Most incompetent store I’ve ever been to. I asked them to price match some products they Walmart sells and they refused to. Ample parking, descent business hours, friendly cashiers/associates. Plenty of parts and accessories, tools etc.limited beverage and snacks.

Bad experience. Ordered a battery online. Phoned ahead to make sure they could install. Waited 10mins to be told it was too cold to install a battery. When I asked if that was really the reason I was told they would have to look. When a look was taken I was told that it needed a mechanic and was too difficult. Im not a mechanic but I know I could have changed the battery. There are big signs in the store saying free battery install. My experience was that this is not true.

Employees are always on their phones never available to help. I’ve placed 3 online orders there this month and always give them at least an hour to get them ready yet every time I go in the order isn’t ready.

This place can’t break $100 bill for a $30 part and whoever was behind the counter did not understand a lousy $70 worth of change back and wanted to give me 100 $1 bills 1st...then I could make my purchase!Do I need to keep going?Went to O’Reilly Auto Parts instead AND it was cheaper!✌️

Horrible experience. 4 employees walking around, apparently all looking for something. None would help me find NGK spark plugs or offer to let me purchase the items I found on my own. I ended up putting the stuff back and leaving the store.Ill never shop there again.

Shamond was extremely rude. I knew what I was going in for and he made fun of me for it. He questioned my purchase of my new wiper blades asking do I know what I am doing and am I positive of the size because I didnt look like I would know and proceeds to ask why I chose a different brand over what I had previously while he installed them.

I went to Advance Auto Parts this morning and Philippe A. was extremely helpful in locating what I wanted. I have visited this store on the past and have always found them ready to help. When I purchase windshield wipers and am having difficulty putting them on my car they come out and show me how it is done and as a senior citizen I always appreciate that. Great store. I am not usually one to complain but I had the worst experiences in this store. Both associates I interacted with rude and seems inconvenienced that I would need assistance with testing my battery. Although they are located 5 minutes from my home I will never step foot in this location again. Not to mention the mark up on the merchandise is crazy. They were selling a battery for $190 that I had installed by a mechanic for $90!!

Decent. Usually cheeper than competitor up the street. Ability to use online coupon codes for in store pickup is the biggest reason I come here. Rick is great and will help you out with whatever you need. Very knowledgeable.

Just went to purhase some oil and when I went to sign in a book?? The guy took another customer and was helping them. So, I will get my oil somewhere else. Not good customer service!!

I chose new wiper blades by using the handy touchscreen method. Still second guessing myself a little at register and the very friendly salesperson confirmed they were correct and offered to install them herself!

Most of the time they have the parts Im looking for for my truck and a good selection of high end parts but for my car, is a short production model.they come up short of what i need and have to go to the dealer or auto parts international to get what I need. Over all I like the store and return often

Went to AAP for stuff to do a oil change and a new battery. The employee that helped me with everything was awesome. AAP is the only auto shop that me and my family go to.

...best-equipped Team Members to help find the right parts for your car or truck. What a joke. The guys who work at this place are worse than useless.Im not an expert mechanic, so when I shop for car parts/tools I generally defer to the expertise of the guys at the parts store. Thats a good policy if youre going to, say, a CarQuest or an AutoZone or a Nappa. Not at this place, though. It only took me one visit to realize that these people are imbeciles.
