and home decor plus much more sold at very good prices plus lots of parking

I love shopping. Even more so then @ DOLLER Tree due to they have clothes. That. Fit. They also have. A clearance rack . I bought 2 biker streach pants. Yesterday there one for 7 and one for 5 on there clearance rack the most expensive us $15. They have cute. PJ bottoms. And. Just better. Quility. Stuff.

It seems like they got all the junk from the clearance bin at Walmart, and charge twice Walmarts regular prices for it. Almost nothing here is actually a dollar. Usually stuff ranges from $5-$15. I often go here to see if theres anything good, but there never is. Its a small store with limited selection and high prices.

I liked this place for small items but not food

The employees were great the store is quite messy theyre changing from Christmas to Valentines day stuff. Also they have an app now that will save you money so dont forget to download that and make sure they scan it at checkout.

The store opens at 9 am, I dropped by 9:45 and the lady was oustside smoking. Whole I was there at least 6 customers came and went because the store was locked while she was smoking. Poor habit and to have only one employee to run the store. Ok its up to 9 customers just while Im typing this review thats left. This is in Orem, Utah. Im done with this store and some other customers werent happy eirher. Just found out the lady was an employee. The manager was an hour late to open the store. Its now 10:15 and they still havent opened the store, I guess to go through their opening process.

Love family Dollar! They shut them down when an area becomes more developed. They shut down Hebers, American Forks, Lehis,, (to mention only a few..) but not Bountifuls..? They fill an important resource for those needing an economical choice for many daily household necessities! Only three stars because they keep shutting down their stores!!

I live close and visit this location for snacks. They have a vending machine out front which sells cans of soda for only 75 cents I would give this location 6 stars just for that.

I use to go into this dollar store all of the time but on the 9/17/2018 I walked in with my 9 year old daughter who had to go to the bathroom she went to go and was told twice that the bathrooms where not public and yet they had been open to the public for a while til yesterday and she had to go really bad she had to wait til we could walk over to a different store to use the bathroom which she almost did not make it to the bathroom I dont know if I will be going there again because what is going to happen when some person is traveling and they have a baby who has to have a diaper changed and they cant just change the baby in the car because they dont have a car and end up doing it in the middle of the store

Very very messy, but good prices for some items.

On my experience, this location has been fairly messy and selection / stock is usually lacking.

After spending several minutes working with a delivery man, cashier then answered the phone, meanwhile ignoring several in store waiting customers (myself included). Needless to say I was not impressed.

BUYER BEWARE - This is NOT a dollar store.Unlike places like Dollar Store, Dollar Tree, The Bottom Dollar, Dollar Door, Dollar Depot, Honks .99, etc. which offers all of their products at a dollar, this store DOES NOT.Yet, since the name is FAMILY DOLLAR youd think it everything would be a dollar. Well, that is NOT the case.

No customer service, but what do you expect, everythings a dollar.

Clean and organized store, staff was pretty useless for help or knowledge of any product.

I come to the store every now and then and I came early just watched two employees act like they had no idea what theyre doing at the store lady wanted to return something in front of me and the lady did it anyway and she had no receipt which is the rule they dont follow protocol at the store ever and you guys have some weirdos here working something needs to change
