I bought in a little Honda nighthawk 250 that having an electrical problem to see what was wrong. It was an older bike (94) and they charge more the older your vehicle is (I imagine because the older it is the harder it is to find parts/diagrams, etc.) so I knew it wouldnt be cheap. They kept my bike for 3 days without getting back to me, and I eventually had to call them to get an update. They told me that my break light and blinkers werent working (which I knew), and provided an estimate for how much it would cost to diagnose the problem (which is what I had wanted them to do in the first place). I was not impressed. For what its worth, I have heard of other people having very positive experiences here - but for me it wasnt great.
