This is a super fun location. Spencer and Max took great care of my kiddo, and we found some decent deals. If HT is your thing, this is the best store.

We walked in looking for a shirt and after about a minute, we got scolded by the employee who was supposed to be at the front door who told us we lacked common courtesy for just walking right in when I wasnt even aware I was supposed to wait. I dont go to the mall very often so Im not versed in covid mall etiquette. As a customer service worker myself I would never make my customers feel condescended and judge their character for an honest mistake. Maybe you should hire me instead because I know how to treat people with respect and take accountability. Just kidding, I already have a job with nicer co-workers.

Best hot topic I’ve ever been to, no exaggeration. Better merch selection than I’ve ever seen and the staff were so super friendly and helpful. I was greeted and told of the deals going on, and she complimented my rainbow mask which made my day! First time I’ve ever felt comfortable asking for help in a hot topic. I didn’t think to get anyone’s name specifically but I hope they know who they are and that they are doing amazing. I’ll be coming back when I can!

Hot topic has great goth/pop culture stuff. This is one the best places to get T shirts from your favorite bands as well. Anything that has a cult following you could probably find something here. Or if you have piercings or gauges they have a wide selection for you.

They seemed to have down sized their selection of things. I miss the old hot topic variety. Are they slowly diminishing 🤔😤

They have a huge selection of swag and bandshirts, but the thing i didnt like was how the checkout merchant kept pushing for me and my girlfriend to go back and look at their Buy one get two blah blah selection..also endured a random upsell on a Hot Topic credit card that wasnt asked for, which was lame.

I wish i could give this place zero stars. I went here to Orem Hot Topic and brought this Backpack that was on clearance, it had a tag on it that said 20$ so i decided to get it because it was a good deal. so i took it to the register and the women there working with pink short hair about 51 50 says this is50$! not 20. Then after that she cutted the tag on it and laughed neverously No, No the item is 50! But all the other ones of the same design were 20. I think she just didnt want me to get a good deal. Such Bad Service!

I absolutely love this place. I want to buy everything from here. Its a cool place for styles such as emos, goths, anime lovers, and some kawaii things 😏 The customer service is amazing. They definitely hire the best people. I highly recommend~

They need to train their employees better. This happened twice, I bought an item for my daughter and when I handed to her the theft sensor was still attached on the item and it is such hassel to drive back to the mall and remove the theft sensor. Very annoying

Fun stuff, only 10 people allowed in the store at a time. Everything is really expensive!

Great sales on now. We purchased a new back pack for back to school 30 percent off and paid under 25$The staff were happy to help us as we walked into the busy store. It was an all around great experience. Thanks guys!

Hot topic is an awesome store! They have the latest trends for clothes, accessories and collectibles. I love their nightmare before Christmas stuff they get during the holidays. They carry items from the latest hit shows on tv as well as top trending bands. Even if I dont buy anything, I always stop in to check out all their cool things!

Absolutely love this Hot Topic location and their staff. Its always well kept and organized. In particular their Funko Pop wall is excellent! They had the exact item I was looking for, put prominently. And the Pops were in awesome, collectable condition. Cashier was super fun, upbeat, and helpful. A real treat, actually. She helped me place an order for something off their website they didnt have in stock at the store, saving me some time and headache. Itll ship to store, so no shipping costs!

Good variety of pop culture merchandise. But they are waaaaay too pushy at the register to collect your personal information. If you want to pay cash for a 6 dollar item, they will grill you for your phone number and email. I said no 2x and then he insisted the third time just gave a fake number. I should have just walked out.

This is the place! The plot parents are scared of the things you really want! Amaizing staff! All your favorites in every selection. Clothes, lunch boxes, pins, jewlery, makeup and all the t shirts you can imagine. Keeping up with the trends why wouldnt you go? Oh because your scared. Best store ever! Be you!

Its loud, you trip over the products due to how tightly so much is packed in. You wait a while for help or to pay. The dressing rooms are too dark to be useful, and the workers (once you finally hunt one down) have to let you in with a key. Expect a line, since theres only 1 or 2 dressing rooms and 1 or 2 workers. Theres always some screwup or confusion with my transaction, like the persons always brand new. They have limited sizes in store, but theres a decent selection of cute plus clothing online. Its a variety of goth and of humorous merchandise, like skull choker necklaces and Homer Simpson t-shirts. I mostly go there to pick up online purchases of costumes or black clothes, to avoid paying shipping. Cool stuff, but a bit pricey without a coupon. Their email list is a bit spammy with a sale once or twice a week. Very busy store during Halloween season.

This store is amazing, but the location is terrible! There is obviously a demand for more space. Shopping here during the holiday season is an absolute nightmare. Service was decent, could have used better management during the holiday rush hour.

Sarah is hands down the best employee Ive ever dealt with at this location. She is super on the ball and was very patient with many children and I really respect that. I really enjoy coming to this locatuon.

I love the hot topic vibe but $50 shirts and $30 coffee mugs are not what I want to be caught walking out of a store with. Just shop online.

I went in last week. The staff were very attentive and asked if you needed any help finding items. Definitely coming back.

Not as scary as it seems! Ive been going for several years because they have about as good selection in store as you would find online, for about the same price. If you like what they have, its excellent.

Hi, my family and I love to come in here for POP figurines as well as hair products for my daughter. Normally the employees are great, Bit this particular worker is what made my experience so poor thus last time. We went in just to browse and this man, probably mid twenties, has long blonde hair and a beard(looks like he was on drugs...........) he began talking to my 15 year old daughter about religion and the universe and stuff like this. She was obviously very uncomfortable, once I stepped in thing to pull my daughter away he snapped at me and every question I asked he acted being put out by me asking him TO DO HIS JOB. When ringing us up he was very snooty and treated us as if we were dumb. I will not be returning until he is no longer working

Overpriced third party licensed junk. Store is well maintained and they have a lot of items Im interested in, but not at the prices they see fit to charge for stuff made with such low quality material.

Thats kind of a lie sometimes with this store, I waited an hour to get one as a gift for my husband and I had my toddler, this employees friends showed up half an hour after me and their friend (the employee) had saved them for me and then laughed about it because her friends were worried they werent going to get it and after that I told her that and she didnt care, never had a bad experience at this hot topic before until now
