Fixed a dent in my car that shouldve just been replaced and my alignment was worse after they had it for two weeks. Told them they need to redo the alignment when I go in for my new wheel. Appointment was at one oclock and was handed back my keys at 1:27. How can they swap a wheel AND do a four wheel alignment in 30 minutes? I am an automotive technician myself so I know for a fact that there is no way its possible. For what its worth, the customer service was fantastic.

The staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful throughout the entire process from start to finish. The shuttle bus driver who drove me home was incredibly sweet and talked about how he loved working for the company for the past 17 years. My car only took 2 days to finish. Definitely will be coming back in the future if needed.

Did not know what to expect, but I was treated professionally. They appear to be very thorough. I have been told that they guarantee their work and parts for the life time of my ownership of my vehicle. The account representative respected covid-19 conventions. The receptionists were less respectful concerning covid19. The work was completed and it is excellent. They pride themselves in doing the job right. If there is any issues, they do what is needed to make it right.

Amazing work from them. More than satisfied with the results. Getting into an accident and having find time to get the repair done was exhausting, but they definitely helped ease the pain and take the wheel.

The passenger-side front turn signal on my 18-year old Mercedes C-230 coupe had gone bad, and the problem was with an electrical connection, not just a bulb. Mercedes no longer makes that headlight assembly and it is not in stock anywhere in the US. The dealership suggested my best option was eBay. I made the purchase but did not receive the merchandise, so I returned to the dealership. They finally suggested I try Great Plains Auto Body.We were fortunate enough to have Johnny Guzman help us. After confirming there were no appropriate headlight assemblies available, he assured us he would find a solution for us. And he did. Through his extensive contacts with fellow auto enthusiasts, he discovered an old Mercedes service memo describing the appropriate repair. There was a part needed well short of the whole assembly, Mercedes still made it, Great Plains got it in, and made the repair.Mercedes no longer makes a comparable hatchback coupe and this car both in body and engine should have a few more years of service in it. Great Plains helped me keep it on the road when it appeared no one else could.

I bought a nice pickup with the plan to keep it for a long time, unfortunately a vehicle ran a red light and t-boned my truck 3 months after I bought it. The damaged was extensive and I was certain my pickup would never be the same even after repairs were made. Great Plains Auto body proved me wrong. They did terrific work and the customer service was fantastic. I’m very picky when it comes to the care of my vehicles, if I were to need a body shop again I would use Great Plains again.

Worked with State Farm and I only paid a deductible. Great warranty plan for their work. Would highly recommend and will use them again.

These guys do a great job on repair work. I have had 2 vehicles in to them on 2 occasions after being hit and both times they did a great job. The staff is friendly and professional and they get the work done in a good amount of time. They even dealt with and were able to bill the other partys insurance without any work on my end. My only complaint is I had to return to them each time after pickup as they forgot to hookup the temp sensor on my first vehicle and then on my second they didnt hook up the horn correctly. They also didnt refill my washer fluid on my second vehicle which was found out driving during slushy conditions on the highway. Not a great or safe surprise. So be sure to check everything over before you leave!UPDATE: Used them a third time; decent work and the employees are very friendly, but their quality control and attention to detail is just not there. Jeep logo was applied crooked so had to take back and have them fix. Once again no washer fluid. I also just had my Jeep detailed and the engine bay was nice and clean; but was returned to me covered in a thin layer of cotton and grease. Small things, yes; but noticeable and this being the third time I have used them and the third time I have had to return it to them because of lack of QC; really makes me question what corners were cut or what they missed that cant be seen.

Use them instead of B Street! Great Plains Auto Body did a fantastic job with my bumper repair on my Ford Mustang. Timely, professional, and gave email updates each day.Unfortunate luck for me, but I had actually been rear ended only 2 months before, repaired (by B street collision) and rear ended again. The previous repair (by B Street) left paint on my under body, and the bumper eventually had a large bump develop underneath it from when they folded the bumper during transport.Before I had to go through their warranty process, I got rear ended again, and Great Plains did a much better job of repair. Highly recommend them!

My car was broken into while getting repaired and they tried to cover it up and made it seem like it was no big deal. My registration and keys to another vehicle were stolen along with a whole host of other personal items. Now I have to live in fear that person will be coming to my house to steal the other vehicle because they have a key and they know where I live. They returned my car to me in a shambles. For someone trying to cover the robbery up, they were not good at that either. the proper way to communicate an event like this is to inform all of the customers that had cars there at the time of the robbery that the event happened... it is not appropriate to consider being communicated to regularly when Im told this happened after me asking questions for 20 minutes about why my seat back was broken off. The owner would be advised to contact the upset customer himself to find out what really happened instead of simply replying that no hiding has been done.

Had a great experience here. The estimates were all on the mark. Customer service was great and kept me apprised of everything. The owner happened to be there when I was in and took the time to explain things to me. Even got my car cleaned up!

I don’t usually write google reviews, but felt like I should here. I had some initial problems with a replacement bumper and headlights and returned for warranty work. I worked with Matt on the issues, and was absolutely blown away by the pride he took in their work. I have never seen a company stand by their work as much as Matt at Great Plains did. He made sure everything was corrected, and I left with a car that looked perfect. He was dedicated to making sure I was happy and that their repair lived up the Great Plains reputation for quality. What started out as a problematic experience, turned into one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. This a review that I was more than happy to write for a company. The service I got at Great Plains was above and beyond. I was sent there after my car was hit. I had gotten a quote at another auto body shop and the estimate I got at Great Plains came in at close to half of that. From the moment I stepped into the building to when I drove my fixed car away, the experience was easy and stress free. They walked me through what my vehicle needed, helped me get set up with a rental, kept me informed of the status of my car, and had it completed quicker than anticipated. Bonus- They vacuumed my seats, which was amazing because I had just taken my dog on a road trip.I hope to not need body work done for quite some time, but I now know exactly where Im taking my car if I do.

Have used in the past and was very happy with bodywork completed and communication regarding updates on vehicle (many years ago). I was recently hit and took for an estimate. Assume the work with the new damage will be as good as it was in the past. I wish they werent as busy and could fit my car in faster than a month away, but good businesses are usually busy.

Needed to replace the front bumper, no issues with that. Excellent job and very pleasant staff. I am giving only four stars though, because when I was dropping the car, I asked whether they could also paint over a very minor scratch on the door as they will be painting the bumper, and the ladys response sounded like they would do this, she looked at the scratch and wrote down the details. However, when I came to pick up the car, this was not done, and I was told this could not be done, because it was not on the original claim. It would make me a lot happier if they were more flexible.

Customer care and satisfaction is their focus. From start to finish the friendly staff made me feel welcome. Outstanding workmanship as well. And good coffee in the comfortable waiting room!

I had my car inspected for an estimate and Matt (the owner) tells me he thinks he can buff out the damage and do some touch up. Less than 10 minutes later I walk into his shop to see my car in excellent condition. To top it off, he refuses payment. All he wanted was a good review on Google. My got rear ended pretty bad and I took it here to get it fixed up. it took about 2 and half weeks to fix it up but it was worth the wait. they made may car look brand new. It seriously hasnt looked that good since I bought the car, When they fixed my car they also gave it a excellent car wash and cleaned the inside as well. The staff there are also extremely friendly.
