Traded in my Jeep for a new Tacoma. Liz was more than helpful and was able to find the exact truck we were looking for which was impressive seeing the new truck inventory is so depleted right now. I was also able to get a great deal on the price I paid as well as the amount I was given for my trade. Liz made what is normally a miserable process (buying a car), a pain-free one. Bought a used car from Boch, 2 tire pressure monitoring systems were out on my car. At first there was a little miscommunication on whose responsibility it was to have them repaired but Boch ended up replacing both sensors without any issues. Everyone from the salesperson to the managers and maintenance team displayed patience and professionalism to make sure I was satisfied during the whole process. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. Thanks again Boch!

While on a road trip from Chicago to the east coast, we had some problems with our 2014 Prius Cs coolant system around Ithica, NY. The Toyota Dealer there told us they couldnt look at it for 2 weeks.We thought the issue was just a slow leak in our coolant system though and drove on after filling the radiator.Further on, we experienced a more serious problem ~10 minutes away from Boch Toyota. The experience with their service Dept was night and day compared to the last dealership.Our Support Rep, Victor Sousa, was amazing. He went well beyond what was required.We received updates on our car that were sent 12 hours apart. Do the math, ..the guy either works 12 hour shifts or he checks in after-hours to help some stranded out-of-state clients. I think it was the later.It turns out, the ultimate cause was physical damage to my radiator that I was aware of, but didnt realize was as serious as it turned out to be.Victor kept us up on what was going on throughout the 2 days they had our car.In that time, they tore apart the front end of the car, ... replaced both the Air Conditioning heat exchanger (radiator) and the engine radiator.. both of which I knew had been damaged.They also changed the oil (at my request) and fixed some damage to my drivers side headlight (without me asking).On that last point.. they noticed that some of the mounting tabs on the headlight fixture were broken from a previous minor accident, and the tech took the initiative to glue those mounting tabs back on to the headlight fixture for me.I cant say enough about how impressed I am with Boch Toyotas Service Dept.Both Victor and the Mechanics that worked on my Prius exceeded my expectations, and it meant so much more to me because we were truly at their mercy.. being stranded ~1000 miles from home.100% top-notch operation.Didnt try to sell me on anything I didnt need. Got the work done that I needed in far less time than we expected.They really looked out for us and we really appreciated it.This is just the first step in expressing our gratitude. Were still thinking about what we can do, other than writing directly to Victors Manager, to show our appreciation.Thanks guys (and gals?),Steven.

Oh wow, I cannot put into words how happy I am; not just with my new car, but with the service that was provided. I am a single mom with two kids. Its hard going car shopping anywhere with a 5 yr-old and a 1 yr-old. I have gone to three different Toyota dealerships looking for the car I wanted (RAV4 XLE HYBRID), and not what I was told I could afford (LE without the packages). I worked this past Saturday with Sofia Castriotta to get the car. She was aware I came from an hour away just to buy the last Hybrid XLE on the lot (this car had the packages I wanted and even more than what I had asked for). She put me and ease and assisted me greatly through the process; from trading my old car in, waiting for Finance, and driving out with the new car the same day. She also helped put my two small children at ease by tending to their needs (getting them snacks, even talking with them and entertaining them). Thanks to the Finance Team for fighting for the price that would be sufficient enough for me to pay the loan down. Coming to Boch Toyota, I felt like family.Boch Toyota, when I pay this car off and if I need another vehicle, I know where I am going!

Went to Boch Toyota to put in a factory order for a new car. The process was quick and painless. Sales rep (Denny) was very friendly, and kept me informed about the order/delivery status. The price was exactly as quoted by their online chat rep. No annoying sales pressure, hidden fees, attempts to upsell, etc. Nice and easy. Finance office was equally pleasant.A couple of accessories I had ordered were missing at delivery, but Boch Toyota were quick to make amends.Fine experience overall.

They’re okay, i came with a TRD lowering spring kit for them to install that i ordered from them and they said it would take 8 hours to install, labor would be $712. if you don’t want to do it, just say you don’t! it sucks to see they have bums for employees. Kevin, however, is fantastic.

Made down payment on March 3, 2021 for new 2021 Tacoma. Picked up truck on Friday, July 30, 2021. I fully understand the delay, and to be honest, I have no issue with it. Got to use my trade in vehicle a little longer with no penalty or changes.I was very pleased with the sales staff and the financial staff. Very easy to talk to and deal with.This is my 4th vehicle through Boch: 1 Dodge Dakota, and three Tacomas.I would highly recommend dealership if I should ever be asked.

A representative was sent to see my car. His demeanor and mannerism was anything but like a human being.Aggressive behavior including shouting and raising voice is absolutely unacceptable. Unless of course, Toyota is planning on replacing human representatives with wild-dogs, because that is exactly how I felt.If anyone from Toyota is going to reply: Start with a sincere apology; but even then I won’t accept it, unless you get rid of such pseudo-humans from your site. Would not recommend for women. Went in to lease a car. Our salesperson refused to look me in the eye and only addressed my boyfriend. He answered all my questions to my boyfriend. It was an extremely offensive interaction. Left and went to Honda where our salesperson shook my hand. Hopefully Toyota implements better training for their salespeople in the future.

I just found out today that the car that I traded in 1.5 years ago to Boch to buy my daughters car s still titled to me even though I signed over the title. to them. . This is so distressing as I am still legally responsible for the car. Boch definately dropped the ball on this one and so far no one has called me back to help me correct this error with the registry. Beware when you trade your cars into them and check with the registry that it was correctly done.

Was quoted a range for a trade in. I wanted to make sure we were on the same page before driving an hour and a half to see the vehicle. Arrive, test drive there car and sit down to negotiate. They offer $4,390.00 less than there quote. Keep in mind the trade in is in great condition. We were insulted and walked out. Don’t quote if you can’t follow through. VERY poor business ethics!

Good selection of used cars but salesman we had, had my gf sign paperwork under agreement for a certain monthly payment, then afterwards that same payment was actually 100 more a month. Poor intuition on salesman behalf. Instead of being honest about what payments would be, was just looking for a sale.

Car buying or leasing is always time consuming and sometimes stressful. But I must say it was much easier and pleasant this time. The Boch Toyota staff was very understanding of my situation and there was no hassling when reaching on a mutually agreeable purchase price. My salesperson, Amer, was excellent. Hes a very good communicator, I felt no pressure, and he only wanted to make sure everything was good. This was a nice car purchase experience.

Called their service dept. regarding a problem with my Rav4 (roof leaking). Service guy said hes never heard of this, bring it in. I wanted to know whether Boch had encountered this before, what was involved in a repair, what it could cost. Just wanted some basic info.Service guy said, hold please. Next thing I knew I had been transferred to the voice mail of the head of the service dept. I left a detailed voice mail, including my phone number. Never heard back.Draw your own conclusions from this. I see a lot of 5* reviews here and I am, shall we say ... suspicious?

I recently purchased my car here, literally a few days ago. Brand new car with low monthly payment! These guys are so helpful I appreciate them so much for hooking me up the way they did! I went with my toddler and they were so nice and patient with my baby I loved it! I would definitely recommend this place 100%. Such a good vibe once you walk in through the door. I think everyone is equally friendly, sweet and helpful to be honest. My sales person was bobby such a good guy and good vibes which is important because when somebody has negative vibes everything goes the opposite way! Quick service even when the car needs to go inside so the technicians can take a look or do something. Toyota has always been effective, its quite the brand. They are based in integrity. Beware of Boch service when you get close to paying off your vehicle. When in for 4 tires oil change. Less than a week later $300 dollar issue suddenly arises on top of the $750 transaction earlier. All my cars purchased at Boch. Met Ernie’s father in the 80’s. I will not give this company another dime. 30+ years customer. Buyer beware.Done!

I would like to take a moment and add my feedback about the service advisor Angel (Extension: 6071) from Boch Toyota Norwood. He is an awesome guy. He helped me all the way since I dropped my car to all the way I picked up my car.I was not sure how to come back home as this time it was a Toyota recall and it would take a full day. My friends were busy in work as it was Monday. I requested him for the shuttle service and he booked a Lyft cab for me.After a few hours I reached home he called me and said there are few things need to be replaced and with all cost details.After a few hours, he called me and said the car is almost ready. I asked him if he can again book a cab as no one is there to drop me at the dealer.He immediately booked the cab and I could reach the dealer on time.All 5 stars for him. If you have had any internal rewards or appreciation, please reward him for all his good work.Excellent experience this time. I would recommend my friends to visit Boch Toyota Norwood.

Im happy with my car all in all, great price and low mileage, I love driving it. it really was the best option from what I was looking at between this and several other dealerships. The reason I give 3 stars though is just because I feel like there are some communication problems...I bought my car in the evening and went to pick it up the following day... There was a lot of confusion between the insurance company and the dealership getting everything ready, which should have been a quick process. Instead after arriving at the dealership me and my roommate waited around for 3 hours before I was actually able to drive my new car home.. It took a lot longer than it should have, it felt like pulling teeth, and like I wasnt being listened to.I try to give the benefit of the doubt but it really took me losing my cool over the phone with some poor guy before anything seemed to get done. I dont lose my cool easily, Im more of a self-deprecating people pleaser, but this tried my patience. Looking at some of the worse reviews here, it seems like Im not the only one who has had this type of experience?But overall I am grateful and satisfied with my experience. The salesman and everyone were very nice people. I know part of this is that buying a car is stressful in general, so maybe I was too harsh. Sorry to the guy I snapped at, it wasnt your fault. Peace

Great place to lease or purchase a vehicle, I got both highlanders from them in the past 3 years. Amer is a great person and very pleasant to deal with, he gets things done . The First time it took 30-45 minutes agree on the lease, the second time it took 15-20 minutes to agree on the purchase. However I was very clear with my self as far as what kind of a vehicle I wanted. Walking in and out of the dealership was like a breeze There was only one time going back and forth, with the manager, I made them realize that I was serious with them and I walked out with the best deal. Both times walking out of the dealership I felt very relieved, job was so well done, that I didt even feel that I walked out striking such a good deal

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I have had nothing but problems with this place. From being lied to about my financing options, vehicle damage, registration issues, refund issues to even getting someone to return my phone calls. Ive had my car for 3 months and it has needed over $6000 in repairs already. This business let me drive off in a car KNOWING I would have my TODDLER in it every day with a tire that was about to fall off, NO break pads and warped rotors, and fluid leaking into the engine and boiling every time I drove it. I am furious that anyone would be ok with putting a family in serious danger by selling them a vehicle that was in no way shape or form safe to drive.

Rob Bardwell at Boch Toyota was fantastic. I went in with some slight anxiety about buying a new vehicle, although I have done it many times before there is always some natural hesitation. Rob spent time with me in answering my questions, provided me with the vehicle to test drive, pointed out the features upon my return, and the conversation was first centered on making sure the vehicle was right for me. When we discussed the financial aspects, he took his time in explaining costs (I wanted to, and did add some accessories), the breakdown of the financing options, and also provided options on different vehicles of the same make/model. In the end, the price met my budget and I bought it then and there. Very professional, engaging, and genuinely friendly, all while putting my needs first. Highly recommend asking for Rob if youre shopping for a new/used car and youre considering Boch Toyota. Ian from finance was equally pleasant. Took his time in going over each detail to ensure I understood my end of the deal, of which I agreed to thanks to Rob being totally transparent during our time together. Nice dealership! They pulled the car I wanted to purchase around so when I arrived it was ready, now it was a plug in hybrid and it wasnt charged though. Overall the purchase experience was great! They have not called me to schedule the scratch repair on my car however and I did purchase the vehicle over 2 weeks ago.

I dropped off my car for service with the windshield washer fluid low warning on. I picked it up with the windshield washer low warning on. My car has a large dash screen and a 10 inch infotainment screen that both show you this. It makes me wonder if they checked anything on their 21 point inspection. Dealers usually check it and top it off for you when you bring the car in. Valvoline does.

Very unprofessional people, went to pick up my brand new car and found scratches on the outsise and inside also car had 47 miles instead of 15 that was noted on my paperwork, the main concern was that the paint job from the passenger door that did not match with the rest of the car, i did not accept delivery on the pick up day and i was told someone would call me by noon next dat, all i asked for was a different car same color or white that was all, next day no one called, i called sales guy Chris and got no response, i called at 5 pm and manager on the phone said that the car was mine and registered and he could do nothing about it and would be charging me for storage, told me all the lies that their people and also toyota people checked the car and was all good, i decided to go down there same night, when i got there i asked for the manager, he came outside and lied to my face saying he did not see anything there and the car was mine and he could do nothing about it, he yelled and threw the keys inside the car and said its yours bye and walked away, no respect at all, they do not care about you, i called the cops and was advised to go Dedham court next day, in the end i got screwed and was treated like garbage. Stay away from there

Terrible experience.Trying to buy a vehicle I found a good deal in Boch. I contact the Dealership to let them know my interest to buy it since the first day that the vehicle was posted on sale on the web. EVERY SINGLE DAY I contact them to complete the transaction they informed me the vehicle was not available yet we can not sell it, every since day I express them my intention and ask for help, either using Express Purchase method. I offered them to give a deposit or to pay it in full and they refused. Finally, I contact them today morning and they told me that it was sold. SIX DAYS IN A ROLL AND NOBODY HELP ME TO COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION. I felt unfairly treated.

I dont write a ton of reviews, however they deserve this. THANK YOU for the exceptional service. We drove a little bit out of our way to go here and I am glad we did. We just had to do some warranty work, but the process was as simple as had off my keys, then when it was done, come back, sign and pick up my keys. I spend more time pumping gas than this whole interaction. Once more, they knew who I was, when I dropped off the car and when I picked it up. As for the workmanship... I dont know its an airbag recall... so If it doesnt go off when it needs to, I will update the review. Thanks again!!!

I had no issues when I was buying my car. No complaints there. But my car was totaled recently and I have been calling to get someone from the finance department to answer 1 single phone call so that I have everything I need to move forward with my Gap insurance. Every time I call I get bounced around between Mike or Johnnys voice-mail and each time its the same, no one is available. I left messages, wrote emails, no one has the decency to contact me. . Seriously I know yall busy but geez this is frustrating and Just rude.

If I could give it ZERO stars i would. My fiancé and I went there not even 3 months ago and we waited over 5 hours to get everything done and drive off the lot with temporary plates. They finally did just that and 2 weeks later when the plates were due to expire we were told that we needed to cancel the registration on the car we traded in, well we kept trying and it was saying the registration was NOT found. We asked to have the car be put under a NEW registration because we were told its quicker that way. Well we paid all this money for them to do so, and found out 2.5 weeks later its been registered under my old traded in vehicles registration since we DROVE IT OFF THE LOT. We also came from RhodeIsland so we did not need inspection and inspection sticker through MASS but was charged for it anyway. Trying to get refunded was A HASSLE constant calls no responses, emails NO responses. Finally we decided to take the 2 hour trip to boch to get it figured out and was promised a refund on everything that was not needed and the registration fees and finally we felt like we finally could breathe and be done with it until the check arrived in the mail 100ish dollars LESS than what we were told wed be getting back. Called, cant get in touch with who we need to, left voice-mail, emails no responses. Another headache. Its been over a month and STILL no one returned our calls or emails. Now Im sitting getting the car looked at at a nissan dealership not even 3 months later with something wrong with it... absolutely ABSURD . Less than 3k miles later and something wrong it?!?! A safety issue to top it off. Horrible experience, horrible customer service. Not professional AT ALL.

The sales person was so sleazy and put on all the classic high pressure sales tactics while I was waiting. Then, I got ZERO updates about how long my 2011 Prius service was going to take. The service took more than twice as long as the estimate and my service advisor didnt respond at all when I texted multiple times for updates. I even chased down other services advisors to ask after mine, and got no response after that either.It was very suspiciously like as soon as the dealership heard I was considering purchasing a new car that they wanted to make my old car as inconvenient as possible to repair. Im never returning to Boch. I bought my 2021 Prius Prime Limited elsewhere and will service it elsewhere as well.

Great service and car-buying experience. Majed was superb. Straightforward with pricing and zero sales guy pressure. He was so helpful and expeditious with his work. We were able to complete a seamless (and fair!) trade-in and new purchase in a couple of hours on a very busy Sunday. 10/10 would recommend Majed at Boch Toyota.

I recently purchased a used 2018 RAV XLE from Boch. The salesman named DENNY worked with me to make the purchase . His professionalism was amazing and made the deal a pleasant experience He was very knowledgeable and made me a FAN of the dealership now. I would of not of done the deal if it was not for him. I an astonished at how poorly we were treated today.I made an appointment online, was greeted and took a test drive with two cars. Our sales person was amazing but the Business Manager, Ian Merril acted completely unprofessionally.Instead of talking with us with regards to price, he just asked us to leave.To be completely frank and honest, the *cash* price they gave us was $2000 more than what the exact same car is listed online on THEIR WEBSITE!I dont mind if someone disagrees on a price but I have never been treated with such little respect ever in my life.I suggest Boch look into finding better people for their management team. That is no way to treat a human being, let alone, a loyal customer.
