This location had knowledgeable staff that helps me find the right part for my vehicle. In addition, the store was clean and well-maintained. The shelves were neatly stocked, and the bathrooms were immaculate. I usually feel lost in auto parts stores, but this store made everything easy to find. Very, very helpful staff! They are so kind and go above & beyond in order to best serve you. Need tools? They have them! My Husband was needing some repairs to his truck and stopped at Advance. The staff took the time to come outside, and give him a hand (and their own personal tools) to get the job done. There is NOTHING better than good, quality customer service, and that is what you will get at Advance Auto Parts. James was wonderful. His help is the reason our truck is running today!! So, if you need repairs, arent sure what needs done, or just need advice, this is the place to go.

This location is very knowledgeable and tends to have more parts in stock than some of the other locations Ive found. Even the less knowledgeable people at this location are quite more qualified than your average modern parts store clerk. You know the ones Im talking about...I will always go here any time its possible for my auto parts.

Why go to the Zone when you have the advance :) for those who didnt get it, its why go to Auto Zone when you can go to advance auto parts

Visited the store a few days ago a certain employee which I know many would know who I am talking about just by visiting the store NEVER knows where or what anything is. I HATE coming to this store but it’s closer to my house then 8080 (north side). Every time I come to this store and deal with this employee a 2 minute trip turns into 20 min with 15 min of that he is wondering around the store.Thank you

Some of the worst service I have ever experienced. you are better off going to the other advance 5 min away on the other end of the town. At edgwood they get parts wrong, and ignore you. but worse, when you order parts they put it under other shops names as if they are buying it, not sure how that plays out, but it seems the businesses could have trouble doing taxes. And also how can a business build credit this way. And I will say its is a real shame Car Quest combined.

Employees have the mental capacity of sixth graders who know absolutely nothing about cars.

Its pretty small not too busy . I cant really rate one way or the other as I usually make almost all my vehicle parts at auto zone. This store just happened to be closer when my car wasnt able to run across town for the part I needed.

There are only 2 or 3 employees that are knowledgeable about automotive issues here. They close at 7pm which is not very helpful . They have most items in stock.

Made me wait for 15 minutes while they just talked to other customers while I just needed to check out with only one item. They have higher prices than other places and in the end I just left.Ill never be back here. A disappointment.

Always a gamble on what is in stock. Oil prices are way over Walmart. Not many other choices in most areas.

IDK if its the computers but the parts are usually incorrect the first time.. If possible take ur old one with you or look up the part number and just give that to them..

Terrible, they got me the wrong part then took almost a hour to get the new one after refunding the wrong one back in there was a remaining balance of about 16 bucks and then they messed up again and told me it was 19 and changed their mind and went back to saying it was 16 after making several phone calls because no one knew what they were doing or how to operate the register.

Gave husband the wrong part.almost tore my car up
