All sales final kind of place. Brick and mortar retail had a hard enough time without archaic policies...

DO NOT SHOP HERE! They do not tell you their new “return policy”. Terrible customer service and unhelpful. They won’t return anything because of “covid” when I can literally return make-up or clothes to any other store. We did not want the shirt we bought it was a gift for someone. We would have gladly come back for future item but we will never shop here again. You can find any of their items cheaper on amazon or Nike. Do not shop here.we will never return

We bought a few things from here and so far our experience have been way better than at LIDS thank you for having good customer service, will definitely keep coming back!

They say there open but there not really makes me mad rode the bus all the way down to go here and there closed

I usually dont do reviews but this store was horrible. I dont recommend to anyone and to the lady that was looking for a jersey for her little boy run.... I ran into the store to two guys sitting in chairs and eating. Saw a hat I liked, so of course I purchased it. Took the tag off in front of guy placed it in bag and said I will where tonight when it gets cold. I then left the store went to Lids in the same hallway. Saw a way better hat for way cheaper. As I went to return my hat for this new one I was refused. Stating that it was because the tag was removed. Now had there been any signage or the employee telling me not to I wouldnt have but I owned that hat for all of two minutes and was refused the return very rudely. The emolyee then refused any contact info for the franchise and in contacting the company I was told I have to contact franchise. Very unhappy. I hope this review is read widely. I even have a receipt and valid ID the hat is untouched as I sit in the parking lot typing

Never had a problem with these guys. Ive bought 3 hats from them now and never have any issues with them. The employees are friendly as well.

This place is sweet not just because of the grar they sell, but it had the friendliest service ever. I was helped by this guy namedTanner and he was super patient and informative on helping me find what I wanted idk if he runs the store or not but he should definitely at least get a raise! So not only is all the merchandise dope, but the service is great as well. #ThanxTanner

Dont do business with this chain. I was given a shirt as a gift and they wouldnt let me exchange it for a different size because it had been more than 14 days since it was purchased. Are you kidding? Back to Amazon.
