I find their service personnel very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. When I make an appointment they take my car right in and do the work in a timely manner and have me back on the road quickly. They stay in touch with me via email often offering discounts quite often as well. They keep up with my routine maintenance and remind me before needed. My next vehicle will be purchased at Don Franklin.

My salesman (Mike) was very responsive to all of my requests/questions. That is ultimately why I bought from him. The salesman I was dealing with at another dealership local to me kind of blew me off, so when Mike promptly returned all of my calls, emails, and texts, it was very easy to decide he was who I wanted to buy from, even if it meant a two hour round trip to do business with him.

The on star button,, App and wifi dont work. Took 2 days to get a hold of the only person to whom could help. Then to be disappointed with all his answers to be I dont know let me find out. No return call. I had to call again the next day with the same I dont know answers. Just frustrating knowing I bought a 2022 ride and 2 features that woukd be great to use when having kids. Should have went with a dealer that would have called and called others until they figured out why. Not just I sent an email and try YouTube.

Trust me when I write how much I detest airing my troubles. However, I’m so frustrated. Today is DAY 14 that my car has been sitting on the lot at the Don Franklin Cronin Hyundai car dealership in Nicholasville, KY without diagnosis, a loaner, and zero communication unless I initiate it. I’m so frustrated and I’m running out of people to bum rides from and there are no rentals available anywhere near us. I left three messages today alone. Talk about financial devastation. This is killing me. I’ve been told over and over, by a variety of people how they will get back to me as soon as possible. DAY 14. Unbelievable. #donfranklinauto #hyundai

I can say with my whole heart (and wallet) that Don Franklin Nicholasville is hands down the BEST place to purchase as well as service a vehicle.to start, i was in a pinch to even get a vehicle a little over two years ago, an accident totaled my cadillac and i needed a vehicle stat. the sales staff worked with me patiently and respectfully. i also opted for Don Franklins powertrain warranty just for extra security- and more importantly- it was an inexpensive add on to my vehicle purchase i could afford.fast forward to today- our of nowhere my trans quit working and i called them and they immediately went to work. they kept me informed, gave me a loaner, and worked some absolute MAGIC guys. i won’t go into detail but just know they CARE and DELIVER for their customers - well after initial purchase.get the don franklin warranty guys- it’s worth it! i absolutely love my car and my heart broke when it needed the shop.customer for life here. On service they always treat me with respect and show a genuine care for their customers and their auto. I drive 100 miles to have my vehicle serviced where I purchased it because of their professionalism and people friendly attitude. Their sales and finance department are the best. Product ? Ive owned three Hyundai autos and Im presently in the process of trading in our 2010 model which is in great shape to a 2020. We are happy customers.

My first salesperson -Trevor Huber - was AMAZING. The second salesperson who took over was disinterested and spent no time helping me understand my new cars features at delivery. He couldn’t even answer my questions and seemed like he was just in a big hurry for me to take my car and leave. I wish Trevor could have been there for the delivery itself!!!

Stan was very respectful of our time and as soon as I came into the lot to bring the title and key to the trade in he was out there to greet me. The service department has always been great and got my second key ready quickly. Stan got the cargo mat and net for me as soon as I got there as well and didn’t have to order it and come back. Everyone has always been great there, highly recommend them-from sales associates, finance people, to the service department.

I love Hyundai products itself . I regretted trading my old 2013 Elantra for the new 2017 LE Corolla I bought brand new . After while once realizing things the Toyota in Nicholasville dealer did without my knowledge in the long run the car wasn’t all that . 3 and a half years later coming now to Hyundai in Nicholasville and trading the Corolla for the new 2021 SEL Elantra Intense Blue has to be the Best Decision I’ve made going back to the Hyundai brand . It’s my style, my favorite color and the features are out this world . Bryan Turnage was my Salesman and he did everything he could to get to the price I was looking for and helping me juggle my options and decisions at that and he was just all around great and Patient . I really appreciated the speed at which we were able to find out answers on loan approval, how easy it was to stay in contact with our salesman, Mike, and the urgency that was created to get paperwork and everything signed same day since I was on limited time but wanted to move forward. Mike was awesome and really cared about finding the right vehicle and making sure that we knew our options based on what we needed in a new vehicle. While I wasnt expecting to get a brand new vehicle, it worked out financially and Im the happy owner of a 2020 Hyundai Elantra! Ive always wanted a Hyundai and Im excited to finally have one. Great place! Had to have 2 recalls addressed in my 2015 Hyundai Sonata Sport. The technician I dealt with was very friendly, courteous, and very professional. First recall was addressed on the first visit, due to a part on the 2nd recall being a VIN specific part, they had to order the part and contacted me as soon as the part came in to schedule a service appointment. The part arrived quickly and was able to get a service appointment very quickly. The work was done pretty quickly, not to mention their customer lounge is very nice and comfortable and makes waiting on your vehicle to get serviced a pleasant experience.

My service engine light is still on in my Endeavor. it should have been cleared off after my service was complete.I requested a loaner car and waited almost 2 hours for one to be removed from the New Sales Lot, and all the stickers and pricing list was left on it, I removed it myself. there was also a very odd looking off white tip let in the cup holder, it looked like a mouth trip from a thin cigar.

Every time I take my car for its monthly service, just excellent. The service staff are very accommodating, friendly and courteous. While waiting, you I enjoy watching tv or just mainly be busy on my cp with their free wifi. They keep me informed of what is going on thru the service and gives advise if theres any need for any parts replacement or tire rotation. This keeps my car in good running condition thus, keeping me safe while going to work or wherever destination it may be. Considering that my car doesnt have any major issue, I am out of there in no time. Overall customer service is excellent. Even though I live far away from their location, I will always go there for service because they know how to take care of my car and the great customer service.

I work for another Mitsubishi Dealer. This dealer is the only dealer in the US with an obsolete Mitsubishi part that we have been trying to find for a customer. Dealer cost is $296.50, Mitsubishi List Price is $494.30. This parts manager refuses to sell the part for less than $500, even to another dealer. The blatant greed shown by this parts manager is absolutely inexcusable. 0/10 Do not recommend dealing with these people.

I live out of town and just purchased a used car from this dealer about 2 weeks ago. Everything went great before the sale; timely answers back, good pricing, overall easy to work with. After the sale is a different story. I later found out the car never went through its inspection from the dealership or had the oil changed. Granted, they agreed if I drove the car back to Lexington they would take care of that so not a big deal at first. They also said when I drove the car back for the inspection and oil change that they would give me the spare key that was included in the contract I signed with them. The dealer ended up giving me a blank key fob that was not programmed to the car, which is key-less entry. I explained that the whole point of including a spare key in the deal was so that I would have a key that could unlock my car in case something happened to the original. An unprogrammed fob on the other hand is absolutely useless. All the dealer said was sorry for the miscommunication and that they couldnt do anything about it, so Im not very happy...

My family drove over an hour on New years Day to purchase a Hyundai Tuscon for an advertised 19995. We spoke to internet sales over the phone, and they assured us of the price, the financing, and the availability. When we actually got their the floor salesman raised the price, would not honor the 0% financing promotion and oh by the way the car was actually being repaired in the body shop! Really horrible experience. I would rather pay more money and buy a car from a trustworthy dealer. SHAME!.

SERVICE REVIEW: I can only speak of their services excellent customer care, as I have not purchased a car from here. I thought that I had already reviewed their service, and I likely did on another site, but I wanted to include a google review. I have been going to Don Franklin Mitsubishi for many years now. Mr. Terry Houp has always gone above and beyond what was required and has always been honest about what I need to have done and what I dont need to have done, since males will sometimes tell females that they need multiple things fixed when they really dont. They are also very knowledgeable. I had taken my car to a different Mitsubishi dealership twice, and they said the problem was something completely different, supposedly fixed it for a ridiculous amount of money after keeping it for a week, and then it messed up again. I took it to Don Franklin, and Mr. Houp and his service team spent a great deal of time trying to figure out what was going on with it, and they figured it out over one weekend! They accomplished what others could not and in a short time period,and what they fixed still works today. Super impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, honesty, dedication to their customers, and overall excellent customer service. I even took a new car there to run a diagnostic before I officially bought it. It took a while and it was pricey, but they were thorough and it was completely worth it. Needless to say, Ive been going there for a while now, I 100% trust them, and, as of now, I have no plans to go elsewhere. Easy five stars!

Damaged car while in shop and repaired behind my back and then didnt admit to it until I noticed upon leaving. Service Manager said he didnt know anything about it but he authorized repairs and paid for it through dealership. Iied to our face then admitted that mechanic did it during repairs. All they had to do was call and inform what happened and no one would have been upset. No one is perfect but honesty goes a long way. You have to trust someone working on you car and now trust is know more after buy 3 cars from them.

They went above and beyond to help me get a car! They came and picked me up. Went through so much to help me I had no credit but Terry did me right. I had a problem with the car and they told me to bring it back and I did. Got it fixed with no problem. Everyone there was so nice. Not pushy at all. They will take there time to really help and assist you. Terry was the man the help me and he is great. As soon as we can we are going to get another vehicle from them. STAY AWAY!!! Bought a vehicle from this dealership and the engine had a major malfunction one week later. Dealership will not work with we AT ALL (splitting repair cost etc.) Immediately began blaming me for the problem. Dealer told me at time of purchase, If anything goes wrong in the next week or so well take care of it because it should have been caught when we inspected it clearly this was a plain lie. Once they have your money they could care less about you. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place unless you want to get raked over the coals.
