The service is great here absolutely phenomenal you pop in and Corbin takes good care of you and get you an Uber and then you get your car fixed all up and getting an Uber back can you get some hot chocolate before you leave and then they send you on your way and it cost you nothing because Volkswagen has the absolute best warranties in the business

I have never had worse service. This was the 3rd time i had to deal with the parts deparment and it was miserable from beginning to end. Plus they never call to let you know when your part is in. Every time we have had to call them to find out it has been sitting there for a while.

I witnessed first hand the service manager Roy’s customer service skills. He talks down to people, belittles people at acts like they know nothing. This is not the type of person that should be the head of a department. We will never be taking our cars here again. Will update review after hearing back from the General manager Carlos.

Great to deal with and a great vehicle so far

The service guy Roy is a joke to deal with he so disrespectful it makes me sick that he is in the customer service. If you have a problem with you vehicle I highly suggest taking it somewhere else! There is absolutely no talking to these guys! There are plenty of places that will fix your vehicle without giving you the headache these guys will most definitely give you! If I could give zero stars I would without hesitation!

The sales person I dealt with was amazing and the car was exactly as explained over the phone. There were no surprises anywhere in the process and I’ll definitely get a car from this place in the future! Great job Bryce C for winning over this very skeptical dealership car buyer.

The coffee machine was dope! But I was only there with my friend so I cant say anything about the service. Really good coffee would come back.

A smile and a Hi, how can I help you? Can go a long way when youre working in customer service.The dealership has been really great at getting parts for us in a timely manner, and they always call when the parts arrive. But the guy who helped me at the parts desk wasnt super personable.

Unfortunately this is the only VW dealership in Utah county. The service manager Roy is not someone you want handling complicated car issues. He calls customers “liars” and has treated us very poorly handling issues with our car(s), Go somewhere else!
