My small SUV was hit on the rear, driver’s side corner in a parking lot. The accident left major scratches and a deep dent on two body parts that had to be replaced and painted. The repair work was perfect, absolutely no sign that the vehicle had been damaged. The paint and seams match exactly. I have significant chronic health issues that make staying on top of responsibilities almost impossible at times. Other than making the initial appointment for my vehicle, I did not have to stay in contact with the office at all. They did all of the work in coordinating with the insurance agency. I received regular texts updating me on the status of my repair.

2012 Chevy SuburbanGreat Job!!! Took for estimate. Was given days needed to complete (5 days, Mon-Fri) and options of when to bring it to them. Day number 2 I got a text about the status of the work being down ( issue with a part) and a phone call within a few minutes of the text. One part they received was damaged so another had to be sent. They where very apologetic but this was no way their fault. Even with this issue they where able to get me my Suburban back on Monday and would have been done on Friday if the company doing the 4 wheel alignment had not been backed up. They sent me 3-4 text during the course of the week with status updates . When I picked the Suburban up the work they had done was nothing short of great. You can not tell anything was ever wrong. The whole Vehicle had been washed and cleaned.I hope I DO NOT have to use CARSTAR AGAIN ( meaning I want no further damage to my vehicle ) but if I do I know they will give me the best job I could hope to get. If you need work done I highly recommend them .

I had a wonderful experience with car star this being my first time they kept me updated regularly and got my car done fast and customer service was excellent EXCEPT......... for the fact I had 90 miles in my gas tank when the tow truck came to get my car and when I picked my car up it only had 40 miles of gas left... given the locations it needed to he there is no way it should only have that much left in my tank...

Everything was perfect, and they were very helpful. Yet my car had been totaled out and when I went back to retrieve my items my car had been taken apart and all put on the inside of my car making it very difficult for me to get to my stuff. As well as there were items missing from my car when I went back to retrieve them.

I took my car her for a repair estimate after a wreck, unfortunately it was totaled. However they were all professional and explained why it was totaled. I recommend CarStar to all.

CarStar did a great job fixing the damage to my truck from a collision with a deer that ran into the passenger side. (It got up and ran away so hopefully it had no serious injuries.) Turnaround time for the repairs was very good, and they kept me informed via text messages. The staff was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. And the truck looked great afterwards!
