This place understood my situation and helped me out. Knowing money was tight and I lived in Connecticut, they were patient and helped me find a car that I like and matched my budget. Nabil working the floor showed me multiple cars that where nice, he didn’t leave my side the entire time making sure I was getting the best car that matches me. I walked out of there with a car that belonged to me and fit my personality rather than walking out with something that was forced on me because of a budget. I recommend going to see Nabil, he will make sure your taken care of.

I bought my Honda Pilot from Aziz a few weeks ago. He was great and we highly recommend him. He was easily accessible by email for follow up questions and made the process fast and easy once we had made a decision on the car. We purchased late on a Sunday, so we knew the cleaning service (to perfect your car before you get it) was closed. Even though we told him it was fine, he went above and beyond to get it cleaned for us. Highly recommend my Pilot and Aziz!

This is my first time buying a car, and it was almost perfect up until the very end. I came in to take a look at a 2016 Mercedes C300, and our salesman was Rodrigo. He was an excellent salesman, and did his very best to make sure I had the best service possible. He was very happy to answer any question I had, and is just an amazing person overall. 10/10 would recommend to future friends and family. However, the experience went downhill when it came to the finance team, just very disappointed. We have a 40 minute drive, and we came around 6 oclock, as they close at 8. We told the front desk that we are here to make the payment for our car, etc. We waited almost an hour and a half before we actually got some help, as they just told us to wait, and no one came. When we finally got to talk to one of the finance people, we were told that we cannot pay it all at once, and that we had to finance. Mind you, we had the full payment in CASH. When we asked what the cash price was, the manager came in and told us to come the next day, frustrating us even more because of the long commute. The manager was extremely unprofessional, and no helpful at all. Finally, we did end up financing as we were told that we had to have at least a few monthly payment, then we could pay the rest. Our finance guy, Valentino, was also extremely helpful and made our experience a little bit better. I personally think that the individual workers are great, but the style of management is just horrible. I would highly recommend working with Rodrigo, as he is a very easy-going person, just nice and very helpful. If needed to buy another vehicle, I would definitely consider this dealership!

I went into Boch Honda Norwood for an oil change and an inspection sticker yesterday and found out that my registration had expired! Kevin Couto, a service advisor, was extremely helpful to me. He took the time to show me how to renew my registration on line - Im not technologically inclined. He is not only very knowledgeable and professional, but also very patient and supportive to all customers who dont even know him. I would highly recommend him!!!

When preparing to buy a new car I knew I was going to buy at Boch based on my previous experience at Boch Toyota. I decided to go with Honda and worked with Amine to get a SUV. He was great and helped me purchase a CRV. Throughout the process he has excellent communication and kept me informed about my options and gave me advice based upon my needs. I wanted a suv with the best safety options and he helped me compare the models. He was also very thorough with explaining and showing the features before my test drive and before I left the lot. My wife and I went shopping for a certified pre-owned Honda Odyssey at Boch Honda. Spent 15 minutes on the drive test and next 4 hours on paperwork. OK, we thought, these guys are busy and diligent. Today car was delivered - again, certified by Boch. One of doors has missing handle and locking knob, which Ive found later in the glove box. The same door now is not closing automatically. Stains on the ceiling which Ive pointed out and asked to be cleaned- still there.We both are working full-time and have four kids. The Boch response- please come next week for a service, we are glad to assist you.Thank you for the service and we appreciate the consideration shown to us here.

I had a 2018 Honda Civic and received an offer for an upgrade by email. I got a call from Karen and she pre-approved me over the phone so when I went there, I didnt have to wait around for hours. The five stars are specifically for Adele Varella, the Customer Relations Manager. After having problems issues with communicating and getting what I need from the other people at Honda, I contacted her and she fixed everything right away, expedited my oil change, and rushed the rest of what I needed, so I wont have to wait. You can find her contact information under any of the one-star reviews, because she replies trying to reach out to people having a problem. People usually dont call her, even when she reaches out, but they should because shes extremely helpful and will do what she can for you. Thank you Adele! you do great work! :)

The worst dealership i have ever dealt with. Called on a wednesday and booked an appointment for a test drive for a vehicle that day and also tried to put a deposit down on the vehicle, and was told they would not take a deposit for the vehicle? fine. An hour later i receive a phone call back cancelling my appointment for a test drive as someone else had called and booked an appointment 15 minutes prior to mine for the same vehicle. weird. Thursday comes and I call to see if the vehicle had sold, it hadnt. Perfect I will put a deposit on it. they take my credit card information and charge a 1k deposit so I can come in and purchase the vehicle. Again an hour later they call and say they do not want my deposit for some reason and had refunded the charge? Friday I do not call and isntead just walk in to purchase the vehicle. Everything goes ok and I go in the finance office and they tell me that the vehicle does not come with the boch 2 year warranty that is explicitly advertise on the vehicle as well as online?? no explaination as to why. To compensate they offer me 1 free oil change, we settled on 5 free oil changes instead. 10k miles go by and I call to schedule an appointment for an oil change and was told that boch honda could not service my vehicle because they had borrowed it from boch hyundai to sell to me? Even though boch honda sold it to me they insisted I call Hyundai. I then call boch hyundai who then says that A. that is not true boch honda can service it and B. Boch Hyundai would not recognize my free oil changes that boch Honda had given me in writing. Cal boch honda back with this information and they agree to service it (mind you it is only a routine oil change) but they normally wouldnt. THey then go on to say that there is nothing in the computer that says they owe me oil changes. Thankfully I have everything in writing.This has been by far the WORST experience Ive had buying a vehicle. Ocean Honda in brockton was 1000% better with my last vehicle purchase and I wish ocean honda had the vehicle I wanted because I DEFINITELY would have gone to Ocean Honda again.Boch Honda is miserable please stay far far away

I believe so much in outstanding customer service, that between my sister and I we leased 6 cars and I financed 2. Jaime Maldonado, the best salesperson and Karen McDougall, the best Autoloop representative are simply the only reason why I am loyal to Boch Honda. The patience, the work and the daily check ins from karen made transitioning to a new lease so easy especially now when there is a shortage in cars and the intensity with working from home. I did not feel pressured at all, I told her what I wanted she made sure and worked her magic for me to get the exact car I wanted even cheaper because of my loyalty. As for Jaime, he was so clear and detailed when it came to the paperwork, he told me ahead of time what to bring which showed that he respects customers time and he listened to my need instead of just trying to sell me a car. I am able to call him anytime to ask questions even after driving from the lot with my car. As a woman, it is important for me to have a reliable car and having Jaime and Karen to assist me to the core with that is a blessing I am forever grateful for them. It’s a mistake to come here for small maintenance issues. The wait time is so long, took them 2hours just to find out my tire pressure is ok and they just want to charge me an overpriced tire pressure sensor, another half hour just to bring my car out. What the heck? No thanks. To think I just spend over one thousand dollars to replace and align all 4tires here one month ago. Even that much job done that time, it was under 2hours total. So you only prioritize customers spending big bucks? Never coming back ever again.

Not to happy! I bring my Honda Civic LX in and 2 hours later after waiting for them to finish up and when I went to go check they said that the car had to most likely stay overnight. So I asked them that how much was the damage so far and they said so far around $280.00. So I asked just for bringing the car in to the dealership and so far, for sitting around 2 hours they say to me that they are still working on it! I said all that time and nothing has been done yet?? So instead I said thank you but I have to go cause I needed the car for work tomorrow! So they wrapped up and I left!!

Save yourself the aggravation of dealing with this dealership. Worse customer service experience. Fuel pump recall was supposed to be 1.5 hrs and 8 hrs later the car is ready with no option to deliver it back on same day. Maybe this dealership is under new management, and it is really lacking in efficiency and customer service.

We were welcomed by sales rep Aziz Joseph. He was very helpful and made sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase and trade in. We came in with a quote that was honored by his manager, I wish I remembered his name, because he was very upfront and pleasant too. Also the entire staff was very welcoming to my children and friendly. It was a kid friendly environment. Dishonest and disrespectful online sales group, avoid this place! Reached out via their website for a vehicle in stock, then texted AND had a call with Azamat to discuss the vehicle and my trade. Let them know I was coming in from 45 mins away for a color we preferred. Once I arrived at the dealership for my appointment they claimed there was a mistake and tried to push me into a different color, which I had already told them was available locally.Azamat (online sales) reached out to take full responsibility, which was him telling me I was being unfair (direct quote) because they had other vehicles, even though he knew they did not have the vehicle I wanted 30mins+ before I arrived (again he admitted this while blaming me)Overall terrible experience compounded by wasting my holiday weekend time and then blaming me for it. Heed the recent bad reviews folks!

Erik my salesman and Sean the sales manager had to be 2 of the best guys Ive ever dealt with at a dealership. They were straight up honest and delivered on everything they said they would! Absolutely terrible, if I could give it five 0 stars I would. Hanna and Bill were very unprofessional, irresponsible, and, unethical. I had a pre-approval for a M. Benz, Hanna received all my info, contacted me for the vehicle and stated it was still available. I took the ride from RI right away to purchase the vehicle to only then find out that they were already working on approving some one else at practically the same time I was told to come for the vehicle. I the sales rep come to me with the key, takes my license to grab the car to test drive and then comes back to give me the news that the car was sold. SO UN-PROFESSIONAL. Hanna nor anyone bothered to call me, So frustrated. Took the situation to Bill the manager in which it didn’t get any where. He said he was going to call me back in which he didn’t even have the decency to do so. Very awful experience. I’m taking my business else where.

This place located in a convenient place and not difficult to access through public transport. Overall the place is good with collections and ease of administrative process. Good things first :)Sales executives are not efficient and they simply wants to finish their job. They don’t explain all the features and they expect you know everything ( if we know everything then why should I go to showroom and I would better order it online and get it delivered!). I ended up buying the vehicle but not at all satisfied with the explanation the executive gave me. They simply asked, the color trim and that’s it. Then ‘Let’s talk about the financial stuff’ ( I should say they spend considerable amount of time in there and again will not explain the hidden costs!) and sigh the paper even before the vehicle shown to you (the paper says you checked the vehicle and certified as in the best condition!) and that was very ridiculous. So be cautious and careful. Make sure you ask the vehicle to show first and confirm before signing any paperwork ( not any vehicle, the exact one you are going to buy, in my case they showed a different vehicle and asked me to go and come for reviving it on the day when the registration is done... I insisted I want to see the vehicle and made me to wait for another thirty minutes!.) so only word I can say is be cautious while making a purchase form this place... if you are a person who need a lot of time to take decisions, based on my experience, this place is not for you!.Update: There was a lot of drama associated with my purchase and finally everything went well. All the team were present at the time of delivery (was happened at 6.30PM!) and saying hope we served you the best.... I was like huh......!!!!!

I give up. I bought my Honda there. The first repair was brakes. They insisted to cut the rotors. I asked 3 times to please replace the rotors. They said they had a new machine. So I let them cut the rotors. 6 months later, the rotors warped. So, I paid for the brake job, then had to pay for brake job again 6 months later, plus I paid to have the cut and replaced. They adjusted the values. Before the adjustment, all valves ticked slightly, but evenly. After the adjustment, which cost over 500.00 one valve ticked very loudly. They said because of my driving habits they would have to adjust the valves again. and no they would not pay for the second adjustment. They aligned the front end. The service rep said they had to heat the tie rod joints with a torch. I asked them to PLEASE not do that, but disassemble the rod joints and put anti seize compound. They did not do that. The last time I brought the car there for an alignment, which was the last time I went there for any service, the rep told me We had to heat up the tie rods until they were red hot .... and they still could not make the adjustment. They told me that it would cost 1000.00 and they needed to replace all 4 tie rod ends. This is on a car that had LESS than 100,000 miles. SO, they ruined the tie rods by heating them with a torch repeatedly, to do alignments and wanted me to pay for the repairs. 6 months after the last alignment the steering rack left side started leaking. The left side was the side they said they heated the tie rods red hot. I called them and they tried to get me to pay $1800.00 for a new steering rack, and $1000.00 for all 4 new tie rod ends. The car, since new (I bought the car there) the battery would die if I didnt start it for a few days, in cold weather. I brought the car in for that issue 4 times. Each time, they said We did a charging system check, and there is nothing wrong. So, I drove my son skiing, and had to get a jump because the battery went dead in the cold weather. After the car was out of warranty, I complained about the battery again, and they said they would put the electrical system on a tester overnight and it would cost over 200.00. This was the same issue that they said there was no problem when the car was under warranty.. At this point, I could not recommend anyone take any car there for service. I certainly wont go back.

He apologized for my experience and that just goes to show that a different person is all it took to make my experience better with Boch Honda. Like I mentioned before, I got an AMAZING deal for my car, its my first car so of course I was excited and ready to be on the road! So having to wait so long for the things mentioned below is the only thing that made my experience a little less exciting. I totally understand were going through rough times due to COVID-19, but I wouldve appreciated being updated on important things and better communication from Inna.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I got an amazing deal for my car but the whole process was tedious. Maybe my experience wouldve been different with a different sales representative, but this is my experience with Inna Tverskaya. I received my car about two weeks after purchasing. The things that needed to be done to the car were minuscule tasks that should not have taken two weeks. I kept having to contact Inna in order to get any updates. It was always a different date, different excuse, when attempting to pick up the car I purchased. Finally, she says Im able to pick up the car, my cousin asks if it has an inspection sticker. I think, good question! I ask her, she says their system is down... when was she planning on telling me this? When I got there? Anyways, she says I can pick it up without on that day or pick it up the next day with the inspection sticker. I agree on coming the next day to get it with the inspection sticker because who wants to be driving illegally? I come the next day, guess whos system is down again?! I told her in advance I was on my way, she didnt bother to tell me that it still did not have an inspection sticker until I saw her in person. Im told I can come back when the system is up and running and get the sticker with them or go elsewhere and get reimbursed. Ive been waiting for my car for two weeks now, Im not going to wait longer to go back to Norwood (40 min drive from where I live) to get a sticker. I go elsewhere the same day (9/1) and get it inspected and send her a receipt. I contact her today (9/8) asking for an update about my check, she says itll take two weeks especially with holidays. There was no holiday last week, mail does not take two weeks, especially if its a check; it should be sent through USPS First Class and that takes about 3-5 days to receive. Again, same issue, taking TOO long with minuscule tasks. Im annoyed and will not be doing business with Inna again, like I said, maybe a different person wouldve been a better experience.

I was looking to replace my Toyota Rav4 with Honda Pilot EX 2020. Checked vehicle availability at Boch Honda on line. On Monday (August 10) morning I Called Boch Honda, Noorwood location and spoke to Hanna Olitsky and she quickly prepared a quote and sent by email. I communicated with my counter offer with her. She checked with her manager and said we can make a deal if I am interested to move forward on that day. Later I received a message that the car with the color that I was looking is no longer available, but other colors available. I told Hannah that I am interested and offered a deposit to hold the car. Later I received a call from Dennis Young who is a sales executive at Boch Honda, Noorwood and we set up time and test drive the car. I really liked it and started purchase process. Dennis explained the whole process of purchase and details on the specifications of the car. He was very friendly, and patiently answered all my questions. Also wanted to make sure I was happy and comfortable on the purchase. He was extremely professional while he was doing business with me. Due to large volume of sales on that day we have to wait couple of hours before we could meet financial agent. We put some down payment and rest applied for finance through Honda Financial services. Agent suggested other optional services that dealership offers for purchase. I settled with what my needs were and moved on. He explained payment options and other warranty information. Then Dennis got our information on insurance and said he will try to get the car by Friday there by I can explore it during the weekend. I went to the dealership on Monday and met with Dennis and he patiently explained all functions and operations. I drove my new car home. Enjoyed driving and family liked it. Dennis called couple of times to see how we liked the car and if we have any questions. I really appreciated that. I am very happy with the transaction of the purchase and I recommend Boch Honda to my friends. Thanks Boch Honda!

I had such an incredible service experience with Boch Honda. No matter where I live in MA, I will always drive out of my way to get my car serviced with Boch Honda because they are THAT incredible at what they do.I dropped my car off on a Tuesday evening for massive amounts of work and I got a call back from the same night to tell me theyve found everything. They saved me a ton of money (seriously, no exaggeration) because they were able to troubleshoot issues without the diagnostic testing that I wouldve paid an arm and a leg for. My car was ready in two days for work that wouldve taken over a week anywhere else. From the receptionist that answered my calls, to the service advisors who worked with me, and the service manager who I also got a chance to connect with, you all are AMAZING! Joe T from the service center worked on my vehicle. I asked him questions about my car services. He was rude. He scrunched his brows and answered my questions as if I was a nuisance. He kept repeated my questons back to me then answering them as if I should have known better. It made me feel stupid for not understanding cars. I was loosing patience so I let him finish, thanked him and walked away to avoid conflict. Maybe hes good with cars but not people because that was Horrible customer service.

This review is for John C! Car shopping is overwhelming to say the least. I have been doing a ton of research on the make/model I wanted and preparing myself to deal with the worst kind of salesmen. After a horrible customer service experience at Herb Chambers in Dorchester, I decided to head further out of the city to continue my shopping. Queue in John - JOHN C AT BOCH IN NORWOOD WAS A BREATH OF FRESH AIR!He was only a few days into the job at Boch, with years of car selling experience in other regions and he was incredible every step of the way. While, in the end, I ended up finding a better deal elsewhere on the make and model that I wanted and couldnt pass up, it kinda broke my heart a little because I really wanted to do business with John. He was so professional, knowledgable, and willing to do everything in his power to make the process less overwhelming for me. What I appreciated most was that he was super communicative in a non-pushy way. He respectful of my budget and not trying to steer me in the direction of something that was outside of my budget for the sake of the sale. He stood out among the other dealership salesmen I had dealt with. So often I was dealing with lazy, disinterested salesmen who actually knew very little about the model I was looking at and were just pointing to options without much effort. John was not like this at all. He took down all the specs I was after and made sure to find the right inventory. When he didnt know an answer to my question, he found someone that did rather than dismissing my questions (something that unfortunately did happen at the Boch Toyota location and at Herb Chambers. Needless to say, John is rockstar and I super appreciate his attentiveness and willingness to help. I hope to do business with him in the future!

After I was rear ended and my car was totaled I had a very limited time on finding a new car. After endless searching and visiting dealers I decided to stop in to Boch Honda where I was greeted by the nicest salesman who took the time to listen to what I was wanting in a vehicle. We sat for quit some time looking and reviewing a few options in my price range and with the options I had to have (leather and moon roof). Together we found the perfect car and closed the deal. Our vehicles Honda Pilot 2018 alarm keeps sounding and front panel lighting up and what ever the electrical issue is its draining the battery. This was the same issue when we had our Honda Oddessey. We have taken the car 3 times and they cant find the issue, but telling us everything else that would cost extra money

In Dec 2018, I purchased a used Honda Civic from Boch Honda. A few months later I discovered that the vehicle was sold to me with severe collision damage to the air compressor compromising the A/C without disclosure.When the weather warmed up, I went to turn on my A/C and found it didnt work. Because I bought the car at a dealership, I figured something minor was causing the issue and being under warranty, I brought my car to a different Honda dealer to be fixed (as suggested by Boch Norwood). Imagine my surprise when they informed me warranty would, under no circumstances, cover collision damage. They showed me pictures of the underside of my car which showed obvious damage the body, air compressor, and a poor attempt at repairs with fiberglass. When I contacted Boch Honda Norwood, I was given the run around for multiple days before I was able to speak to a manager. I brought my car in and was told they DO NOT DO A FULL INSPECTION OF THE CAR BEFORE SELLING IT. Only safety inspections are performed and was patronized by a service member for thinking a more robust inspection was common (Ive called multiple Honda dealerships and everyone of them has said they run full inspections on top of safety inspections). I cannot speak to buying a new car here, but if you plan to purchase a used car please take caution to ensure they have indeed inspected the car. I had originally asked Valentin (the sales rep that sold me the car) why the car wasnt Honda Certified, his response was that this car has been inspected and would easily pass, but that they would have to sell the car at a higher price point to call it certified (obviously not the case; this problem would have immediately been caught with this certification).

Dont be fooled **SCAM ALERT**According to the service department lifetime warranty ends at 100,000 miles.They refuse to fix known VTC Actuator after it is obviously failing again for the second time.Boch Honda has really gone downhill since I purchased this vehicle in 2014.

This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. The dealership ran my credit, took a deposit and had me fill out papers for a car that they couldnt even sell to me because a title wouldnt be available for weeks. Once this was made apparent, the used car sales manager attempted to smooth the situation over by giving me options of cars that were more expensive and were of less quality with damage to them. I spent 4 hours in a dealership to walk out with my credit score affected, a stop payment on the deposit, and no car, and the whole time they acted like it wasnt their problem. The only saving grace of this whole appointment was the salesperson, Dennis, who was patient the whole time, answered all of my questions and treated me like family. As for the management, I have never had a worse experience, I would never go back.

Dan is an very polite and professional service advisor. He would run and get the door for you. He really made my day. He even informed me that it might take some extra time to complete my service because they have to check if their employees are sick before allowing them to work on the cars. It is nice to hear that they are taking the pandemic seriously. But, expect about 3% extra if pay with credit cards.

There was an older gentleman in the service bay who was very rude to me and I had to wait a long time to talk to someone so I could pick up my van. Then several sales associates were cutting the check out line and being extremely unprofessional around me while I was waiting and I had to wait a long time to pay. The icing on the cake is the dealership pushes the credit card fee onto the customer so needless to say this reinforces my prejudice to bringing my car to a dealership. Thanks Boch Honda! Trust me I know COVID has made everything more difficult but that does not excuse you from being nice and professional.
