I had the pleasure of meeting two lovely ladies today. I went in with questions about storage and they answered all my many questions. They were patient with this 77 year young man. The place was very clean and they seemed to know their stuff. I wasnt able to get the storage today as I am on a fixed budget, but they helped me anyway. They went and showed me the packing materials I would need and showed me how to organize the space. They offered to hold me a space until I could get the monies up to rent. Lakisha even shared with me that we share the same last name. And I shared that I have a grand daughter with her same name. They made me think feel at home. I will be back to see these ladies real soon.

This place is amazing. The security is definitely kept up to par, I got assistance from Lakisha who was super helpful, sweet, patient and knew exactly what was needed. As someone who travels a lot for the military having the sense that my furniture and things are safe and the cameras actually work is a great feeling. One of the few good perks of Virginia Beach.

I have no worries leaving my things at CubeSmart on Tidewater Drive in Norfolk! It was clean, and there was no mildewy smell at all, unlike most other storage units! Staff is extremely helpful but that storage building needs some maintenance things as lighting so you can see in your unit and some air flow so your belongs dont mildew.

Moving is definitely hard and finding a trustworthy storage unit to leave such important items in can also be a bit scary. However, Ms. Lakesha went above and beyond to assure my comfort and allowed me to know that I wasn’t alone in this process!!! She hands on helped me to find a unit that would fit my items perfectly, she step by step showed me how to secure my items and I left feeling relieved, knowing that my personal items were in a safe place, which also made my moving process easier. It is wonderful experience while storing here,manager (Mr Shah) is very nice & cooperative. It is very safe. I will definitely come here back if I need storage in future. I will also recommend to my friends & family.

As far as storage goes, this place is nice and clean. They provide carts which is very helpful. They give you your own code to the door making it secure. The building is easy to navigate. This location is affordable and very easy to get to.However, their parking lot is very uneven making it hard to roll the carts through it. For my initial call, it was hard to get a straight answer from management about pricing.

I recently went to the Norfolk location to rent a unit, but was asked to sign a form that waived my rights to the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act. This act is in place to protect members of the military in the event that theyre deployed and cannot attend to business at home. Signing this form would basically allow them to auction my unit off if I were deployed overseas and wasnt able to pay my bill on time. They then had the nerve to say that most other places do this too. Well, the two other competitors that I went to dont. I cant do business with them out of principle.

I would highly recommend AAAA selt storage. I was helping my friend move in preparation for deployment and called about 10 stoarge places for prices. There were only a few climate controlled facilities and of those this place had the most competitive rates. I spoke with the owner, Mitesh, over the phone and was very pleased with the professionalism and friendliness. My friend used their facility for the past 10 months and has had nothing but pleasant things to say. Now I am deploying in two weeks, without any hesitation, I went right back to AAAA self storage. I moved my things in with ease last weekend. I enjoy the cleanliness, the automatic doors, the readily available dollies, and keypad entry.
