Used to have wonderful service department Im not exactly sure what happened but in the span of this past year maybe because of covid either way do not take your car here unless you have no other choice nobody knows whats going on I had to take my car back multiple times for them to redo an oil change that they kept messing up then they requested other work that needed to be done I let them perform some of the work at one price they had told me then after the services were rendered they told me that didnt include the price of the parts that of course I would have to pay for out-of-pocket myself I consider this to be hidden fees not cool

Terrible service. I called them on Friday to ask for a part to be ordered and scheduled a service appointment for Saturday. They said they ordered the part for me and reassured me that my service would be done on schedule. Once I got there on Saturday, they said the part wasn’t there and that they do not know when it can be here or even what to expect. Basically no directions going forward. I really needed this service done on time due to safety and scheduling conflicts. Learned my lesson.

Has my car serviced. Was a free service that cam with the new car as soon as I get their they try to get me to buy a gas treatment that I need and than did not wash my car I had to wait 20 more minutes to get that done. It was not worth it. I get the oil changed at 10,000 miles and that is a free service but I wonder what the will try and sell me than

She also wasn’t pushy at all and eager to answer any questions that would help us make a decision. It was an overall great experience and I would strongly recommend Natalie if you are in the market for a new car!

So Im sitting at Toyota on Nicholasville, and a baby in the waiting room just starts bawling. One of the workers walks over to the mother and asks whats wrong. The mom says he was asking for a snack, that I imagine was in the car being serviced. After learning of the situation, the worker then proceeds to get a snack outta the vending machine for the kid. Shortly after, another worker comes by and brings a dollar for the kid, for the toy vending machines. AND THEN a third worker brings the kid a coloring book. That is customer service. I dont know the names of these 3 workers, but thank you Toyota on Nicholasville for your outstanding customer service!
