Poor experience, multiple times:A few months into driving a $50k+ Palisade, the front collision detection system (safety feature + cruise control distance keeper) stopped working.In our first service (6500 miles) the service center said they couldn’t see a problem. I’m not sure how, because it literally shows an error message in the dashboard, but my wife was in a hurry (no loaner vehicles offered!) so she had to leave.A few weeks later, the heads up display stopped working as well. I scheduled an appointment via the app (3+ week wait) with a detailed description of the two problems.My wife again takes the car in (no loaner available again). After 2.5 hours of waiting, she asks what is the status and is told that they do not have an expert on the electrical systems available today. Mind you, the appointment scheduled via the app specifies the category of issues in their system and provides specific details about the error messages we are seeing in the dashboard.Is this Hyundai? Is it Boch?We have a third appointment scheduled - hopefully they can at least take a look at the problem this time.

Buy your next car here! I have always loved Hyundais but have tried multiple dealerships over the years, each time saying I will never go back. Then I went to Boch. I was greeted by Mo, who listened to what I wanted and then worked to have that happen. He didnt push to upgrade, he wasnt demanding; he just listened and delivered. I cant remember the last time I had such a positive buying experience.

Shopping at Boch was the most direct car buying experience I have had in 5 dealership purchases. Online communication was clear and simple. Stephen Dewey listened to my needs and expectations and delivered clear answers to meet them. I was able to set up all the details of the sale before going to the dealership.Once I arrived at the dealership John Israel was professional, informed and able to help me complete the review and purchase of my vehicle without any discrepancy from the deal Stephen had promised.To be honest I expected to walk in and have some bait and switch because everything was working out so well. When I left, nothing had happened except Boch exceeded any expectations I had and delivered more than I could have asked for.I highly recommend this dealership and will return for my next purchase.

The worst Hyundai dealership. Made an appointment to test drive and buy a car. I loved it and was ready to purchase it. When I told them I had my own loan, they said they dont accept outside loans since they dont make money off the financing. How this is even legal is beyond me. They were very rude about it and told me they were standing their ground. So thats exactly what I did and walked right out. I went to a different Hyundai dealership, Mirak, and bought the exact car I wanted that same day. Mirak accepted my loan without a problem and they were professional. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with inconsiderate, rude salesmen and go elsewhere.

Hard to complain about free service, however they are booked weeks out, then it took two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. My service advisor was great though. Just need to speed things up... Maybe faster service creates more appointments during the day....

My car was taken to Hyundai dealership on April 23 because my engine seized while I was driving on Route 95 south, and I did not get my car returned to me until the beginning of August. Phone messages that I left at Hyundai, by and large went unanswered until I contacted the Attorney Generals office to intervene. My wifes car (also a Hyundai) just experienced the same problem. Though I am glad to have my car returned to me, I will never take my car back to the dealership. Extremely poor service, no empathy or concern shown regarding my situation (except for one employee), and a general disinterest in helping me. My wife and I will never buy a Hyundai again.

He knows the car buying process can be a timely one, and his goal is to get down to business and get a deal done so that you can be driving off with a new car as soon as possible. To start I inquired with Boch Hyundai about trading in a car that had some negative equity. I decided to check the KBB trade in and my payoff amount (pretty standard) given that I wanted to walk into the dealership with enough knowledge to discuss a deal that would help me save money.I had a nice call with a gentleman named Stephen who was very helpful. I explained my situation and that I had around $4000 in negative equity and did not want to waste anyone’s time. Stephen told me that with the chip shortage they were giving more for trades and to come on in.I arrived at Boch and was greeted by Glenn (I think). I say I think because he really did not introduce himself and seemed really put out that I was there. I explained the situation again as it sounded like everything I discussed with Stephen was not explained to Glenn. I understand that Stephen just set up the appointments so this was not an issue for me. What I found was that Glenn really did not care to talk to me much and we spent a great deal of time in silence which was very strange to me. To make matters worse he was surprised that I was trying to get more for my trade to help ease the negative equity issue (again, the only reason why I was there). I told him I wanted to cut my payments in half but I was open to other ideas and or deals to cut my payment down. Glenn seemed to understand but wanted to wait for the manager to look at my car and decide on a trade value.Glenn came back and slid my keys over to me without discussing options or ways to help me. I was left to assume that the deal was dead. I had to ask about options and prompt Glenn to help me. I was in shock because I have NEVER had a car dealer do this to me and Glenn said almost nothing when he was sliding my keys to me. He and his manager looked at the trade and gave me exactly what KBB told me they would give. I was surprised because Stephen made mention I would get more for my trade. That was the only reason I was there to be honest and to hear that Glenn and the manager would not give me more was surprising. Glenn did not seem like he wanted to help and when I read other reviews on Google it seems sales and management act this way with other customers on a regular basis.I did share my feedback with Stephen who shared it with the manager Mr. Spencer. Mr. Spencer (I think his first name is John) called me to see what he could do after I left the dealership. I shared my feedback and he offered me $13k for my trade. Again, if Glenn was willing to work with me I would have stayed at the dealership to get something done. Because Glenn did not help me I was on the phone with the manager and he told me to look at a few cars online and to call him back. I called the dealership back on Friday and left a message. No call back (it’s Monday now). I also submitted an online form Friday night asking for Mr. Spencer (the manager) to call me back. No response (it’s Monday).Bottom line – horrible experience, bad customer service, and terrible follow through. I am in customer service and have worked in sales and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I MISS Prime Hyundai South who bent over backwards to help me and my family a few years ago. Boch Hyundai is not worth your time if you need help or want people who care.STAY AWAY!!!!

Terrible service all around with this place. I recently purchased a truck from them. After a few weeks the breaks began to squeak and grind. I call to make an appointment stating the car is still under warranty the women tells me they are booked out for weeks for appointments. I get an appointment for four weeks later. When the date arrives I bring my truck in they state the truck is no longer under warranty. They tell me the computer has the warranty as 30 days even though all the warranty paperwork states 90 days. The only answer I received from salesman was “sorry man”. Ridiculously bad service. I then try to call back to let them know of the paperwork after I review it again and women at desk rudely transfers me to man I dealt with. He never picks up and won’t return my call.

I have not had a bad experience when taking my car for maintenance at Boch Hyundai. I am always greeted by the friendliest advisor, David. He always remembers who I am and is always kind. The new service center is awesome, and I think Boch Hyundai has done a great job in adhering to the state guidelines due to COVID. I always have a great experience which makes it easy for me to return.

David H. is the best there is for coordinating the service and expectations. Hes honest and makes you feel like family. I always like going in to see him!

Would not recommend this place. they fired the salesman in the middle of me purchasing a car so another salesman had to pick up his slack. i purchased a vehicle from them, put $2,000 down payment but they failed to tell me they charge a 2% fee and my bank statement showed $2,060. they sent me on my way without an inspection sticker without explaining to me first that the inspection machine was down, state wide. I purchased my car on 4/12, it is now 4/23 and they STILL have not registered the vehicle for me. the finance guy gave me a monthly payment option then states “oops i didn’t put the taxes in” which made the monthly payments go up $25 more a month. they could care less about you once you take the car off of the lot- clearly.

I am disappointed to report that this dealer was dishonest with me. I was buying a car for my grandson. They charged me $1030.00 for a deposit before we had it reviewed by our local mechanic. There were safety issues that they declined to fix before the sale was complete. I requested my deposit returned (which INCLUDED the $30.00 incidental fee that no one else charges). After more than two weeks went by there was no return call and no follow up on my $1030.00 deposit. Fortunately for us we found an HONEST dealer, paid a lower cost, and all of the potential red flags were never an issue. Also, my credit union has worked to get my refund from Boch Hyundai so I did not lose the money. Still, you should note - Buyer BEWARE. Things like this should not happen at a legitimate place of business.

First of all, don’t trust the advertised price. Once agreed upon, they add “service fees” that encompass “what we fixed on the car to sell it”. They ended up deducting that ridiculous charge, eventually. They set you up with financing “so you can get our best incentives” even if you can pay the car off in full. When actually it’s just another way to take advantage of you—- we pick the car up after almost three weeks of waiting “for registration” (when the DMV reported turnaround time is max, 3 days).. we notice there is a small dent on the back bumper that was not previously there upon negotiations. They completely ignore our concerns about this and state that we’ve already purchased the car and there’s nothing they can do. So because everything is in our name and we have been on the loan for three weeks now due to their negligence, we are forced to take the car. I asked if they could verify that the bumper wasn’t cracked underneath and they wouldn’t even do that for me. They handed me the keys and never even reviewed the working of the car...just walked away. POOR PROFESSIONALISM/DOWNRIGHT DISHONEST AND MANIPULATIVE!2 month follow up to the above review: the dealership sent the bank incorrect contact information for the client causing the financing bill to never arrive. It wasn’t until we contacted the bank that we realized our address AND our email was sent incorrectly. That’s just another way the dealer makes money on you. The longer you go without paying the loan off, the more % the dealer gets. They were aware that we planned on paying the loan off on the first payment...BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!! Very Sketchy place!

A salesman named Cedric assisted us today, he was very kind in the beginning, but became pushy on a car we hadnt asked for because it was more expensive. I understand its his job to make more money, but when we asked to run the numbers on the car we originally asked for he hesitated and then said it wouldnt work with a very vague explanation and proceeded to continue trying to sell us the car he suggested. It was over our price range and then he proceeded to tell us that our down payment was not enough. Which isnt his fault, but when we said we couldnt put more down he said Then theres nothing I can do for you and pretty much proceeded to kick us out. His entire personality changed when we said we couldnt put more down. Ive never met a salesman that has been straight up disrespectful for not being able to put more down. I hope he doesnt treat all of his guests like this.

I brought my car in for service, and decided to check out the lease program. My car was 2017 and had very low milage. I have another car I use for work and other things. I went in with my mother (two women), the salesman was alright but he brought his manager out (as a last attempt to get us to buy) and he came out and quickly became extremely disrespectful and kept our keys when we wanted to walk away. my mother had to ask for her keys again and the manager gave us attitude before giving them to us. It felt like he was keeping us hostage, he made us anxious and uncomfortable. Experience was awful, if I could give 0/5 stars, I would.

I bought a 2019 accent in their store, so I tried to do the service at the same shop. I did an oil change + sticker today. The sales did a coupon of $15 for me, which is nice (thats why I did not leave one star), but at the same time suggested an additional service that is $69.9, and I thought, since he treated me with grace, I will accept the additional service he proposed, even though it is a cabin filter change that I think I should be able to do myself.In the end, they charged me $168 total. I was astounded for price but since I was running late for an upcoming schedule, did not argue about the price at the scene.Later, I spent some energy to understand the bill, then I found out 1) they charged me ~$75 for the so-called $69.9 service; 2) they charged $5 additional fee for me to use credit card; 3) they did a $25 tire rotation without confirmation with me (during the phone call to make the appointment, I clearly say to the sales that I only need an oil change and a sticker, but the sales kept on asking you want oil change AND tire rotation, right?, you want oil change AND tire rotation, right? at the call, I tried to correct her twice, but she just kept on asking the same question, I said yes since I am in need for an oil change- even so, when I came to the service center today, I clearly confirmed with them that oil change and sticker are the service I wanted to do.). So there are at least $35 unnecessary charges from todays service.Looking back through all the process, I really hope the people reading this review got a sense that what the shop is trying to promote their customers to do. I also hope this shop can increase their genuineness and accuracy in communication with their customer, because I believe it is the job of the sales to clearly understand the customers need in an accurate way, not the other way round (customer has to be very suspicious and make efforts to make sure the service and fee are accurate). As a result, I made a decision that I wont go to this shop or recommend this shop for the foreseeable future, even it is the closest one to my home.

Very dishonest. I had a warranty repairs done, which required extra pay for spark plugs. Christina, the service rep, told me that it’ll cost me $249.99 total. I had confirmed price with her 3 times - including after she called me that I can pick car up, that it’ll be $249. When I came to pick car up, the price was $377. Apparently, I had $100 deductible, which she did not add to total. And then 3% credit card fee that is hidden in small numbers somewhere in the sign somewhere.Stay away from this place, they are dishonest dirtbags.

Horrible experience at Boch Hyundai. Went in for a lease, was told my credit wasn’t good enough and to get a co-signer. Brought one in with tier 1 credit. Was told to get the cashiers check from bank. Came back and then was told that they in fact couldn’t lease me a car no matter the co-signers credit number and said only option was to buy. Was totally dragged along and was given wrong information along the way. This was a complete let down and was handled horribly. Take your money elsewhere to get a new car.

Started out really really good traded my Nissan pick up M for a Hyundai Santa Fe Had to wait for the title for my truck because of course I lost it then ended up they got it after they charged me for a title charge of which I did all the work and paid for and then they wanted me to pay the extra money for the Taxes on the car But then they finally ate that amount then my sales man At the end handed me the keys and said here you go its all yours I gotta go did not come out show me how to work anything inside the car it was a whole new experience for me and I have no Clue because my cells man could not take the time to come out and show me how to work the inside that my new car just here you are and go.

Here with my husband and son car shopping. Immediately upon entering a salesperson (Chuck) walked in our path with his mask below his nose. Im irked that we had to go outside because he refused to cover his nose with his mask. MASK UP Chuck! People are not taking this seriously!!We had our salesperson talk to the Manager, letting him know my husband has cancer, and we would walk if his salespeople did not cover up. The Manager by the way did not have a mask on at all! He Immediately put a mask on and instructed everyone to wear their mask appropriately.Our salesperson (Jim) however was awesome!

I bought an SUV here last week and couldnt be more happy with the experience. I was helped by Chuck and he is flat out a great guy. Ive bought a lot of cars in my lifetime and Chuck is easily the best salesman Ive ever encountered. He just has a really nice way about him. The manager and the finance guy were equally great. No pressure to make a decision. They were all just very informative and helpful. I love my Hyundai Tucson and Id strongly recommend this Dealership to anyone looking for a new car and a positive dealership experience.

Dealer ships give mechanics bad names I took my Hyundai in for a recall and my appointment was for 10am first they took all day to service my vehicle I didn’t get my car back till almost 4pm and during service I get a call telling me my brakes and air conditioner belt need to be replace I asked how much I got quoted $600 plus so I refused cause vehicle is new I’ve only had it for 1 yr so I took it to two other places I trust and they both told me my brakes and belt are in great condition.. guess they saw a pretty face they wanted to take advantage of! Too bad I know my vehicle well!! Shame on u!!

I called the service department because I had heard that they offered a pickup and drop off service where someone would come to your house/work, pick up your car, get it serviced, and then drop it back off. I loved this idea because, with the pandemic, I definitely didn’t want to be sitting in a waiting room at the dealership. The people I spoke to were great and bent the rules a little because I was outside their radius for the service. We scheduled an appointment for about 3 weeks out and they told me to check if a particular service had been done on my car recently. I called back about a week and a half later with the results of my research and left a message for the same person I made the appointment with. Day of my service comes and no one shows up to pick up my car. I call and speak to someone new who tells me that they don’t see a record of my appointment and promise to research it and get back to me within a couple hours. I never heard back from them or anyone else from Boch Hyundai.

Extremely over priced service. For example. Marked up a fuse that the parts debt sold for 1.28 to 50.00! plus labor, 300 in to change 4 fuses in the fuse box. They told me they were really stuck and hard to pull out. I’ve never heard so much BS from a service advisor in my life. A battery, 4 fuses and a programmed key cost over 1900 dollars! And they told me how great a deal it was and how hard they worked. What a joke. In an economy that has shut down they tried to make their whole quota off me. I do a lot of service with many dealerships and this was a truly unique bad experience

Called a spoke with Dana about buying a Tucson and she said she’d email the cars that she had, she never did, the following day we called ahead and was informed that she wasn’t working and we’d need an appointment to view the cars, we made the appointment and drove 90 minutes to the dealership, once there my husband went to use the restroom leaving me in the showroom, the sales reps never acknowledged me, when my husband returned he was told someone would be out to see us, we stood waiting for 15 minutes and the staff just walked by us, now if they was busy I could understand but we was the only people in there along with the 7 staff, absolutely unacceptable, we took our business across the street to Central where we was treated great and yes we bought a car.

Made my appointment on line. Drove right into the reception bay and the service advisor was almost at the car before I opened the door. Check-in was a breeze. I went home and he called to tell us when the car would be ready for pickup. It was parked in front of the waiting room when we arrived. Cant do any better than that!

Bait and switch story - We arrived at this dealership today and were shopping to lease a Genesis. We test drove the car and liked it. Then asked for a quote to lease the car and were provided a written quote $X down and $X per month on the Genesis with a $17k rebate (20% of the cars price tag). This sounded amazing and too good to pass up. We went to lunch to think over the purchase. We arrived back to the dealership 45 minutes later and were informed that the GM made a mistake on the rebate amount and it was really a $13k rebate which was $4k less than what we were initially provided. That didnt help them with selling this car, but also didnt upset us too much as we understand mistakes happen. So we proceeded and asked for the revised numbers. We calculated the monthly payment would go up by about $4k / 36 month lease = $110/month (maybe add a little interest). However, the dealership manipulated the monthly payment and it went up by $265 per month. This was 50% more than the initial monthly payment we were quoted. The dealer manipulated the numbers and tried to bait and switch the pricing. Once the sales rep presented the updated numbers he walked away from his desk without telling us where he was going or what he was doing. So we waited a minute or two and walked out of the dealership and plan to never to return. We will not be purchasing a Genesis and suggest that you avoid this dealership all together.

Dealers mechanic shop takes freaking one hour past the appointment time upon checking in to get the car in the service bay and an overall 3-4 hours just to get an oil change done!They lack professional courtesy and the only reason I came here is the distance but this dealer runs miles behind in customer service, professional manners and car fixes comparing to top Hyundai dealers!The front desk advisors and mechanics look always stressful and barely have a smile, exception here is Christine! Seems like they want to run away from that place!Our new 2016 car was never diagnosed properly / mis-diagnosed whenever issue presented or was never washed (sale ad promise) after any service like other dealerships do but this is the last thing importance wise.I have two brand cars and moving away from the brand although I wanted to buy a Santa Fe but since purchasing a new car from this dealership thats not happening. Theyre out of touch with the customers, actions seem like theyre ready to get you which at the end resonates stress, fear and frustration. Hopefully peoples honest reviews are received as positive feedback to improve their services and turn it around.

Had an unfortunate experience at Boch Hyundai of Norwood over the summer. It was a mismanaged situation and it was handled poorly. HOWEVER, I would like to say I recently purchased a vehicle during Boch’s buy-back weekend and I was thrilled with the experience. Alfonso in the sales department spent HOURS showing me vehicles, allowing me to test drive anything I wanted, and giving me the time and patience to make the right decision for myself and my future. He and his finance team assisted me in finding the right down payment and monthly, and put me in a car I never thought I’d be driving. After trading in my 2010, I drove away the same day in a 2017 Hyundai Tucson.They had my registration prepared for me within a few days, and I went right in to their service department to get a sticker. The locknut key was not present in the new vehicle, so David and Tony found me a new key and supplied me with new (backup) locknuts as well! My second time visiting this dealership and their service department was significantly better than the last. Talk to Alfonso in sales or David and Tony in service for your needs, I’m glad I gave them a second chance!

Even though I did not buy an auto there, because they did not have the model and finish I wanted by the time I needed it, I had a very positive experience. In fact my checkbook fell out of my pocket into a demo car I drove. Walid called me the same day to tell me they had it and not to worry. Thanks, that is honesty.

I came in to buy a new car - discussed with a sales representative - he treated me well and answered all my questions patiently.The reason for my 2 star is only for the experience I had with the Finance manager - Dennis H B!Initially he spoke well - till i paid the first set of deposit ( confirming i am going to buy the car from them ), he totally changed his way of talking, he was the rudest person and this has been the worst experience i had buying something! I literally came out crying from the showroom. He saw me crying and didnt stop being rude . I did not argue with him as i didnt not feel the worth explaining such a person how to behave professionally.If not for the finance manager - i would definitely have recommended this place to my friends and family. Also, he never responded back to any of my phone calls, messages and emails - AFTER i paid, which is very cheap.They also changed the final amount thrice! ( again after we confirmed we want to buy from them ) - would deals be done like this??Advise to the management - please help him to behave professionally! Im not the first person discussing about him.

I just leased a Hyundai Tucson from Boch, and it may have been the easiest car transaction I’ve ever had. (And, I’m just about 80 years old!) Gelson Gomes was my salesperson, and he could not have been nicer or more invested in making sure that I was happy. (Wassim, the manager, was also extremely cordial and helpful.). Overall, I give Boch a very high rating.Note: I’ve had no reason to test their service department, so I cannot comment on that.Note (2): I love my little Hyundai.

Absolutely the best experience with their service department. David H. Is your to go guy. Everyone there is nice, but David has been my favorite. Hes patient, listen to every single concern and will go above and beyond to make sure youre satisfied with your car work. He always says hes only a phone call away. Better than all the other Hyundai that Ive been to so far.

I strongly do not recommend this location. They force you to finance through them.. was very interested in a car and because I didn’t need to finance was told it would be more expensive than the price listed? I have purchased from a different Hyundai dealer before and this is a scam. They were not willing to work with me at all and the customer service is terrible I had to call 3 times in order to get a call back! The manager is who I ended up working with after calling several times who was not helpful at all and was rude and the car salesman chuck was extremely unhelpful as well and insisted I needed to pay more than listed price even though the car had more miles than provided on the site.

My best car buying experience ever. Inquired about a new Sonata via email. Their Sales Manager, Justin Boyd, responded promptly and worked with me via email to get the exact car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. I then spent no more than 30 minutes completing the paperwork. My Salesperson, Anthony, was professional, polite and informative as was their Finance Manager. I then picked the car up a at my convenience a few days later and again spent no more than 30 minutes. Clay makes the car buying experience as it should be. I felt during the entire process that they really wanted to help me get exactly what I wanted and understood that I was busy person and needed this to be an efficient process.Also important to note that I got a phenomenal deal compared to other dealers that I contacted. These guys get it. So my advice is do your homework on pricing, be realistic about it and contact these guys.....do it the Clay way!

This dealership is a joke! I made an appointment to check out a specific car, only to get there and they don’t have any! The sales guy was awful. He kept going and talking to other people who came in while helping us. When it came financing options he printed up a piece of papers with a few numbers on it, left it in front of me and just left us there. No explanation, no breakdown. He then walked away from us to go see someone else. He never even said anything! Needless to say we did NOT purchase a car. You couldn’t pay me to go there for any reason ever again.

Clay Hyundai Auto Body Repair in Newton. I just wanted everyone to know the type of service I received from this much needed service my vehicle required due to an accident. I have over the last 5 years been a loyal customer with Clay Hyundai in Norwood. David and Edwin are amazing and extremely helpful. I have now met their counterparts Dwayne, Eric and John at the Auto Body center in Newton. As a single female and car owner, these gentlemen have never taken advantage of me because I am female. Since I have been a customer, these individuals could not be more professional, helpful, empathetic and honest. I commend Clay Hyundai for having such great employees. I am extremely comfortable receiving assistance when needed from your staff. I just wanted to publicly thank them and let them know that they are appreciated. The service rep. was very polite and helpful. The waiting area was rather comfortable. I was thankful that I went to Boch Hyundai in Norwood because the service rep. and I started talking and I was informed that the location in Rockland where I purchased my car, closed down. I never received any notification that they had closed and I feel that their customers should have gotten an email or a letter through the mail.

I arrived at my appointment 30 minutes and no one greeted me. One lady was with a customer and she said someone will be right with you. It was one guy in the phone but when he finished he didn’t help and another guy walked in pass me didn’t even ask was I bring helped. Poor service I Judy stood her for 7 minutes looking stupid. I was ready to walk out until the same lady helped me and I said go her poor customer service here she apologized.

Ive been calling for over a month regarding a leased car that I returned. I purchased a new vechile when I turned my lease in. Nobody is answering the calls after theyre redirected and nobody returns my messages. Unless its a call about a new sale or new lease they dont seem to care.

David H. was so helpful and thorough. He explained that while I was there it would be better to get all of my brakes done, as they were in stock and mine were close to needing replacement. I felt great knowing they were replaced and the work done was backed by the dealership. Always a great experience when Im in there.

Don’t not lease or buy here, They are scammers they left four hard inquiry’s on my account when I went there to lease and we talked bout only one inquiry, They don’t care they lie bout your credit score and they won’t return your calls or emails, My lawyer will be taking care of this now, Gelson Gomes and Wassim do not try to buy or lease they don’t care once they get your money..

We purchased a new 2013 Hyundai Accent GS from Clay Hyundai. Overall we had a great experience. Especially with our Salesman, Mike Fink. Before purchasing this car we were T-Bound and Mike would meet us at the train station and drop us off afterwards, after every meeting. He worked hard to make sure the experience was as smooth as can be. He also worked hard to get us the car WE wanted, not the car they wanted to sell us. Our pick of color was a rare one that took some searching to find but he did it and got it to us long before the original anticipated delivery date.Our dealing with the finance department was a little annoying. They got us a great financing agreement that we signed off on. Then when delivery time came around they said that the Hyundai Financing wouldnt honor the agreement and they had to go through another bank. This added about $5 a month to our payment. After some renegotiating we were able to meet in the middle and the payment was only $2 more a month.All in all we had a great experience and we are in LOVE with our new car.
