This is the most incompetent staff Ive experienced in my entire life. I was 2nd in line for the Pokemon celebrations drop. Got there way before the guys behind me. Kid came out to hand out tickets. Hands out the tickets to his friends at the back of the line and skips over me and the 1st guy. Gives the final ticket to the guy that was 1st in line, and then looks at me and says sorry we wont have any more. I will absolutely under no circumstances ever buy a single thing from this gamestop again in the future. Deserves negative stars.

Kyle and his co-worker helped me out today. I asked a million questions and he readily had all the answers. Very helpful! Kyle is knowledgeable and was polite and professional throughout the transaction. Thank you for your help! Strongly recommend. Hopefully Gamestop recognizes this employee. He deserves it and is a top notch brand ambassador in my opinion.

You can expect the usual here. Surly manager only interested in up-selling literally everything to the point where it is a less than private joke between him and his staff. Love having to say no 5 times to replacement plans, rewards cards, reserving games. I was buying a tee-shirt for dog sake.

Its nice saving a few bucks on every game and earning points to save more being in the Gamestop club but I go to Gamestop for the customer service from the friendly knowledgeable staff.

They never answer the phone and when they they do finally pickup, they are in a huge rush to get you off the phone. They never want to answer your questions. Who wants to drive out to the mall if the store doesnt even have something in stock?

Awesome deals on trade ins and if you go to the one in the Pheasant lane mall, theres a guy from London, with the full accent and he was super nice and knew lots of info on the games and books!

Got the Spiderman game, kid behind the register knew what I was looking for.

I did a preorder on Doom and just as it came out the store was closed from cob-19 so I had no way to pick it up then I received a email from GameStop saying that they would notify me when they were open and not to worry about my preorder it would still be in the store waiting for me so I had not received anything in a while so I would stop in the mail to see if they were open and last Friday I stopped in and found that they were open had not received any email or phone call from them so I went in to get my preorder game and the employee said let me see if I still have one I said what do you mean I preordered my game over 2 years ago and when it came out I could not pick it up because cov-19 I was told in a email that it would be here he said I was lucky they had one left guess what it was open and the code they gave me for the preorder will not work because it has already been redeemed isn’t that nice so as far as I see it I received a used copy and paid for a new game thanks GameStop for treating a good customer this way I will never by from you again

For a company going out of business in the next 5-10, you would expect a them to step up to the plate and have better deals for Blk-Fri-Yay than what they had, this mall has 2 game stops and too many bad employees, take that money and get some decent deals on your games and mech before its an everything must go #BUYdigitalgames #whyshopatgamestopever

I went to this Game Stop because I hoped that they had the game that I needed for Hanukkah. I had gotten it from another store, but for the wrong game system. Whoops! Matt was awesome, and went the extra mile to make sure that I didnt make the same mistake again. He saved Hanukkah!

Very helpful employee behind the desk. Knew his stuff when it came to our questions about the Nintendo Switch and the possibility of trading in our phones.Only giving 4 stars though, because like Gamestop usually, their buyback price was unreasonably low.

The employees at this store location need to be fired! All they care about taking money from the customers! We brought 3games from them and they didn’t even bother putting the actual games in the cases. Our fault for not checking as well. After we returned, they managed to said they “forgot” and knew that they forgotten to put the games in the cases and didn’t bother to contact us in any other way. Worse customer service ever!

Purchased a brand new game for $20 and want to exchange it for another game in store. They said that I can only refund it for $7! Or exchange it for the same damn game! Why would I want the same game if I’m here to return it??? Game stop is the worst, they will rob you for what you pay for . I don’t recommend anyone purchasing their games here at all. Very upset with customer service, too.

Workers were good and helpful!

Not the fault of the employees but of the company policies as a whole. Bought a new game, played about 5 minutes. The frame rate was terrible, near unplayable. Decieded to return it, I made sure not to redeem any of the digital content either. They said since it was opened I could get a refund, store credit or an exchange. They said theyd be willing to give me 13 dollars for it. Overall no point to purchasing from gamestop, especially new games. Id rather go out of my way and wait after getting something online rather then support gamestop after all the issues theyve given me over the years.

Used game prices are still too high and you dont get enough for trade ins. Better off selling on ebay and buying digital or on amazom BUT they do have tons of cool collectables these days and from time to time you can find an older hard to find game used and cheap

Awesome shop for pre owned games

This store is a little cramped. A lot of it is merchandise as well, per gamestops new policy of being a trash merchant. However, the staff seemed good.

I bought a headset there and it works great and the coustomer support was also very good

They are always very helpful, and while the Holiday help is not always knowledgeable, you can count on the regular team to make sure your questions are answered.

I would give my 2 cents about game stop here but they only offered .02 cents for my opinion.

Brought home 2 games neither worked. Same with a used controller where charge port only worked it you had the cord in a certain way!
