Two seperate times ive been into this location and noone even says hello or ill be with you shortly or anything! Tonight as well as last time i needed to simply make a payment there was a couple getting a new phone already being helped, which i get but the customer said you can go help him real quick (knowing it would take a minute total to do a payment) she replies no so the other customer says your not allowed to and she says yes i can but im in middle of this. Ok at this point im still not being told it will just be a few minutes or anything and she finishes with them then sits there talking and installing screen protectors, guess they dont need my money anymore. I would go to a different location if i was you!
I had the distinct pleasure of meeting Anwar and working with him. He went well be on the call of duty to make sure that my needs were met and I was satisfied with the service I received. I would highly recommend this company and this location.
Ive been a customer for 15+ years. My husbands phone is with US Cellular as well. Never had an issue. No hype, no overselling, polite staff. Ill be sticking with them as long as I live in New England.

Limited, however convenient & very helping. They do not sell watches so if your looking for a smart watch to go with your phone you will have to travel to Manchester.
Ive been a customer for over 18 years commercial account. Going in the store may require a vacation day. Very discouraged. I am at 3 trips to get a simple flip phone costing 50.00 got sent away again because they would not let me charge it on my account. I have been charging items for as long as I can remember. I do not owe them any money, account is current. They needed me to go back to my office to get a check. So at trip 4 if I am lucky I may walk out with a simple flip phone. I know US Cell is the cheapest but I am going to Verizon at 4 today before I try this again with US Cell. If they may me happy sorry US Cell Im out all lines.

Worst customer service ever! Walking in there my 90 year old grandmother knows more about the phones they are selling then they do. Dont bother asking for a manger with a viable question the mid thirties child manger Justin will be gladly reiterate your question back to you. Unprofessional attire and lack of knowledge of anything under the sun do yourself a favor and go anywhere else

Desperate, I drove from Fitchburg, MA, to Nashua to get a new phone, as mine had fallen into a creek. There was no US Cellular there, nor had anyone heard of US Cellular, when I stopped at a few gas stations. Nothing like wasting time, gas, and money driving to a place that apparently doesnt exist.
