They showed up on the move date as scheduled, so they were prompt. Unfortunately it was with a truck that wasn’t big enough and I told them I didn’t think all my property would fit. The movers and on site supervisor that were there thought they could make it work. Low and behold…too small and they can’t get another truck, so the solution is get an 8x5 trailer for the rest, but they couldn’t get it til the next day. So I had to stay at a hotel because my bed and sofa were on the truck. Next day they got it all in the trailer, but it was more loosely packed than the truck…so almost everything in the trailer got damaged including a new dining room table, a drawing table, a grill, a file cabinet and an entertainment center. The movers themselves were courteous and professional, but in my opinion didn’t bring adequate supplies for moving a two bedroom home, like blankets and bands. I supplied my own to them for a majority of the property. Repeated calls, and texts have gone unanswered to resolve the issue even though the on-site mover told me I’d be called the next day. They also tout Veteran Owned, but as a veteran myself they have not shown me the courtesy expected of a fellow Vet.

Dealing with this company for 9 months has been a satisfying experience. The workers were experienced, positive, professional, and hardworking. Take genuine care with clients materials and also make sure that customers are 100% satisfied. There was never an assignment to big or a building to small for the Movers to move. Prices were exceptional especially for the quality and rate of speed that assignment were completed. I would highly recommend this company for a service thats stressful and overwhelming for most. We hired Care More to assist with a local move at the end of March 2021. The gentleman were extremely helpful and careful with our items. There was more than enough manpower for our move and everything was transported into our new home within 2 hours of their arrival. I highly recommend them for packaging supplies and assistance with any move you may have. The owner is kind, informative, and willing to provide excellent service, in which they did! Poor customer service. All I asked for was to have the hanging racks that were too big for the wardrobe boxes that I bought switched out with ones that fit. I called, left messages, and sent an emailed. They did not call me back until I called from a different number but again they said that someone will call. When I realized that they were not going to right the situation, I gave up and took the boxes back. I needed those boxes plus more, but instead of investing in ordering racks, they would rather lose a repeat customer. Im glad that I didnt hire them to move me.

I used Care More movers to help unload a truck on a interstate move. The guys arrived on time and ready to work. They were careful and patient with my household goods. I couldnt have been more pleased with the service, so I hired them again a few weeks later to help me move items to the attic and re- arrange some heavy items and help position a very large area rug. I recommend Care More!!!

Myfamily member booked this company for Saturday February, 13 2021 for an appointment time that morning. They called 30 minutes prior to the appointment time to leave a voicemail that said they would not be coming due to rain. It was misting not raining by the way. This was a terrible inconvenience and quite disappointing considering the fact that she had driven over 1000 miles to make this very appointment only to have them cancel for mist 30 minutes prior. She has been going through enough already and to add this inconvenience to her plate was beyond a horrible experience for her. She had to do a last minute search to which she found no one at the last minute to help her. She can not move any of the large items she has so she has been left to fend for herself. Even after leaving her in an inconvenient place there was no remorse felt from this company. I am sorry to say but I do not recommend usually this company, they need work on customer service and making mistakes right.

The guys were on time, professional and efficient. The price was reasonable.My problem is with the customer support. They sent me a wrong bill and when I called they kept sending me the same wrong bill over and over again. After a couple of weeks of calls when I was promised that he owner would call me back to fix this I never got called back. When you pay just dont use cash since that will probably result in a undervalued bill.

I am military, and I’m always moving around. Usually the military move my stuff but this time I had to do it myself since I’m just going on deployment, so I hired them. This is by far the worst experience I have had dealing with a company. I’m a very nice person but don’t try to Just capitalize from me. Like all they are about is trying to maximize profit from you. Here’s how it all started:1. I talked to a guy a week prior to schedule the moving. He said that he’s going to book me for 4 hrs with 3 guys and if they finish early, they’ll just reimburse me What’s left. I had a 8 Am appt, and they didn’t show up until 9 and I had to be at work around 1 so they were cutting close with my work schedule.. The movers were done in 2 hrs and 30 mins, so I asked the guy who do I need to talk for the reimbursement. He told me that once you booked for a time, you have to paid for all of it. Like dude, that is not what I was told on the phone. If the guy I talked to had told me that, I would have booked for 2 or 3 hrs. I even called the day prior to cancel since I had got a better deal, he reassured me that if it takes less time to do the moving, they will reimburse me. But the movers didn’t care, all they cared about was pocketing that 4 hrs money, and come to find out oneof the movers that was there moving my stuff, that’s actually his own company.2. They broke my TV stand. Like my tv is completely broken off from the stand, and I cannot use it since it won’t stand. So he saw that and said he don’t know how that happened (idk either cause it wasn’t like that before you moved it). He said he will send the pictures to the office so I can get a refund. Never got any refund. They just charged me $585+ For the move that was done in 2 hrs 30 mins (expensive right) yea they very expensive. But so I called them a week or two later, That’s when I found out the movers that was there is the boss so I asked about my refund, he told me to txt him my tv brand(“mind you he took picture of the tv to send it to the office”). So a week later I txt him the tv brand. A pic of my tv and the retail price for the tv (around $200), he said he’s gonna reimburse me $30. $30 man.I had plan to re hire them again to move my stuff back when I get back from deployment since yea it was expensive but they were 3 young men, so i thought you know, it nice to see young men about their business. But they’re just about their money. They don’t care about your stuff and the job they are delivering. They just trying to make as much money as they can from you. That’s just ugly!Update: today is 20 January 2020, I still haven’t received that $30 he said he’d reimburse me for the TV that’s $200. I wish I couldPost the conversation we had on here smh

Contacted the owner Korbin back on August 1st. Told him that I needed a crew of two or three guys. He provided me fair pricing for both. I elected for two men. The day before the move date August 5th, I texted and e-mailed Korbin. He replied Good Morning, movers are set to arrive by 11am. They were on time, they worked diligently and finished within the 2 hour minimum. Couldnt be happier. Would be happy to use them again.

Excellent movers and great guys! Last year, they were on time and ready to work as soon as they got to my storage unit. I basically only had to show them the unit then they took it over. Letting me sit in my vehicle and get some other things I needed to get done that morning. These guys are fast and efficient. A job that took three men, almost four hours to do took these two guys less than three hours. I was blown away by how fast they were able to get the truck loaded. They carried heavy pieces and much more up three floors to my apartment without ruining any of my stuff or damaging the stairwell walls in any way. Korbin, the owner of the company, quoted me a price before the move and to my surprise, he honored that price after the move. Most companies will hold your stuff hostage and charge you double or charge you extra secret charges after the job is done. Not Care More Movers. What they quote you is what they charge you. And in my opinion, their price was beyond reasonable. Also, I expressed to Korbin days before the move how much I would appreciate it if they take extra care when it came to my television and I was not disappointed. He remembered my request and I felt like my television was in great hands. If Korbin and the guys at Care More keep up with this great service they are going to be an unstoppable force in this area for anyone looking for honest, reasonably priced, hard working movers. I will definitely use them again for any move I have! Thanks again guys.Also! I used this company just last weekend for the second move in a row and I have not been disappointed once again by Care More. They were on time, took directions very well, and not only is the staff professional and extremely good at what they do but they are also personal and friendly. Korbin and his brother, who were a part of my original crew and were present for this move as well even remembered who I was and conversations we had over a year ago. Now THAT is customer service. After unpacking everything, I have nothing broken, lost or everything was in great condition. You can tell they really take the time to take care of your belongings. Also extra points since I had to ask them to move my stuff up a spiral staircase. Which they did without hesitation and did very proficiently. Care More has a life long customer here and I will be telling anyone I know in need of movers about Care More. Thanks once again you guys!

Got the job done on time they were very respectful and handled my things with care

Korbin confirmed my move via email 6 days before my moving day. Then on my moving day, nobody showed up, called or texted me. I emailed, called, texted and even contacted through Yelp multiple times. I still havent heard back from them 2 days later. Maybe the company closed? Anyway, I would recommend avoiding using this company, unless you want to end up paying a lot extra for a last minute replacement mover like we did... Oh, they also changed the quoted priced between yelp and email, not that it mattered much in the end.
