I brought my car here for repairs after I was side swiped on 27. I am so impressed with the work! My car looks better than it did when I bought it. It was so easy to schedule the estimate and repairs and I was kept updated throughout the whole process. I will definitely use Caliber in the future if I ever need work done on a vehicle in the future!

I was so impressed with the customer service! The team here is so nice and attentive. My Jeep looks like it was never in a fender bender and the few little bumps we had during the process the employees made right quickly and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy through the process. This is the place I will bring all of my future work (hopefully I dont have anymore accidents).

Caliber Collision and their great staff saved the day for me- I accidentally scratched my new car pretty badly while packing it for a move- I had a quote for $100 to have it buffed out elsewhere. Christopher and Ryan wiped it off using a compound at NO COST and right before they closed to boot. The whole staff from entrance to exit was so helpful and I am SO grateful to them for their kindness. Could not recommend enough- they will definitely go the extra mile for you and I will be back with any body work needs.

Without a doubt, one of the best customer service experiences i have ever had. the insurance company handling and approving repairs refused to approve all required repairs or cover the entire rental car expense. Chris with Fortune made all required repairs at no charge to us. He certainly did not have to do this but felt it was the right thing to do. The integrity and professionalism of this group is first class!

They had my vehicle for over two weeks after first giving me a bid that ended up being a third of the final price. There are still visible dents and the door does not close the way it should. The manager lost his temper when I confronted them about the wiring not being the same as before. Overall bad experience.

First time going to get an estimate on my car, because they were highly recommended! Mr. C. Jacobs was very polite & helpful estimate done, everything explained, copy given if all information! I do plan on them repairing my car!

We always use this company whenever need be. But that shell never happen again will not happen again. Our car was involved in a hit-and-run accident we took it to Fortune Collision. When told to pick her car up sometime almost 4 Weeks Later we were told the car was washed and cleaned inside and out detailed. I dont think so we dont smoke we found cigarette ashes dirty car inside floor mats you could look out the windshields and see dirt on them. And when I called them and ask them what they did to the car the guy says well we detailed it. I replied then you need to learn how to detail because this car was not detailed. He got a little angry and told me I bring it back and he would do it himself. I told him I will not be back in there and Ill detail it myself thank you very much. We will never be back there again.
